Das Spannelement ist hierbei als fachwerkähnlich ausgestaltete Haube ausgebildet mit einer Vielzahl von Stegen, die sich schräg zur Längsachse der Kolbenpumpe erstrecken, sowie mit einem Anschlußrohr, in das der als Druckstutzen ausgebildete Druckanschluß des Pumpenkopfes eintaucht. Außerdem umfaßt das Spannelement einen Stützflansch, der an einer Stufe des Druckstutzens anliegt und von dem aus sich die Stege schräg zur Längsachse der Kolbenpumpe in Richtung auf die Kolbenpumpe erstrecken. Das Spannelement weist somit eine aufwen- dige Konstruktion auf, die mit nicht unbeträchtlichen Herstellungskosten verbunden ist. Der Spannbügel gewährleistet, daß der aus Kunststoff gefertigte Pumpenkopf auch hohen Drücken standhalten kann. Hierzu umgreift der U-förmig ausgestaltete Spannbügel den Pumpenkopf und liegt unmittelbar an einer aus Metall gefertigten Anlagefläche an. Aufgrund der metallischen Ausgestaltung wird das Anzugsmoment, mit dem der Spannbügel bei seiner Montage beaufschlagt wird, auch im Dauerbetrieb des Hochdruckreinigungsgerätes aufrechterhalten, eine Lockerung des Spannbügels wird vermieden. An den freien Endflächen der Führungshülsen 84 liegt ein Spannelement 86 mit seinen Halteringen 76 an, das sich vom voranstehend beschriebenen Spannelement 56 lediglich dadurch unterscheidet, daß die Schenkel 61, 62 und 66, 67 verkürzt sind und nur entlang des Steuergehäuses 54 des Pumpenkopfes 27 verlaufen. Aufgrund der verkürzten Ausgestaltung der Schenkel zeichnet sich das Spannelement 86 durch eine kompaktere Ausgestaltung und demzufolge durch eine höhere mechanische Stabilität aus. Die Befestigung des Spannelementes 86 am Pumpengehäuse 17 erfolgt mittels Spannschrauben 88, die die Führungshülsen 84 durchgreifen und mit einem Innengewinde 89 des Pumpengehäuses 17 in Eingriff stehen. Die Spannschrauben 88 dienen somit zusätzlich zur Befestigung des Spann- elementes 86 auch zur Halterung des Führungsflansches 83 der Kolbenführung 25.A second embodiment of the high-pressure cleaning device 10 is shown in FIG. 4. Im Gegensatz zur zweiten Ausführungsform ist allerdings bei der in Fig. 5 dargestellten Ausgestaltung für die Kolbenführung 25 ein Führungsflansch 91 vorgesehen, der sowohl Durchgangsbohrungen 92 zum Durchgriff von Befestigungsschrauben 93 aufweist als auch Führungshülsen 94, die ein Innengewinde 95 umfassen und mit Spannschrauben 96 in Eingriff stehen. Bei der in Fig. 5 dargestellten dritten Ausführungsform erfolgt die Befestigung des Spannelementes 86 mittels der Spannschrauben 96 an den Führungshülsen 94 des Führungsflansches 91. Die Befestigung des Führungsflansches 91 wiederum erfolgt mittels gesonderter Befestigungsschrauben 93, die in Umfangsrich- tung des Führungsflansches 91 versetzt zu den Führungshülsen 94 angeordnet sind.A third embodiment of a high-pressure cleaning device is shown in FIG. 5. Hoσhdruckreinigungsgerät mit einer Kolbenpumpe, auf die ein Pumpenkopf aufgesetzt ist, in den zumindest ein in Längsrichtung der Kolbenpumpe hin- und herbewegbarer Kolben hineinragt, wobei der Pumpenkopf einen Sauganschluß zum Zuführen einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit und einen Druckanschluß zum Abgeben der Reinigungs- flüssigkeit umfaßt und mehrere Steuerventile aufnimmt und wobei der Pumpenkopf aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist und mittels eines Spannelementes mit der Kolbenpumpe verspannt ist, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e , daß das Spannelement (56; 86) mindestens einen U-förmigen Spannbügel (60, 65) aufweist mit einem am Pumpenkopf (27) anliegenden Basisteil (63 bzw. 68) und mit zwei im wesentlichen in Längsrichtung der Kolbenpumpe (16) ausgerichteten Schenkeln (61, 62 bzw. 66, 67 ) , deren freien Enden ( 76 ) an einer aus Metall gefertigten Anlagefläche (78; 83; 91) einer Kolbenführung (25) der Kolbenpumpe (16) anliegen und mit der Kolbenpumpe (16) lösbar verbindbar sind.1.
