EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN QUE: (I) SE HACE REACCIONAR PRIMICINA INSOLUBLE EN AGUA EN UN ALCOHOL CSI1-3 CON UNA SUSTANCIA CONDENSABLE QUE INCLUYA UN PUENTE C-C-C, EN PRESENCIA DE METOXIDO O ETOXIDO SODICO O POTASICO, SE SEPARA EL RESULTANTE PRODUCTO DE UNA SOLUBILIDAD EN AGUA DE 40-60 MG/ML Y, SI SE DESEA, (II) LA SUSTANCIA RESULTANTE SE SOMETE A CROMATOGRAFIA EN COLUMNA SOBRE GEL DE SILICE, APLICANDO UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA AL 1% DE MEZCLA DE PARTRIDGE COMO AGENTE ELUYENTE, PARA OBTENER UNA MEZCLA DE COMPONENTES DE FORMULAS (ASI1 Y (ASI3) DE UNA SOLUBILIDAD EN AGUA DE 50 MB/ML, Y, SI SE DESEA, (III) SE SOMETE LA MEZCLA RESULTANTE DE DOS COMPONENTES A CROMATOGRAFIA DE INTERCAMBIO IONICO, APLICANDO CARBOXIMETIL CELULOSA EN CICLO AMONICO COMO ABSORBENTE Y ELUYENDO ESE ABSORBENTE COMO SOLUCION ACUOSA DE HIDROCARBONATO AMONICO PARA OBTENER EL COMPONENTE DE FORMULA (ASI3) DE UNA SOLUBILIDAD EN AGUA DE 50 MG/ML EN FORMAPURA, Y, SI SE DESEA, (IV) SE CONTINUA LA ELUCION CON METANOL ABSOLUTO QUE INCLUYA 10 MOLES DE ACIDO ACETICO PARA OBTENER EL COMPONENTE DE FORMULA (ASI1) DE UNA SOLUBILIDAD EN AGUA DE 10 MG/ML EN FORMA PURA.
