Definitions

  • the invention relates to a security lock for a safe, for example a safe, a gun cabinet and/or the like, with a lock housing and a locking bolt which is guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner in the lock housing, the locking bolt interacting with a first locking mechanism and with a second locking mechanism, the first locking mechanism being a key-operated locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism is an electric motor-driven locking mechanism, as well as with a locking mechanism which, in the locked position, prevents the lock bolt from being transferred into an open position that is moved into the lock housing.
  • Generic security locks have a lock housing. This is preferably designed as a standard lock housing, so in particular has dimensions and mounting interfaces that correspond to the standard, so that use with conventionally designed safes is permitted in a simple manner and without additional adjustments.
  • a lock bolt is guided in a longitudinally movable manner within the lock housing, which can be moved from an open position to a closed position and vice versa when operated by the user. In the open position, the lock bolt is moved into a position that is moved into the lock housing, so that the safe can be opened as intended. However, if the lock bolt is in the locked position when the door of the safe is closed, the safe is locked by means of the security lock. Unauthorized access to the interior provided by the safe is then not possible.
  • a first locking mechanism and a second locking mechanism are provided to operate the lock bolt.
  • the first locking mechanism is a key-operated locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism is an electric motor-driven locking mechanism.
  • the electric motor-driven locking mechanism serves as the main locking mechanism.
  • a locking secret is entered by the user as a code, for example as a numerical code. If the locking secret is entered correctly, the locking mechanism moves by electric motor, which results in the lock bolt moving.
  • the second, key-operated locking mechanism typically serves as an emergency locking mechanism in the event that the electric motor-driven locking mechanism is defective or has failed.
  • the key that matches the locking mechanism provides the locking secret and the lock bolt is moved as intended purely mechanically using the key.
  • the object of the invention is to further develop a security lock of the generic type in such a way that simplified assembly and handling is possible.
  • the invention proposes a security lock of the type mentioned, which is characterized in that the barrier has a Locking pin on the lock housing side and two locking levers interacting with it, each of which is pivotably arranged on the lock bolt, the locking levers being coupled in terms of movement and one locking lever interacting with the first locking mechanism and the other locking lever with the second locking mechanism.
  • the security lock according to the invention has a locking mechanism that has two movement-coupled locking levers.
  • One locking lever interacts with the first locking mechanism, whereas the other locking lever interacts with the second locking mechanism.
  • a movement of both locking levers takes place, regardless of whether the first locking mechanism or the second locking mechanism is actuated by the user.
  • both locking mechanisms are equivalent in use, so that the user can choose to operate the lock either via the first locking mechanism or the second locking mechanism.
  • the key-operated first locking mechanism can therefore still be used as an emergency locking mechanism, but equal operation is also permitted, so that the user has freedom of choice.
  • the barrier also has a locking pin. This is designed on the lock housing side and interacts with the two locking levers. When the lock is in the locked position, the two locking levers reach behind the locking pin and support themselves against it. A manipulative pressing of the lock bolt into the lock housing is then not possible.
  • both locking levers In order to enable the lock bolt to be moved into the open position as intended, both locking levers must be pivoted so that they are released from the locking pin, which then enables the lock bolt to move.
  • one of the locking mechanisms To rotate the locking levers, one of the locking mechanisms must be activated.
  • One locking mechanism acts on one locking lever, whereas the other locking mechanism acts on the other locking lever. Since the two locking levers are motion-coupled, both locking levers are rotated in any case, regardless of whether one or the other locking mechanism is used. As a result, the locking position of the locking mechanism is canceled when one of the two locking mechanisms is selectively activated. This means that the two locking mechanisms are on an equal footing next to each other in terms of their use, so that it is up to a user to carry out either key operation or electric motor operation.
  • the design of the locking mechanism according to the invention allows both locking mechanisms to be accommodated in just one lock housing.
  • the equivalence of the two locking mechanisms also makes it possible to use the key provided for this purpose in a conventional manner to operate the mechanical locking mechanism, namely using the keyhole provided for this purpose by the lock housing.
  • the emergency operation known from the prior art instead generally requires different or additional hole positions and/or an axle that passes through the keyhole. All of these disadvantages are overcome with the design according to the invention and a second lock housing is not necessary.
