Abstract

Mecanismo hidráulico de elevación para contenedores soterrados de residuos sólidos urbanos, y elemento accionador, que comprende un pisón principal (7) que, situado a ras de suelo cerca del hueco (2) del contenedor (1), encaja en una cámara hidráulica (9) desde la que un conducto hidráulico (10) inyecta fluido en un pistón elevador (11) vinculado a la plataforma elevadora (3), existiendo una electro-válvula de paso (12) accionada mediante un mando a distancia, y un regulador de caudal (13). El pistón elevador (11) cuenta con una válvula paracaídas (15). El mecanismo comprende un pisón que, al ser presionado, encaja en una cámara hidráulica de la que parte un conducto hidráulico que inyecta fluido a un pistón elevador de la plataforma. En dicho conducto están previstos una electroválvula de paso y un regulador de caudal. También es objeto de la invención, según la reivindicación independiente 8, un elemento accionador aplicable a un mecanismo de elevación de contenedores soterrados, que consiste en un elemento empujador apto para presionar sobre el pisón del mecanismo, estando el elemento actuador previsto en el camión de recogida de residuos. La inclusión del elemento actuador en el camión permite accionarlo desde el propio camión. El documento D1 se considera el estado de la técnica más cercano al objeto técnico de las reivindicaciones 1 y 8 de la solicitud. El documento D1 divulga un mecanismo hidráulico de elevación para contenedores soterrados de residuos sólidos urbanos, del tipo en el que el contenedor está alojado en un hueco sobre una plataforma elevadora, sirviendo dicho mecanismo para hacer subir y bajar dicha plataforma de forma automática. El mecanismo comprende un pivote de control en el que, al insertar una llave, hace que arranque el funcionamiento de un sistema hidráulico que inyecta desde un conducto hidráulico fluido a un pistón elevador de la plataforma. En dicho conducto están previstas válvulas de seguridad para impedir una caída inesperada de la plataforma (ver párrafos 25-29; figuras 1-4,9). El hecho de disponer una válvula de paso o un regulador de caudal en el circuito hidráulico se consideran conocimientos comunes en el estado de la técnica. Por tanto, la diferencia entre D1 y la materia técnica de las reivindicaciones 1 y 8 radica en el pisón principal accionado por contacto y el elemento empujador del camión. El problema técnico que subyace por lo tanto de la presente solicitud se puede establecer como la provisión de un mecanismo que permita accionar el mecanismo desde el interior del propio camión. Este problema y su solución se encuentran ya recogidos en el documento D2, que divulga un camión de recogida de residuos de contenedores soterrados que presenta un elemento accionador que parte de un brazo escamoteable situado en el lateral del camión, de manera que ese elemento accionador contacta con un pivote para transmitir energía eléctrica para el accionamiento del mecanismo soterrado. Este elemento actuador es así accionado desde el interior del camión (ver párrafos 11-13; figura 1). El hecho de que el contacto sea para transmisión de energía eléctrica o para simple transmisión de fuerza a un actuador, se considera una opción evidente para el experto en la materia. Por tanto, para un experto en la materia resultaría obvia la incorporación del pivote principal y del elemento accionador divulgados en el documento D2, al mecanismo descrito en el documento D1, dando como resultado el objeto técnico recogido en las reivindicaciones 1, 2 y 8 de la solicitud. Por tanto, las reivindicaciones 1, 2 y 8 carecen de actividad inventiva con relación a lo divulgado en los documentos D1 y D2 (Art. 8 LP). It is also the object of the invention, according to independent claim 8, an actuator element applicable to an underground container lifting mechanism, consisting of a pusher element suitable for pressing on the ram of the mechanism, the actuator element being provided in the truck of waste collection The inclusion of the actuator element in the truck allows it to be operated from the truck itself. Document D1 is considered the state of the art closest to the technical object of claims 1 and 8 of the application. Document D1 discloses a hydraulic lifting mechanism for underground containers of urban solid waste, of the type in which the container is housed in a hollow on a lifting platform, said mechanism serving to automatically raise and lower said platform. The mechanism comprises a control pivot in which, by inserting a key, it starts the operation of a hydraulic system that injects from a fluid hydraulic conduit to a platform lift piston. In said conduit, safety valves are provided to prevent an unexpected fall of the platform (see paragraphs 25-29; Figures 1-4,9). Having a flow valve or a flow regulator in the hydraulic circuit is considered common knowledge in the state of the art. Therefore, the difference between D1 and the technical material of claims 1 and 8 lies in the main contact driven ram and the truck pusher. The technical problem that therefore underlies the present application can be established as the provision of a mechanism that allows the mechanism to be operated from inside the truck itself. This problem and its solution are already included in document D2, which discloses a truck for collecting waste from underground containers that has an actuator element that starts from a retractable arm located on the side of the truck, so that that actuator element contacts with a pivot to transmit electrical energy to drive the underground mechanism. This actuator element is thus driven from inside the truck (see paragraphs 11-13; figure 1). The fact that the contact is for transmission of electrical energy or for simple transmission of force to an actuator is considered an obvious option for the person skilled in the art. Therefore, for a person skilled in the art it would be obvious the incorporation of the main pivot and the actuator element disclosed in document D2, to the mechanism described in document D1, resulting in the technical object set forth in claims 1, 2 and 8 of application.
