Abstract

Procedimiento para mecanización por levantamiento de material de la superficie de una pieza de trabajo con una herramienta, donde la herramienta está guiada sobre la pieza de trabajo según trayectorias (B) y donde el material de la pieza de trabajo, que se encuentra en una región de actuación (T) de la herramienta, es levantado para generar una superficie teórica deseada (I), caracterizado porque tanto el ángulo de inclinación como también el ángulo de ataque de la herramienta son ajustados de forma repetida sobre sus trayectorias para aumentar al máximo un margen de tolerancia, definido como una región continua, dentro de la cual la distancia entre la superficie teórica y la región de actuación de la herramienta se encuentra en un intervalo de tolerancia predeterminado, siendo calculados el ángulo de inclinación y el ángulo de ataque, poniendo la región de actuación (T) por cálculo en dos puntos (P0, P2) en contacto con la superficie teórica (I) de la pieza de trabajo y variando a continuación la posición de al menos uno de los puntos, siendo aumentado al máximo el margen de tolerancia, porque o bien se varía uno de los dos puntos (P0, P2), hasta que la distancia entre dichos dos puntos es máxima, o bien se varía uno de los dos puntos (P0, P2) hasta que el margen de tolerancia es máximo.