  • the result of the design according to the invention is a security lock that is easy to use and easy to install, which in the intended use allows equivalent operation of the two locking mechanisms, so that the user has the choice of either the key-operated locking mechanism or the electric motor-operated locking mechanism to use.
  • This equal locking mechanism operation also ensures that emergency operation is also possible, with a standard lock housing and a standard keyhole position.
  • the first, key-operated locking mechanism has tumblers combined into a package, each with a tour channel and a longitudinally displaceable slide with a tour pin designed to correspond to the tour channels, the slide providing a driving pin that interacts with one of the locking levers.
  • the first locking mechanism has a plurality of tumblers in a manner known per se. These are designed as plates and are arranged plane-parallel to one another, so that when combined they form a tumbler package.
  • the tumblers are arranged to be rotatable about a common pivot axis, which pivot axis runs orthogonally to the direction of a travel movement of the lock bolt.
  • the tumblers are each equipped with a slot-shaped tour channel of the same size that opens out at the front.
  • the tumblers are each equipped with a closing curve that matches the key used.
  • a beard key is used as a key, which has corresponding beard steps that interact with the locking curves.
  • the closing curves engage with the bit steps of the bit key in such a way that by turning the correct bit key, all tour channels are brought into a congruent position for the tour pin to enter.
  • the tour pin is provided by a longitudinally movable slide.
  • This slide is also key-operated, with movement of the slide only being possible if the tumblers are initially rotated relative to one another in such a way that the tour channels lie one above the other so that the tour pin can enter.
  • the slide further provides a driver pin.
  • This driving pin cooperates with one of the locking levers, so that with a suitable key, not only the tumblers and the slide are moved, but also one of the locking levers by means of the driving pin provided by the slide, which enables movement of the lock bolt.
  • the use of a key that matches the locking mechanism allows both the tumblers to be turned and the slide to be moved, as well as the locking mechanism to be opened, which is achieved due to the movement-coupled locking levers in that one of the two locking levers is in operative connection via the driving pin provided for this purpose with the slider stands.
  • the driving pin is arranged on the lower side of the slide opposite the tour pin. This makes a compact, layered structure possible, with the slider moving between the locking levers of the barrier on the one hand and the tumblers on the other.
  • the second, electric motor-driven locking mechanism has a push crank with a rocker arm that interacts with one of the locking levers.
  • the electric motor-driven locking mechanism has a push crank. This in turn has a rocker arm and an electric motor-driven gear. As a result of a twisting movement of the gear, the rocker arm coupled to it is moved translationally. Since the rocker arm in turn interacts with a locking lever of the locking mechanism, operation of the electric motor-driven locking mechanism also results in a twisting movement of the locking lever interacting with it. Due to the movement coupling according to the invention of the two locking levers of the locking mechanism, the entire locking mechanism is released by actuating the locking lever which interacts with the electric motor drive, which then enables the lock bolt to move in the manner already described.
  • the locking secret is entered via a code, for example a numeric code. If the user enters the correct code, this leads to an electric motor movement of the lock bolt. However, this is only possible when the barrier is released, which is why, according to the invention, the electric motor drive interacts with one of the two locking levers of the barrier.
  • the push crank which is already provided for initiating movement into the lock bolt, has a rocker arm that interacts with the locking lever. In this way, the locking mechanism is released using the push crank and, once the locking mechanism has been released, the locking bolt is moved as intended.
  • each locking lever has a driver which is formed in one piece with it and which provides a drive pin which interacts with the other locking lever.
  • the locking levers are motion-coupled by these respective drivers.
  • Each driver has a drive pin, which in turn interacts with the other locking lever.
  • each locking lever has a lever arm for the purpose of coupling movements, which carries the drive pin at the end.
  • the lever arm is cranked, that is, angled.
  • the cranked lever arm of one locking lever provides an abutment for the drive pin of the other locking lever.
  • the drive pins each engage in an associated abutment, with a cranked lever arm being provided for each locking lever to provide both an abutment and a drive pin.
  • the two locking levers interlock in this way, forming a “scissor joint”. This ensures a positive and force-transmitting connection without the need for additional components. This creates a robust construction that is also easy to assemble.
