Abstract
N-(Beta-hydroxy ethyl) di-2-(4'-isobutyl phenyl), propionamide for pharmacological use, esp. as an anti-inflammatory and analgesic, is made by reaction of 2-(4'-isobutyl phenyl) propionic acid with mono-ethanolamine, and dehydration of the resulting salt.
