The panels are bonded to each other by cement or vinyl, urea, acrylic or epoxy resins poured into the cavity formed by adjacent longitudinal grooves and are secured at their top by angle brackets 3 fixed with bolts 5 to the building structure 6. Sound absorbent material (10) Fig. 5 (not shown) may be placed between the top of the panels and the underside of the structural beam 6. Conduits may be positioned in the cavity between adjacent panels before the pouring of cement to form a duct.
