Abstract

Esmalte digital para elevados gramajes, sin el empleo de antisedimentantes, referido a esmaltes digitales aptos para ser aplicados mediante técnicas digitales de inyección que permiten aplicar gramajes elevados, manteniendo las mismas características estéticas y técnicas que se obtienen con los esmaltes tradicionales y las técnicas de aplicación no digitales. Para evitar que el esmalte digital objeto de la presente invención sea tixotrópico y por lo tanto presente problemas en el proceso de impresión por inyección, no se emplean, en la composición del mismo, antisedimentantes, dado que los mismos son sólidos y no son solubles en el medio líquido que también forma parte del esmalte digital. Su composición comprende, al menos un medio que es líquido a temperatura ambiente, formado por una mezcla de agua y de disolventes polares y/o de media - baja polaridad, cuyo porcentaje en peso está comprendido entre un 20 y un 70 % del peso total del esmalte digital y, al menos una mezcla de fritas y/o materias primas cerámicas como material formador del vidriado, cuyo porcentaje en peso está comprendido entre un 30 y un 80 % del peso total del esmalte digital.
