Abstract
Estructura de soporte para aerogeneradores y molde para obtener tales estructuras.#Estructura de soporte para aerogeneradores de forma troncocónica o troncopiramidal formada por varios paneles de iguales dimensiones de hormigón prefabricado, sin juntas horizontales entre paneles, permitiendo obtener distintos anchos de sección mediante una plataforma-guía ajustable a uno de dichos paneles.
Claims (6)
- REIVINDICACIONES1.- Estructura de soporte de forma troncocónica o troncopiramidal formada por varios paneles de hormigón prefabricado caracterizada porque no tiene juntas horizontales entre paneles, ya que todos ellos tienen la altura total de dicha estructura, teniendo todos los paneles (1) las mismas dimensiones, situados al menos dos de estos paneles contiguos 5 entre sí para formar una estructura soporte de sección cerrada y diseñados de tal forma que las juntas verticales (2) entre paneles contiguos presenten una mayor abertura en la parte superior que en la inferior, permitiendo obtener distintos anchos de sección en la parte superior de la mencionada estructura ajustando más o menos dicha abertura.
- 2.- Estructura de soporte de forma troncocónica o troncopiramidal formada por varios paneles de hormigón prefabricado 10 según reivindicación anterior caracterizada porque el primer panel que se va a montar en obra lleva incorporada una plataforma (3) de dimensiones fijas y cuya forma es concéntrica a la sección final que se pretende obtener, estando anclada a cierta altura de la parte superior de este panel, sirviendo como guía y apoyo del resto de paneles y permitiendo ajustar el ancho de sección en la parte superior de la torre simplemente variando la altura de anclaje de dicha plataforma (3). 15
- 3.- Estructura de soporte de forma troncocónica o troncopiramidal formada por varios paneles de hormigón prefabricado según reivindicaciones anteriores caracterizada porque los paneles (1) presentan un engrosamiento (10) en la parte inferior de al menos el doble de espesor que el mínimo espesor del panel lo que permite que la unión de la estructura de soporte a cimentación se realice a través de una doble combinación de acero pasivo (7) con acero activo (8), el acero 20 pasivo (7) sale del propio panel prefabricado y se ancla en la cimentación (9) y el acero activo (8) se materializa mediante barras roscadas que emergen de la cimentación y se anclan en la parte inferior del elemento prefabricado.
- 4.- Estructura de soporte de forma troncocónica o troncopiramidal formada por varios paneles de hormigón prefabricado según reivindicaciones anteriores caracterizada porque los paneles (1) se pretensan o postensan internamente, es 25 decir, por dentro de la sección de hormigón, previamente a su colocación, no necesitando ningún cable de tesado adicional en obra.
- 5.- Estructura de soporte de forma troncocónica o troncopiramidal formada por varios paneles de hormigón prefabricado según todas las reivindicaciones anteriores caracterizada porque los paneles (1) presentan un engrosamiento en la 30 parte superior de al menos el doble de espesor que el mínimo espesor del panel sobre el que se acopla una torre de acero mediante una pieza de transición de composición mixta acero-hormigón, con forma de cilindro hueco, en la cual su altura es inferior a la mitad de su diámetro exterior y su espesor de pared es al menos el doble del mínimo espesor de los paneles prefabricados que conforman la estructura de soporte.35
- 6.- Molde para la fabricación de estructuras de soporte de forma troncocónica o troncopiramidal, caracterizado por tener una geometría fija apta para configurar estructuras de soporte con un mismo ángulo entre la vertical y la generatriz o apotema independientemente de la altura de la torre, disponiendo internamente el molde unos separadores que limitan la altura total del panel.
