Elementos prefabricados para la construcción de edificios, constituidos de material resistente, tal como el hormigón vibrado, eventualmente armado, para la construcción de edificios, del tipo que comprenden vigas que forman placas de apoyo destinadas a ser apoyadas sobre el suelo para soportar las paredes, pilares destinados a ser enderezados sobre la placa de apoyo, especialmente en los ángulos del edificio y vigas o dinteles destinados a formar los enmarcados de las puertas y de las ventanas, caracterizados porque comprenden además, para la construcción de las paredes, paneles modulares en forma de losas que tienen cada uno a una cara plana, una cara provista de un alveolo central en forma de colector, rodeado de un reborde periférico, y secciones con relieves longitudinales que permiten el encajamiento de los paneles modulares por una parte, entre ellos, y por otra, con los pilares, con las vigas y con los dinteles, estando perforados, en el reborde periférico de cada alveolo, agujeros paralelos al fondo del alveolo para la introducción de medios de unión de los paneles, por ejemplo pernos, estando recubierta la cara provista del alveolo por una placa de material aislante, por ejemplo de poliestireno expandido, que es pegado sobre el borde periférico que rodea al alveolo, el cual define en dicho alveolo una cámara de aire aislante, y que es ventajosamente recubierto sobre su cara externa por una capa de yeso.
