Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para inyectar combustible en un motor diesel, empleando una bomba de flujo pulsante para mejorar el rendimiento del combustible de dichos motores, controlando el comienzo y el final de la inyección. Incluye un dispositivo (20) que controla el cierre y la abertura de la aguja inyectora (5), dotado de un circuito de descarga (21, 21'') controlado por una electroválvula (25) en conexión derivada entre el conducto de suministro de alta presión (7) y el conducto de retorno de baja presión (8). Dicho circuito de descarga (21, 21'') incluye una válvula de descarga (22) en donde la abertura y el cierre son ralentizados por un orificio calibrado (23). La válvula de descarga (22), situada más arriba de un orificio de descarga (27) proporcionado sobre el conducto de retorno (8), permite desviar parte del flujo de combustible no inyectado hacia la aguja de descarga (5) para ejercer allí una presión de cierre. Por consiguiente, esto da como resultado un mejor control sobre la abertura y el cierre de la aguja de descarga (5). Una válvula calibrada (24) garantiza que la presión en el circuito de descarga (21) se mantiene entre dos inyecciones. Durante el ciclo de inyección, el suministro de combustible hacia la aguja de descarga (5) no se ve impedida por los componentes del dispositivo de control (20). La invención es aplicable a los motores diesel que emplean bombas de inyección pulsantes.
