SE HAN OBTENIDO CELULAS ANFITRIONAS RECOMBINANTES (A) UN SEGMENTO DE POLINUCLEOTIDO HETEROLOGO, QUE CODIFICA UN POLIPEPTIDO, ESTABLEMENTE INTEGRADO EN UN CROMOSOMA, QUE SE ENCUENTRA BAJO EL CONTROL TRANSCRIPCIONAL DE UN PROMOTOR ENDOGENO Y (B) UNA MUTACION QUE EFECTUA UNA EXPRESION INCREMENTADA DEL SEGMENTO HETEROLOGO, DANDO COMO RESULTADO UNA PRODUCCION MEJORADA MEDIANTE LAS CELULAS ANFITRIONAS DE CADA POLIPEPTIDO CODIFICADO POR ESE SEGMENTO, EN RELACION CON LA PRODUCCION DE CADA POLIPEPTIDO MEDIANTE CELULAS ANFITRIONAS EN LA AUSENCIA DE LA MUTACION.
