Abstract
The invention relates to an optical system for transporting natural light into a building, formed by a hollow guide (3) having a peripheral layer formed by two types of prismatic plastic sheets performing guiding and extraction functions, without additional geometric elements. The light guiding sheet (30) is such that the edges of the prisms face outwards and are parallel to the longitudinal axis of the guide, and the sheet (40) that performs the extraction functions is such that the edges of the prisms face outwards and are parallel to the longitudinal axis of the guide. The amount of light extracted in a determined position of the guide can be regulated by means of the increase or decrease in the area of the extraction sheet.

En relaci6n a la reivindicaci6n independiente numero 1, y teniendo en cuenta el contenido del documento D01, se concluye que la principal diferencia entre R1 y D01 consiste en que, en R1 se hace referencia a un sistema de iluminaci6n natural (por lo que es necesario disponer de un sistema de captaci6n de la luz del sol y de un elemento randomizador) mientras que, en D01, se hace referencia a un sistema de iluminaci6n artificial por lo que en D01 se hace referencia a la existencia de una bombilla como sistema de iluminaci6n y se prescinde del sistema de captaci6n por ser innecesario en este caso. En este sentido, se recomienda la lectura del documento D02 perteneciente al mismo sector tecnico que describe un sistema de iluminaci6n natural por guiado 6ptico y extracci6n de luz aplicado a la edificaci6n que incorpora un elemento de captaci6n y un elemento randomizador (ver resumen y figura 6). Por tanto, a la vista del contenido de los documentos D01 y D02, elexperto en lamateriapodria considerar que la combinaci6n de todas las caracteristicas tecnicas establecidas en R1 es un proceso normal de disefo que no implica ningun grado de actividad inventiva y, por tanto, no cumple el criterio establecido en el 8.1 de la Ley de Patentes. Por lo que respecta a las reivindicaciones dependientes 2, 3, 4 y 5 se considera que estas carecen de actividad inventiva del mismo modo que la reivindicaci6n independiente de la cual dependen puesto que los elementos tecnicos en ellas incluidos se encuentran asi mismo descritos en D01 y D02. En relaci6n a la reivindicaci6n dependiente numero 6, se considera que la configuraci6n de la lamina de guiado y la lamina de extracci6n en un panel tipo sandwich es una opci6n de disefo que no implica un grado de actividad inventiva para el experto en la materia. En este sentido, se recomienda la lectura del documento D03 que incorpora una estructura de sandwich en la regi6n de salida de la luz de un sistema de iluminaci6n por leds (ver resumen y figura 2). Por lo que respecta a la reivindicaci6n dependiente numero 7, la incorporaci6n en la parte central de una lamina perimetral con prismas de guiado simetricos respecto de la del exterior y formando otra guia de luz se considera una ligera variante constructiva que el experto en la materia consideraria sin la aplicaci6n de ningun grado de actividad inventiva especialmente teniendo en cuenta que las ventajas conseguidas se preven facilmente: ampliar las posibilidades de extracci6n de luz. En este sentido, se recomienda la lectura del documento D04 que describe una guia de luzformada por diversas capasde material 6ptico dispuestas de manera concentrica. In relation to independent claim number 1, and taking into account the content of document D01, it is concluded that the main difference between R1 and D01 is that, in R1 reference is made to a natural lighting system (so it is necessary have a system for capturing sunlight and a randomizing element) while, in D01, reference is made to an artificial lighting system, so in D01 reference is made to the existence of a light bulb as a lighting system and the collection system is dispensed with as unnecessary in this case. In this sense, it is recommended to read document D02 belonging to the same technical sector that describes a natural lighting system by optical guidance and light extraction applied to the building that incorporates a pickup element and a randomizing element (see summary and figure 6 ). Therefore, in view of the contents of documents D01 and D02, the expert in the field could consider that the combination of all the technical characteristics established in R1 is a normal design process that does not imply any degree of inventive activity and, therefore, does not meets the criteria established in 8.1 of the Patent Law. As regards dependent claims 2, 3, 4 and 5, it is considered that they lack inventive activity in the same way as the independent claim on which they depend since the technical elements included therein are also described in D01 and D02. In relation to dependent claim number 6, it is considered that the configuration of the guiding sheet and the extraction sheet in a sandwich panel is a design option that does not imply a degree of inventive activity for the person skilled in the art. In this regard, reading of document D03 incorporating a sandwich structure in the light output region of a LED lighting system is recommended (see summary and figure 2). With regard to the dependent claim number 7, the incorporation in the central part of a perimeter sheet with symmetrical guiding prisms with respect to the exterior and forming another light guide is considered a slight constructive variant that the person skilled in the art would consider without the application of any degree of inventive activity especially taking into account that the advantages achieved are easily foreseen: to expand the possibilities of extracting light. In this sense, it is recommended to read document D04 which describes a light guide formed by various layers of optical material arranged concentrically.
