Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación continua de derivados de almidón descompuesto hidrolíticamente, dado el cado sustituidos, mediante transformación con un medio hidrolizador ácido en un medio acuoso y subsiguiente neutralización para interrumpir la hidrólisis, caracterizado porque se lleva continuamente una solución o suspensión, que contiene el almidón a hidrolizar, dado el caso sustituido, a través de un tramo de reacción, esencialmente sin entremezclamiento contra la fuerza de la gravedad en la etapa de hidrólisis.
