Abstract

Un procedimiento y dispositivo para producir un flujo de partículas de alta velocidad a bajo coste, a través de la aceleración en múltiples etapas, empleando distintos medios en cada etapa; las partículas se aceleran a velocidad subsónica (con respecto a la velocidad del sonido en el aire) empleando uno o más chorros de gas de bajo coste; luego se aceleran adicionalmente a una velocidad más alta utilizando chorros de agua. Además, para mejorar la aceleración de partículas, se crea un movimiento de remolino, y las partículas son introducidas en el fluido con movimiento de remolino, mejorando así el suministro de partículas al objetivo.
