EL GEN PLC CODIFICA PARA LA ENZIMA FENILACETIL-COA LIGASA. MEDIANTE TECNICAS DE ADN RECOMBINANTE SE INTRODUCE EL GEN PCL OBTENIDO DE PSEUDOMONAS PUTIDA U Y CARACTERIZADO POR LA SECUENCIA SEQ ID NO: 1, OBTENIENDOSE MUTANTES TRANSFORMADOS CECT 20192, QUE PRESENTAN UNA PRODUCCION INCREMENTADA DE UN MINIMO DEL 10% DE PENICILINA G, CON RESPECTO A LAS CEPAS CONTROL SIN TRANSFORMAR.
