Abstract

The automotive ventilation system has a rectangular air channel (1). The air channel can be progressively opened or closed by a folding (8) panel (6,7). The panel has sliding pins at the top and bottom. The pins locate in matching recesses within the air channel inner wall under the influence of a lever (4) or cable system.