  • a cover plate is provided which is arranged below the slide in the height direction. This cover plate serves as additional protection against manipulation.
  • the cover plate provided in this preferred embodiment serves in particular to be able to prevent manipulation of the security lock, which can result from plasticine or the like being introduced into the area of the locking levers when the locking levers are no longer in the locking position, which then causes a spring back the locking lever is prevented.
  • the cover plate prevents this because it protects the security lock from such manipulative intervention.
  • the cover plate can be designed as a narrow metal strip, which results in a simple and effective construction.
  • the cover plate can also be designed in the manner of an inner housing in the form of an encapsulation, which means a large-scale protection is provided.
  • the cover plate has recesses for the driving pins of the slide, for example in the form of an elongated hole.
  • the lock housing corresponds to the standard, in particular with regard to its geometric dimensions, the formation of connection interfaces such as through openings for receiving fasteners for the purpose of arranging the lock housing on a safe, the keyhole position and/or the like.
  • the lock housing can have a standard keyhole, both in terms of keyhole position and keyhole size. Even in the event of emergency operation, it is permitted to use the key belonging to the mechanical locking mechanism in the usual way, namely via the keyhole provided as standard.
  • Fig. 1 shows a security lock 1 according to the invention in a schematic perspective view.
  • This has a lock housing 2 in which a lock bolt 6 is guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner, that is to say movable in the longitudinal direction 8.
  • the lock bolt 6 has a bolt head 7, which is moved out of the lock housing 2 when the lock 1 is in the locking position, as is the case Fig. 1 can be recognized.
  • the lock bolt 6 is moved into its open position into the lock housing 2, so that the bolt head 7 is then also located inside the lock housing 2.
  • the lock housing 2 has openings 5. These serve to accommodate fasteners, such as screws, which are used to arrange the lock 1 on a safe, for example on the door of the safe.
  • the security lock 1 has a first locking mechanism 9, which is key-operated.
  • a keyhole 17 is provided on the housing side for the intended insertion of a key 16 into the lock 1.
  • the lock housing 2 is designed as a standard lock housing, in particular with regard to its geometric dimensions, the position of the openings 5 and the position of the keyhole 17.
  • the lock housing 2 has a first housing part 3 and a second housing part 4.
  • Fig. 2 shows the security lock 1 in a perspective view, and this without the first housing part 3.
  • the security lock 1 has a first locking mechanism 9 and a second locking mechanism 10, the first locking mechanism 9 being a mechanical, key-operated locking mechanism, whereas the second locking mechanism 10 is an electric motor-driven locking mechanism.
  • Both locking mechanisms 9 and 10 serve equally to ensure the intended movement of the lock bolt 6, that is to say the lock bolt 6 can be moved out of its position by means of one of the two locking mechanisms 9 or 10 Fig. 2 shown closed position can be transferred to its open position and vice versa.
  • the security lock 1 has a locking mechanism 24.
  • This locking mechanism 24 has a housing-side locking pin 34 on the one hand and two locking levers 25 and 26 on the other hand.
  • the locking levers 25 and 26 are each rotatably arranged on the lock bolt 6.
  • the lock bolt 26 has two axial extensions 27 and 28, with the locking lever 25 being rotatable around the axial extension 27 and the locking lever 26 around the axial extension 28.
  • Fig. 4 shows the barrier 24 in the blocked position. In this position, the two locking levers 25 and 26 engage behind the locking pin 34. A movement of the lock bolt 6 into the lock housing 2, that is, with reference to the plane of the drawing Fig. 4 to the right is not possible. An unwanted manipulative pressing of the lock bolt 6 into the lock housing 2 is safely prevented when the locking mechanism 24 is locked.
  • the locking mechanism 24 In order to move the lock bolt 6 into its open position, that is, to be able to move into the lock housing 2, the locking mechanism 24 must be opened, that is, the locking levers 25 and 26 must be pivoted to release the locking pin 34.
  • the locking lever 25 is to be pivoted around the axial extension 27 in the clockwise direction and the locking lever 26 is to be pivoted around the axial extension 28 in the counterclockwise direction.
  • the locking mechanism 24 is opened and the lock bolt 6 can be moved in the direction into the lock housing 2.
