Claims (17)

    le dispositif de fermeture comprenant un capuchon de fermeture (8),
    le capuchon de fermeture (8) comprenant un couvercle de capuchon (9) et une enveloppe de capuchon (10) se raccordant sur le côté périphérique au couvercle de capuchon (9) et s'étendant axialement, le capuchon de fermeture (8) comprenant un second moyen de guidage (11),
    le capuchon de fermeture (8) et l'élément de base (2) sont conçus de telle manière que

    dans un état ouvert du dispositif de fermeture (1), le premier moyen de guidage (6) et le second moyen de guidage (11) sont hors de prise et le capuchon de fermeture (8) libère l'ouverture de versement (5) au moins par sections,
    le dispositif de fermeture (1) comprenant une bague d'ancrage (12) et un dispositif de connexion (13),
    le dispositif de connexion (13) connectant la bague d'ancrage (12) au capuchon de fermeture (8),
    la bague d'ancrage (12) étant en prise avec le moyen de fixation (7) à la fois dans l'état fermé et dans l'état ouvert du dispositif de fermeture (1) de telle sorte que, à l'état ouvert aussi, le capuchon de fermeture (8) soit connecté à l'élément de base (2) par le dispositif de connexion (13) et la bague d'ancrage (12),
    l'élément de base (2) comprenant un moyen de support supplémentaire (14),
    le moyen de support (14) étant agencé axialement entre le moyen de fixation (7) et le premier moyen de guidage (6),
    le moyen de support (14) comprenant un premier élément de surface (15) avec une normale de surface,
    la normale de surface étant orientée vers le plan de versement,
    le dispositif de fermeture (1) étant conçu de telle manière que dans l'état ouvert du dispositif de fermeture (1), le capuchon de fermeture (8) puisse être amené dans une première position dans laquelle le capuchon de fermeture (8) ne repose ni sur le premier élément de surface (15) ni sur un premier bord (17) délimitant le premier élément de surface, et puisse être amené dans une seconde position,
    le capuchon de fermeture (8) étant monté dans la seconde position de manière stable par rapport à l'élément de base (2),
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans la seconde position, le capuchon de fermeture (8) repose sur le premier élément de surface (15) ou sur le premier bord (17) ou sur le premier élément de surface (15) et le premier bord (17).
  2. Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon la revendication 1,
    le moyen de support (14), le dispositif de connexion (13) et le capuchon de fermeture (8) étant conçus de manière à ce qu'un changement de la première position du capuchon de fermeture (8) à la seconde position du capuchon de fermeture (8) et/ou un changement de la seconde position du capuchon de fermeture (8) à la première position du capuchon de fermeture (8) ne soit possible que par l'action externe d'une force supplémentaire.
  3. Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    le dispositif de fermeture (1) étant conçu de telle sorte que lors du changement du capuchon de fermeture (8) de la première position à la seconde position et/ou lors du changement du capuchon de fermeture (8) de la seconde position à la première position, un bruit de clic audible pour l'utilisateur moyen retentisse.
  4. Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    le capuchon de fermeture (8) comprenant un élément de verrouillage (18),
    le capuchon de fermeture (8) et le dispositif de connexion (13) étant conçus de telle sorte que l'élément de fixation (18), dans l'état ouvert du dispositif de fermeture (1), repose au moins sur le premier élément de surface (15) ou sur le premier bord (17) lorsque le capuchon de fermeture (8) est dans la seconde position, de sorte qu'une modification de cette seconde position ne puisse être effectuée que par une force délibérée d'un utilisateur du dispositif de fermeture (1),
    l'élément de fixation (18) constituant, de préférence à l'état fermé du dispositif de fermeture (1), un prolongement axial de l'enveloppe de capuchon (9),
    de manière particulièrement préférée, le rayon extérieur maximal de l'élément de verrouillage (18) n'étant pas plus grand que le rayon extérieur maximal de l'enveloppe de capuchon (9).
  5. Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon la revendication 4,
    la connexion du dispositif de connexion (13) à la bague d'ancrage (12) se trouvant à l'état fermé plus près de l'ouverture de versement (5) que la zone maximale de l'élément de verrouillage (18) éloignée de l'ouverture de versement (5).
  6. Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    le moyen de support (14) étant espacé axialement à la fois du premier moyen de guidage (6) et du moyen de fixation (7).
  7. Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    le moyen de support (14) étant une bague de support s'étendant sur toute la circonférence de l'élément de base (2) et faisant saillie radialement à partir de l'axe de fermeture (50) ou une section de bague de support ne s'étendant que sur une zone partielle inférieure à 360 degrés et faisant saillie radialement à partir de l'axe de fermeture (50).
  8. Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    le moyen de support (14) comprenant une extension radiale maximale à mesurer à partir de l'axe de fermeture (50) qui est supérieure à l'extension radiale maximale du premier moyen de guidage (6).
