A SECOND FIXED HOLE 22 AND A VARIABLE HOLE 23 ARE CONNECTED IN SERIES BETWEEN A DRAIN AND THE CURRENT SIDE BELOW THE FIRST FIXED HOLE. IN PARALLEL WITH THE FIRST FIXED HOLE THERE IS A CONSTANT PRESSURE DROP VALVE THAT KEEPS THE PRESSURE DROP THROUGH THE FIRST FIXED SUBSTANTIALLY CONSTANT HOLE WHEN THE PRESSURE DROP HAS RAISED TO A DEFAULT VALUE.
