Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Ausziehführung für ein relativ zu einem Möbelkorpus bewegbares Möbelteil, insbesondere für eine Schublade, mit einer mit dem Möbelkorpus zu verbindenden Korpusschiene, einer an der Korpusschiene bewegbar gelagerten Ladenschiene, welche mit dem bewegbaren Möbelteil verbindbar ist und eine Längsachse aufweist, wobei die Ladenschiene entlang der Längsachse in Öffnungs- und Schließrichtung des bewegbaren Möbelteils bewegbar ist, einer Antriebsvorrichtung zum Bewegen der Ladenschiene und des damit verbindbaren bewegbaren Möbelteils zumindest in einem Teilbereich des Bewegungsweges zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer Offenstellung und einer Tiefenverstelleinrichtung zum Einstellen der Schließstellung der Ladenschiene relativ zur Korpusschiene, wobei die Tiefenverstelleinrichtung einen Träger, ein relativ zum Träger entlang der Längsachse bewegbares Anschlagelement und ein am Träger um eine Drehachse drehbar gelagertes Tiefenverstellrad zum Bewegen des Anschlagelements entlang der Längsachse aufweist. Claims (15)
- A pull-out guide (1) for a furniture part (2) that is movable relative to a furniture carcass (3), in particular for a drawer, having- a carcass rail (4) to be connected to the furniture carcass (3),- a drawer rail (5) which is mounted movably on the carcass rail (4) and which is connectable to the movable furniture part (2) and has a longitudinal axis (L), wherein the drawer rail (5) is movable along the longitudinal axis (L) in an opening and closing direction (OR, SR) of the movable furniture part (2),- a drive device (6) for moving the drawer rail (5) and the movable furniture part (2) that is connectable thereto at least in a partial range of the movement travel between a closed position (SS) and an open position (OS), and- a depth adjustment means (7) for adjusting the closed position (SS) of the drawer rail (5) relative to the carcass rail (4), wherein the depth adjustment means (7) has a carrier (71), a stop element (72), which is movable relative to the carrier (71) along the longitudinal axis (L), and a depth adjustment wheel (73), which is mounted on the carrier (71) so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation (D), for moving the stop element (72) along the longitudinal axis (L),wherein- the axis of rotation (D) of the depth adjustment wheel (73) is oriented parallel to the longitudinal axis (L),- the drive device (6) is installed on the carcass rail (4),- the stop element (72), in the closed position (SS), bears against a stop counterpart (60) of the drive device (6) and, during the movement travel from the closed position (SS) into an open position (OS), can be separated from the stop counterpart (60),characterized in that the carrier (71) of the depth adjustment means (7) is mounted on the drawer rail (5).
- The pull-out guide according to claim 1, wherein the stop element (72) has a preferably bolt-shaped driver (74) and a movement transmission region (75) that is connected to the depth adjustment wheel (73).
- The pull-out guide according to claim 2, wherein the bolt-shaped driver (74) extends at right angles with respect to the longitudinal axis (L) and - in the fitted state in the furniture carcass (3) - in a vertical direction.
- The pull-out guide according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the movement transmission region (75) is formed as an external thread (76) extending in spiral fashion about the axis of rotation (D).
- The pull-out guide according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the depth adjustment wheel (73) is, at least in regions, formed in the manner of a sleeve about the axis of rotation (D).
- The pull-out guide according to claim 4 and 5, wherein the depth adjustment wheel (73) has an internal thread (77) extending in spiral fashion about the axis of rotation (D), wherein this internal thread (77) corresponds with the external thread (76) of the movement transmission region (75).
- The pull-out guide according to claim 6, wherein the internal thread (77) is formed on an inner surface, which covers an angle of at most 180° about the axis of rotation (D), of the depth adjustment wheel (73), and the depth adjustment wheel (73) has, in that region, a recess (78) that is situated radially opposite said inner surface.
- The pull-out guide according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the depth adjustment wheel (73) has an actuation region that is formed by a lateral surface, formed about the axis of rotation (D), of the depth adjustment wheel (73) .
- The pull-out guide according to one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the depth adjustment wheel (73) has, on its outer side, preferably on its lateral surface, a knurl (79) that is preferably oriented along the longitudinal axis (L) .
- The pull-out guide according to one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the depth adjustment means (7) has a latching stud (7a) and latching depressions (7b) which correspond with the latching stud (7a) and which are preferably arranged at regular intervals about the longitudinal axis (L).
- The pull-out guide according to one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the depth adjustment means (7) has an anti-rotation mechanism for the stop element (72) in the carrier (71).
- The pull-out guide according to one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the drive device (6) is formed as an ejection device (61) for ejecting the drawer rail (5) from the closed position (SS) into an open position (OS).
- The pull-out guide according to claim 12, wherein the ejection device (61) has a carrier (62) that is attached to the carcass rail (4), an ejection carriage (63) that is movable relative to the carrier (62), and an ejection energy storage mechanism (65) that is connected to the carrier (62) and the ejection carriage (63), wherein in is preferably provided that in the closed position (SS), the ejection carriage (63) of the ejection device (61) bears against the stop element (72) of the depth adjustment means (7) via the stop counterpart (60) that is formed on the ejection carriage (63), wherein it is particularly preferably provided that the ejection carriage (63) has a catching lever which jointly forms the stop counterpart (60) and which, in the closed position (SS), engages around the driver (74) of the stop element (72) and holds it in positively locking fashion.
- A piece of furniture (8) having a furniture carcass (3), a movable furniture part (2) and a pull-out guide (1) according to one of claims 1 to 13.
- The piece of furniture according to claim 14, wherein the movable furniture part (2) is mounted movably on the furniture carcass (3) by means of two pull-out guides (1) which are installed on opposite sides of the furniture carcass (3) and which are preferably formed so as to be mirror-symmetrical with respect to one another.
