Abstract
Procedimiento de fabricación de espuma de poliuretano con propiedades antimicrobianas y espuma de poliuretano obtenida.#Que comprende: preparar una dispersión de nanopartículas de plata disolviendo un agente estabilizante en un agente reductor de la plata; preparando una disolución de un precursor de la plata en un agente reductor; añadiendo la disolución de dicho precursor sobre la disolución de dicho agente estabilizante; y mezclando ambas disoluciones para dar una dispersión de plata metálica; y a continuación, añadir al sistema poliol una cantidad de dispersión, agitar el conjunto; añadir al sistema poliisocianato la mezcla anterior con agitación; y verter la mezcla en el molde para el curado de la espuma a temperatura y presión ambiente. También se refiere a la espuma así obtenida para utilizar en medicina, farmacia, cosmética, textil, purificación de aguas u otros sectores que emplean espumas flexibles de poliuretano, en especial el sector descanso, colchonería y almohadas, y tapizado.Method of manufacturing polyurethane foam with antimicrobial properties and polyurethane foam obtained. # Which comprises: preparing a dispersion of silver nanoparticles by dissolving a stabilizing agent in a silver reducing agent; preparing a solution of a silver precursor in a reducing agent; adding the solution of said precursor onto the solution of said stabilizing agent; and mixing both solutions to give a dispersion of metallic silver; and then add a quantity of dispersion to the polyol system, stir the assembly; add the above mixture to the polyisocyanate system with stirring; and pour the mixture into the mold for curing the foam at room temperature and pressure. It also refers to the foam thus obtained for use in medicine, pharmacy, cosmetics, textiles, water purification or other sectors that use flexible polyurethane foams, especially the rest, mattress and pillow sector, and upholstery.
