LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA DETERMINAR EL ANGULO DE FASE DE UNA MAQUINA DE COMBUSTION INTERNA DE CUATRO TIEMPOS CON UN NUMERO IMPAR DE CILINDROS, CARENTE DE UN SENSOR DEL ARBOL DE LEVAS, EN EL QUE EL ANGULO DE FASE SE MIDE MEDIANTE UNA PRIMERA SEÑAL EMITIDA POR UN SENSOR ANGULAR DEL CIGUEÑAL, QUE PRESENTA UNA SINGULARIDAD, SE COMPARA CON UNA SEGUNDA SEÑAL, QUE POR EJEMPLO SEA REPRESENTATIVA DEL NUMERO DE REVOLUCIONES O SEA LA SEÑAL DE SALIDA DE UN SENSOR DE PRESION DEL TUBO DE SUCCION, Y SE PROCESA LA EVOLUCION DE LA SEGUNDA SEÑAL EN EL AMBITO DE LA SINGULARIDAD DE LA PRIMERA SEÑAL. PUESTO QUE ESTA CURVA DE LA SEÑAL VARIA EN FUNCION DE SI EL CIGUEÑAL SE HALLA EN SU PRIMERA O SEGUNDA REVOLUCION, ES POSIBLE DETERMINAR CLARAMENTE EL ANGULO DE FASE.
