A continuación se comenta dicho documento. En D01 se presenta un intercambiador de calor de tubos. Todas las características técnicas de la solicitud presentada, o bien se encuentran como tal en D01, o bien se deducen de una manera evidente para un experto en la materia en vista de D01. En D01, se encuentran, como tal, las siguientes características técnicas de la solicitud presentada (las referencias hacen alusión a D01): intercambiador de calor con un haz de tubos (33), dispuestos en el interior de una carcasa (10, 11), estando dichos tubos fijados por sus extremos entre dos placas de soporte (28, 29) acopladas en cada extremo de la carcasa, y medios de desviación (34) dispuestos en el interior de la carcasa. Los medios de desviación (34) consisten en deflectores longitudinales paralelos al haz de tubos, estando dichos deflectores fijados por sus bordes longitudinales a las paredes internas de la carcasa (ver figuras) y por sus bordes transversales a sendas placas de soporte mediante soldadura (ver página 2, líneas 95-98). En D01 se encuentran otras características técnicas presentes en la solicitud presentada, como son: los deflectores (34) incluyen en sus bordes longitudinales sendas aletas periféricas dobladas (ver figura 2) que contactan con las paredes interiores de la carcasa para su unión mediante soldadura; los deflectores incluyen una abertura pasante (35) capaz de comunicar los circuitos dentro de la carcasa. Otras características técnicas de la solicitud presentada no se encuentran como tal en D01, pero se deducen de una manera evidente para un experto en la materia, al tratarse, o bien de soluciones técnicas conocidas en el campo de los intercambiadores de calor, o bien de pequeñas modificaciones estructurales de la invención, que no afectan al objeto inventivo. Dichas características técnicas son: el hecho de existir un solo deflector (como en la invención solicitada) o dos (como en D01); las ranuras de las placas de soporte; el hecho de ser cerrada la superficie del deflector; o la configuración de los conductos de entrada y salida del intercambiador de calor. Por todo lo anterior, se puede afirmar que todas las características técnicas de la invención solicitada, o bien se encuentran como tal en el estado de la técnica, o bien se deducen de una manera evidente para un experto en la materia en vista de dicho estado de la técnica, y por tanto, la invención solicitada no posee actividad inventiva, según el artículo 8 de la ley 11/1986 de Patentes. In D01 there are other technical characteristics present in the application presented, such as: the baffles (34) include folded peripheral fins on their longitudinal edges (see figure 2) that contact the inner walls of the housing for welding connection; The baffles include a through opening (35) capable of communicating the circuits inside the housing. Other technical characteristics of the application presented are not found as such in D01, but they are deduced in an obvious way for a person skilled in the art, as they are either technical solutions known in the field of heat exchangers, or Small structural modifications of the invention, which do not affect the inventive object. For all the above, it can be affirmed that all the technical characteristics of the requested invention are either found as such in the state of the art, or they are deduced in an evident way for a person skilled in the art in view of said state of the technique, and therefore, the requested invention has no inventive activity, according to article 8 of Patent Law 11/1986.
