Abstract
LA INVENCION TRATA DE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE MATERIALES LAMINADOS PARA COJINETES DE DESLIZAMIENTO, ASI COMO DE UN BAÑO DE GALVANIZACION PARA LA REALIZACION DE DICHO PROCEDIMIENTO. PARA SEPARAR LA CAPA BINARIA, EL PROCEDIMIENTO PREVE UTILIZAR SOBRE UNA CAPA DE BRONCE DE LA QUE HAN SIDO SEPARADAS SUVESIVAMENTE DE FORMA GALVANICA UNA CAPA BINARIA DE PLOMO O ESTAÑO Y UNA CAPA INICIAL DE MOLIBDENO, UN BAÑO DE GALVANIZACION CON UN HUMECTANTE NO IONICO Y UN DERIVADO DEL BENZOL. UNA VEZ SEPARADA LA CAPA BINARIA Y ANTES DE SEPARAR LA CAPA INICIAL, SE REALIZA UNA ACTIVACION DE AL MENOS UNA CAPA SUPERFICIAL DE LA CAPA BINARIA. EL MATERIAL LAMINADO MUESTRA UNA CUBIERTA DE PROTECCION DE ACERO (1) Y, VERTIDO SOBRE ESTA, UN BRONCE PLOMADO (2) SOBRE EL QUE SE APLICA GALVANICAMENTE UNA CAPA INTERMEDIA (13). UNA VEZ REALIZADA LA SEPARACION GALVANICA DE LA CAPA (3), LA ZONA ASUPERFICIAL (5) ES MODIFICADA MEDIANTE ACTIVACION ANODICA. TRAS LA ACTIVACION ANODICA SE APLICA GALVANICAMENTE LA CAPA DE OXIDO DE MOLIBDENO (4).
