Atadura de seguridad para esquíes, en cuyo sistema la unión entre el esquí y la bota de esquiar se establece a través de una placa especial para la suela, y en el que se han previsto sobre el esquí un dispositivo de sujeción de la placa que ataca a la placa por detrás de tacón de la bota, y un apoyo para la placa para la suela, oprimiendo el dispositivo de sujeción de la placa normalmente a la placa para la suela contra el apoyo, y liberándola en caso de sobrecarga en dirección vertical y/o horizontal, caracterizada porque como apoyo sirve una palanca soportada de manera basculable en torno de un eje situado transversalmente con respecto a la dirección longitudinal del esquí y que con su extremo libre se extiende hacia el extremo del esquí; porque en la cara inferior de la placa para la suela está previsto, al menos aproximadamente coaxial respecto a la tibia, un disco que se apoya sobre el extremo libre de la palanca; porque sobre el esquí están fijados, por debajo de la placa para la suela, al menos dos tacos que sirven como apoyos para la placa delante y detrás del disco, y porque el dispositivo de sujeción de la placa comprende un órgano de retención cargado por muelle, en sí conocido, que encaja en una muesca de forma de cuña existente en el extremo posterior de la placa para la suela y cuyo vértice discurre desde arriba oblicuamente hacia abajo.
