Abstract

Método para completar una conexión de voz entre una primera y segunda terminal de voz en una Red (10) Telefónica Conmutada (RTC), que incluye las etapas de recepción en un Punto (48) de Conmutación Virtual (VSP) de un mensaje de petición de llamada de un usuario (30, 32) que llama, recibiéndose el mensaje de petición de llamada a través de una conexión a una red (34) de datos; enviándose un primer mensaje de Señalización por Canal Común (CCS) desde el VSP por una red de señalización de la RTC a un SSP (18) en la RTC para iniciar un primer tramo de la conexión de voz, y enviándose un segundo mensaje CCS desde el VSP a otro SSP en la RTC para iniciar un segundo tramo de la conexión de voz, estando el primer y segundo mensaje CCS interrelacionados hasta un punto que se asocia un código de identificación de circuito en cada mensaje con los extremos opuestos de la misma instalación de enlace, caracterizado por: enviar un mensaje de consulta de Parte de Aplicación de Capacidades de Transacción (PACT) desde el VSP (48) al SSP (18) que da servicio al usuario que llama para determinar la disponibilidad de una línea de llamada identificada en el mensaje de petición de llamada y, si una respuesta al mensaje de consulta PACT indica que la línea que llama está disponible, por iniciar una llamada desde el VSP mediante el empleo de mensajes de señalización por canal común del Parte de Usuario de una Red Digital de Servicios Integrados (ISUP) enviados desde el VSP para iniciar el primer y segundo tramo de la conexión de voz.
