Abstract
Un método de operación de un sistema celular inalámbrico de acceso múltiple de espectro ensanchado basado en multiplexado por división en frecuencias ortogonales, OFDM, empleándose dentro de una célula de dicho sistema una pluralidad de antenas direccionales orientada cada una de forma que se divide dicha célula en una pluralidad de sectores, en que cada uno de dichos sectores corresponde a una de dichas antenas direccionales, estando caracterizado el método por los pasos de: dividir un espectro de frecuencia disponible para dicho sistema inalámbrico de acceso múltiple de espectro ensanchado basado en multiplexado OFDM en una pluralidad de sub-bandas; asignar una primera sub-banda respectiva de cada una de dichas sub-bandas a cada sector respectivo de dichos sectores; asignar al menos un primer tono para la comunicación con cada terminal dentro de cada uno de dichos sectores, en que cada primer tono asignado a cada uno de dichos terminales está dentro de dicha primera subbanda asignada a aquél de dichos sectores dentro del cual está situado cada uno de dichos terminales; usar dichos primeros tonos asignados para comunicar al menos un símbolo; asignar al menos un segundo tono para la comunicación con cada terminal dentro de cada uno de dichos sectores, en que cada segundo tono asignado a cada uno de dichos terminales está dentro de dicha primera sub-banda asignada a aquél de dichos sectores dentro del cual está situado cada uno de dichos terminales; usar dichos segundos tonos asignados para comunicar al menos un símbolo; asignar una segunda sub-banda respectiva de cada una de dichas sub-bandas a cada sector respectivo de dichos sectores; y asignar al menos un tercer tono para la comunicación con cada terminal dentro de cada uno de dichos sectores, en que cada tercer tono asignado a cada uno de dichos terminales está dentro de dicha segunda subbanda asignada a aquél de dichos sectores dentro del cual está situado cada uno de dichos terminales.
