This is where the present invention comes in, which is based on the object of providing a window or door leaf with a leaf frame formed from sections of a hollow chamber profile and a facing shell, as well as a corresponding outer frame, which at least partially overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art . In particular, the window or door leaf according to the invention should allow the construction of large window and door elements with the same sound insulation properties. In addition, the Another object of the present invention is to provide a corresponding blind frame and a corresponding window or a corresponding door.
This and other objects are achieved according to the invention by a window or door leaf with the features of
According to the present invention, it was recognized that with the same dimensions of a window or door, the same sound insulation properties can also be achieved with lighter, less sound-insulating insulating glass panes if an elastic material is arranged between the facing shell and the weather side of the corresponding window or door profile. The elastic material can absorb sound waves and thus contribute significantly to the sound insulation properties of the entire component. The use of such a damping element between the window or door profile and the facing shell also enables the production of larger window or door elements with a given profile type, because the proportion of the surface element accommodated in the corresponding frame, in particular the insulating glazing, contributes to the sound insulation properties a given overall sound insulation of the window or door element can be lower.
Accordingly, the present invention resides in the provision of a window or door sash comprising a sash frame formed from sections of a window or door sash profile, the window or door sash profile having a sash rebate area and a sash outer flap; a planar element accommodated in the rebate area, which is preferably designed as insulating glazing; and a sash shell that at least partially covers the window or door sash profile, wherein the window or door sash is characterized according to the invention in that it further comprises an elastic sash damping element that is at least partially arranged between a weather-side outer wall of the window or door sash profile and the sash shell is. In addition, the present invention relates to a window frame for receiving a window or door leaf, which is formed from sections of a window frame profile, which has a window frame rebate area and a window frame outer flap; wherein the window frame further comprises a window frame profile at least partially covering the window frame facing shell, wherein the window frame according to the invention characterized in that it further comprises an elastic window frame damping element which is at least partially arranged between a weather-side outer wall of the window frame profile and the window frame facing shell. Finally, the present invention also relates to a window or a door, which has a window frame and a window or door leaf accommodated therein, wherein the window or door leaf and/or the window frame is/are designed according to the present invention.
As used herein, the terms "window or door sash" and "frame" preferably refer to a sash or frame of a plastic window or door. However, metal windows or metal doors, wooden windows or wooden doors, as well as composite windows and composite doors also come into consideration. If it is the casement of a plastic window or a plastic door, the main material of the casement profile of the window or door casement according to the invention is polyvinyl chloride (PVC), in particular hard PVC (PVC-U) or glass fiber reinforced PVC, to which additional additives such as B. stabilizers, plasticizers, pigments and the like are added, preferred. PVC can be dyed or dyed well and hardly absorbs any water.
With regard to the window or door sash according to the invention, it can be helpful if the elastic sash damping element is materially connected, in particular glued, to the sash shell and/or to the weather-side outer wall of the window or door sash profile. The integral attachment, in particular by gluing, has proven to be particularly favorable with regard to the reduction of the sound insulation properties, and even partially reinforces them.
In preferred embodiments of the present invention, the resilient wing damping element abuts the panel and thus functions as a glazing seal. This simplifies the construction of such a wing with a facing shell. In this context, it can be particularly favorable if the elastic wing damping element comprises a fastening section which at least partially engages in a rollover groove of the window or door wing profile. This allows the wing damping element to be better attached to the window or door wing profile.
It can prove advantageous if the elastic wing damping element is made of a plastic material, in particular a foamed plastic material. With regard to the window frame according to the invention, it can be advantageous if the elastic window frame damping element is materially connected, in particular glued, to the window frame facing shell and/or to the weather-side outer wall of the window frame profile. The integral attachment, in particular by gluing, has proven to be particularly favorable with regard to the reduction of the sound insulation properties.
In addition or as an alternative to this, it can be useful if the elastic window frame damping element comprises a stop section for a window or door leaf accommodated in the window frame, so that the stop section functions as a stop.
