LA SECUENCIA DE ADN CLONADA SE INSERTA EN UN PLASMIDO DE EXPRESION Y EL VECTOR RESULTANTE SE EMPLEA PARA TRANSFORMAR UN HOSPEDANTE (POR EJEMPLO E. COLI).
