EN EL SISTEMA DE FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA VALVULA, EL MEDIO DE TRANSMISION DE ENERGIA COMPRENDE UNA RUEDA INTERIOR, UNA RUEDA EXTERIOR QUE RODEA A LA RUEDA INTERIOR Y UN PORTADOR QUE ARRASTRA GIRATORIAMENTE UN ROTOR PLANETARIO. LA RUEDA INTERIOR ESTA CONECTADA FUNCIONALMENTE A UN CIGUEÑAL Y LA RUEDA EXTERIOR ESTA CONECTADA A LA VALVULA DEL MOTOR. UN DISPOSITIVO DE CONTROL DE LA CANTIDAD DE GIRO ESTA CONECTADO AL PORTADOR, PARA CONTROLAR LA CANTIDAD DE GIRO DEL PORTADOR DE ACUERDO CON EL ESTADO DE TRABAJO DEL MOTOR. DE ESTE MODO, SE PUEDE REDUCIR EL TAMAÑO DEL SISTEMA DE FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA VALVULA Y, POR AÑADIDURA, LAS CARACTERISTICAS DE FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL MOTOR SE PUEDEN ALTERAR CON SUMA PRECISION.