  9. Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    le dispositif de connexion (13) et le capuchon de fermeture (8) étant conçus de telle manière que le capuchon de fermeture (8) soit monté à pivotement par rapport à l'élément de base (2) dans l'état ouvert autour d'un axe de pivotement perpendiculaire à l'axe de fermeture (50).
  10. Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    le dispositif de connexion(13) comprenant au moins une première bande de retenue (23, 123) et une seconde bande de retenue supplémentaire (24, 124),
    la première bande de retenue (23, 123) reliant le capuchon de fermeture (8) à la bague d'ancrage (12),
    la seconde bande de retenue (24, 124) reliant le capuchon de fermeture (8) à la bague d'ancrage (12),
    le dispositif de connexion (13) comprenant de préférence exclusivement une première bande de retenue (23, 123) et une seconde bande de retenue supplémentaire (24,124).
  11. Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon la revendication 10,
    au moins la première bande de retenue (23, 123) étant torsadée à l'état ouvert du dispositif de fermeture (1), lorsque le capuchon de fermeture (8) est dans la seconde position,
    de préférence, la première bande de retenue (23, 123) et la seconde bande de retenue (124, 124) étant torsadées dans l'état ouvert du dispositif de fermeture (1) lorsque le capuchon de fermeture (8) est dans la seconde position.
  12. Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 ou 11,
    la première bande de retenue (23, 123) et la seconde bande de retenue (24, 124) s'étendant chacune à l'état fermé du dispositif de fermeture (1) sur un angle circonférentiel de 120 degrés au maximum, de préférence de 90 degrés au maximum et de manière particulièrement préférée de 60 degrés au maximum.
  13. Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    le premier moyen de guidage (6) et le second moyen de guidage (11) étant conçus et agencés de telle sorte que le capuchon de fermeture (8), dans l'état fermé du dispositif de fermeture (1) par rapport à l'élément de base (2) autour du capuchon de fermeture (8), soit monté sur l'élément de base (29) de manière à pouvoir tourner, de sorte que le capuchon de fermeture puisse être tourné dans une direction de rotation d'ouverture par rapport à l'élément de base (2) pour amener le dispositif de fermeture (1) dans l'état ouvert.
  14. Dispositif de fermeture (1) selon la revendication 13,
    le premier moyen de guidage (6) et le second moyen de guidage (11) étant conçus et agencés de telle sorte qu'au maximum après une rotation du capuchon de fermeture (8) de 180 degrés dans la direction de rotation d'ouverture, le premier moyen de guidage (6) et le second moyen de guidage (11) sortent de l'état en prise, de sorte que le capuchon de fermeture (8) puisse être amené dans l'état ouvert sans rotation supplémentaire du capuchon de fermeture (8) dans la direction de rotation d'ouverture.
  15. Combinaison d'un emballage en carton avec un dispositif de fermeture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le dispositif de fermeture (1) étant relié à l'emballage en carton ou étant formé en partie d'un seul tenant avec le dispositif de fermeture (1) de manière à ce que le dispositif de fermeture (1) permette l'ouverture ou la fermeture de l'emballage en carton,
    ou
    combinaison d'une bouteille en plastique avec un dispositif de fermeture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le dispositif de fermeture (1) étant connecté à la bouteille en plastique ou étant formé en partie d'un seul tenant avec la bouteille en plastique de telle sorte que le dispositif de fermeture (1) permette une ouverture ou une fermeture de la bouteille en plastique, la bouteille en plastique comprenant un goulot de bouteille, le goulot de bouteille étant ou comprenant l'élément de base (2) du dispositif de fermeture.
  16. Combinaison selon la revendication 15,
    la combinaison étant conçue de manière à ce qu'un capuchon de fermeture (8) pouvant pivoter par rapport à l'élément de base (2) autour d'un axe de pivotement perpendiculaire à l'axe de fermeture (50) puisse pivoter de 180 degrés au maximum, de préférence de 170 degrés au maximum, avant qu'un contact entre l'emballage en carton ou la bouteille en plastique d'une part et le capuchon de fermeture (8) ou le dispositif de connexion (13) d'autre part n'empêche un pivotement supplémentaire du capuchon de fermeture.
  17. Combinaison selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 ou 16,
    la combinaison étant conçue de telle sorte qu'un simple mouvement de pivotement du capuchon de fermeture (8) de la première position à la seconde position et avant d'atteindre la seconde position provoque un contact entre le capuchon de fermeture (8) et une surface extérieure de l'emballage en carton ou de la bouteille en plastique, la combinaison étant de préférence conçue de telle sorte que le contact du capuchon de fermeture (8) avec la surface extérieure de l'emballage en carton ou de la bouteille en plastique facilite le guidage du capuchon de fermeture (8) dans la seconde position pour la personne qui consomme.
