Claims (15)

  1. Casing for a refillable container device for cosmetic product,
    said casing (8) being configured to receive a refill (1) configured to contain said cosmetic product,
    the casing (8) comprising an opening (9) forming a neck (11) of the casing and which is configured to receive the refill in order to put it in place in a reception volume defined by an inside wall (14) of the casing,
    said casing further comprising a ring (17) connected to the neck (11), said ring (17) extending over at least one portion of the inside wall of the casing forming said neck (11),
    said ring (17) comprising an inside surface (18),
    characterized in that a member of elastomer material (19) is linked to said inside surface (18) of the ring (17) and this member of elastomer material (19) is at least partly in relief relative to said inside surface of the ring (17).
  2. Casing according to claim 1, wherein the member of elastomer material (19) is molded onto the ring (17).
  3. Casing according to claim 1, wherein the ring (17) is formed from a plastics material, wherein said ring (17) and the member of elastomer material (19) connected to it are formed together by bi-material injection-molding.
  4. Casing according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the elastomer material is a thermoplastic elastomer or a silicone elastomer.
  5. Casing according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the elastomer material has a hardness comprised between 20 degrees Shore and 80 degrees Shore, and preferably comprised between 40 degrees Shore and 60 degrees Shore.
  6. Casing according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the member of elastomer material forms discrete projections (20) distributed over the inside surface of the ring.
  7. Casing according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the member of elastomer material (19) extends in one or more strips parallel to the opening (9) of the casing (8).
  8. Casing according to one of the preceding claims, said reception volume being of the general shape of a cylinder of revolution, or frusto-conical or right prismatic.
  9. Casing according to one of the preceding claims mainly consisting of plastics material, of glass, of stainless steel, of aluminum, or of wood.
  10. Casing according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the ring (17) is connected to the neck (11) by snap engagement and/or by bonding.
  11. Container device for cosmetic product comprising a casing (8) according to one of the preceding claims and a refill (1) in which the refill (1) comprises a lateral wall (3) having clearance (J1) with respect to the inside wall (14) of the casing (8), except at the location of all or part of the member of elastomer material (19), such that bearing zones of the member of elastomer material (19) on said refill lateral wall (3) are formed.
  12. Container device for cosmetic product according to claim 11, wherein the member of elastomer material (19) is deformed in said bearing zones by compression on the lateral wall (3) of the refill (1) compared with a configuration that the member of elastomer material (19) adopts when not acted upon externally.
  13. A container device according to claim 11 or claim 12, wherein said lateral wall (3) of the refill (1) is devoid of asperities such as snap-fastening rings, studs, apertures or grooves, at least in a zone of interaction of said lateral wall (3) with the member of elastomer material (19).
  14. Container device according to one of claims 11 to 13, the shape, the dimensions and the constitution of the member of elastomer material being configured such that a force required for the extraction of the refill (1) from the casing (8) is greater than or equal to twice, and preferably greater than or equal to two and a half times, the weight of the refill (1).
  15. Container device according to one of claims 11 to 14, wherein the refill comprises a vessel, and wherein the vessel comprises a lid connected by snap fastening or screwing to the rest of said vessel.
