Abstract

Sample holder device for simultaneous measurements using synchrotron radiation.This invention describes the development of a new sample holder prototype to be used simultaneously on an X-ray diffraction line and used to simultaneously detect the dispersion in high and low angles and dielectric spectroscopy. The prototype consists of:- two metal blocks with four embedded heating resistances that allow heating the metal blocks and the same to up to 350 degrees Celsius. One of the blocks is crossed by a U-shaped tube through which cooling air circulates and that, at the same time, connects the main block of the sample holder to the cover:- two metal disks with holes in the centre (electrodes).- two thin aluminium disks.- a top plate (cover) to close the oven where the sample holder is inserted with the corresponding connections for cabling.
