ANTRIEBSVORRICHTUNG FÜR EIN HOCHDRUCKREINIGUNGSGERAT DRIVE DEVICE FOR A HIGH-PRESSURE CLEANING DEVICE
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Antriebsvorrichtung für ein Hochdruckreinigungs gerät, mit einem Motor, dessen Motorwelle an einem Motorflansch drehbar gelagert und über ein Planetengetriebe mit einer Taumelscheibenanordnung gekoppelt ist, wobei das Planetengetriebe ein drehfest mit der Motorwelle ver bundenes Sonnenrad aufweist, das mit drehbar an einem Planetenträger gela gerten Planetenrädern kämmt, die mit einem innenverzahnten Hohlrad in Ein griff stehen, und wobei die Taumelscheibenanordnung in einem Ölgehäuse positioniert ist. Darüber hinaus sind dem Fachmann derartige Antriebsvorrichtungen auch aus der US 2004/0016821 Al bekannt. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Antriebsvorrichtung der ein gangs genannten Art derart weiterzubilden, dass sie eine längere Standzeit aufweist und bei der Herstellung eine größere Materialauswahl ermöglicht. Die zum Einsatz kommenden Materialien für das Ölgehäuse und den Motorflansch können im Hinblick auf eine längere Standzeit der Antriebsvorrichtung optimiert werden. Trotz der Ausgestaltung in Form separater Bauteile gestaltet sich die Montage des Ölgehäuses am Motorflansch sehr einfach, da der Motorflansch eine Zentrierung für das Ölgehäuse ausbildet. Mit Hilfe des Motorflanschs kann das Ölgehäuse auf einfache Weise relativ zur Längsachse der Antriebsvorrichtung zentriert werden.
