Abstract
Procedimiento de tratamiento de desechos. Procedimiento para tratar un primer desecho que contiene metales pesados no inertizados, según el cual se forma una mezcla que comprende el primer desecho y un segundo desecho que contiene metales pesados inertizados por un tratamiento de fosfatación, de manera que se produzca un tercer desecho que contiene metales pesados inertizados.

En reivindicaciones dependientes se especifica que el desecho que tiene los metales pesados inertizado ha sido sometido previamente a su mezcla con el primer desecho a una fosfatación con un una sal de fosfato cálcico, o una roca fosfatada tipo apatita o whitlockita.El documento D1 divulga un procedimiento para el tratamiento de desechos que contienen metales pesados. En concreto en el ejemplo 3, se mezcla que un residuo proveniente del molido de piezas de automóvil con metales pesados inertizados por un procedimiento de fosfatación con un segundo residuo que es un lodo proveniente del dragado de un canal que contiene metales pesados no inertizados.Por lo tanto, a la vista de este documento las características técnicas de la invención tal y como están recogidas en las reivindicaciones 1-6, 13, 14, 16-20 y 37, 38 no son nuevas ni tienen actividad inventiva. (Art. 6.1 y 8.1 LP).Sin embargo en el documento D1 la mezcla de los dos desechos se somete posteriormente a una segunda fosfatación con ácido fosfórico previa a las etapas de espumación, maduración, secado y calcinación mientras que en la presente invención no se realiza esta segunda fosfatación sino que únicamente se espuma la mezcla y se la deja madurar con objeto de que el fosfato cálcico contenido en el segundo desecho pueda reaccionar con los metales pesados del primer desecho e inmovilizarlos calcinando la mezcla posteriormente y obteniéndose de esta forma un tercer desecho.Por lo tanto, las características técnicas de la invención tal y como están recogidas en las reivindicaciones 7-12, 15, 21-36 y 39-41 son nuevas y tienen actividad inventiva.
