Abstract

Sistema para envasar mercancías y cabezal de llenado para envasar dichas mercancías.
El sistema comprende un envase (4) de material flexible y medios (1) para descargar dichas mercancías en el interior de dicho envase (4). Se caracteriza por el hecho de que comprende medios (6, 7, 9) para proporcionar una atmósfera de composición predeterminada en el espacio interior de dicho envase, estando constituido dicho envase por lo menos por una funda (4) interior de material flexible para contenedores, cuyo material posee una permeabilidad al oxígeno adecuada para mantener sustancialmente constante en el tiempo la composición de dicha atmósfera, una vez envasadas dichas mercancías. El cabezal se caracteriza por el hecho de que comprende por lo menos un conducto (6) para el suministro de gas al espacio interior de dicho envase (4) y por lo menos un conducto (7) para la evacuación de dicho gas del espacio interior de dicho envase (4), permitiendo dichos conductos (6, 7) de entrada y salida de gas el suministro de una atmósfera de composición predeterminada en el espacio interior de dicho envase (4).