  • the locking levers 25 and 26 are motion-coupled. This coupling means that a pivoting movement of one of the two locking levers 25 or 26 results in the other locking lever 25 or 26 also pivoting.
  • the movement coupling of the two locking levers 25 and 26 is realized in that both locking levers 25 and 26 each provide a driver 35 and 36, respectively.
  • Each driver 35 or 36 has a cranked lever arm 29 or 30 and a drive pin 31 or 32 arranged at the end of a lever arm 29 or 30.
  • the two locking levers 25 and 26 are articulated to one another in the manner of scissors, with a forced movement coupling, as a result of which a pivoting movement of a locking lever 25 or 26 is also transmitted to the other locking lever 25 or 26, and therefore also this locking lever 25 or 26 pivoted with. This results in a scissor-like opening of the barrier 24.
  • the two locking levers 25 and 26 pivot against a spring force acting on them, which is generated by the spring 39, which interacts with one locking lever 25 on one end and with the other locking lever 26 on the other end. Because of this, the locking levers 25 and 26 strive to turn into their closed position shown in the figures.
  • the user can either use the first locking mechanism 9 or the second locking mechanism 10.
  • the first locking mechanism 9 interacts with the first locking lever 25 and the second locking mechanism 10 interacts with the second locking lever 26, as will be explained in more detail below.
  • the two locking levers 25 and 26 are coupled to one another in terms of movement, so that in the manner already described Actuation of one of the two locking levers 25 or 26 results in the other locking lever 25 or 26 also being rotated, which opens the locking mechanism 24.
  • the first locking mechanism 9 is a key-operated locking mechanism. This has key-operated tumblers 11, which are combined into a package 12. Each of the plate-shaped tumblers 11 provides a tour channel 13, as can be seen in particular from the illustration Fig. 2 results.
  • the locking mechanism 1 also has a longitudinally displaceable slide 14 which can be moved in the longitudinal direction 8 relative to the lock bolt 6.
  • This slide 14 provides a tour pin 15, which can move into the tour channels 13 of the tumblers 11 when the tumblers 11 are in the appropriate position.
  • a key-driven rotation of the tumblers 11 occurs when the key 16 is rotated, namely around the axis of rotation 40.
  • the key 16 is a bit key, its key bit with its beard steps interacts with the associated closing curves of the tumblers 11.
  • the tumblers 11 are rotated about the axis of rotation 40 in such a way that the tour channels 13 provided by the tumblers 11 come to lie congruently on top of each other.
  • the tour channels 13 are aligned directly opposite the tour pin 15, so that the tour pin 15 can dip into the tour channels 13.
  • the slide 14 is also key-operated.
  • the key 16 When the key 16 is rotated, not only are the tumblers 11 rotated to align the tour channels 13, but when the tumblers 11 are positioned in this position, the slide 14 also moves with respect to the plane of the drawing, for example Fig. 2 to the right, as a result of which the slide 14 can move, since the tour pin 15 can be immersed in the tour channels 13.
  • the slide 14 carries a driver pin 33 on its underside facing away from the tour pin 15. This interacts with the locking lever 25 of the locking mechanism 24. As a consequence, a Moving the slide 14 also opens the locking mechanism 24, which then allows the lock bolt 6 to be retracted.
  • the second locking mechanism 10 is an electromechanical locking mechanism. This has, in particular, a synopsis of the Figures 2 and 3 can be seen, via an electric motor 18. When used as intended, this serves to drive a worm 19, which meshes with a gear 20.
  • the gear 20 is in turn connected in an articulated manner to a rocker arm 21, the gear wheel 20 forming a push crank 22 together with the rocker arm 21.
  • the rocker arm 21 of the push crank 22 is equipped with a driver 23 at the end.
  • This driver 23 cooperates with the locking lever 26, so that when the second locking mechanism 10 is actuated, the locking mechanism 24 is opened by the second locking lever 26 being rotated by an electric motor, the locking lever 25 being coupled in terms of movement to the locking lever 26, as already explained at the beginning . Actuation of the second locking mechanism 10 therefore ensures that the locking mechanism 24 is opened in combination with a movement of the lock bolt 6.
  • the locking mechanism 24 designed according to the invention blocks movement of the lock bolt 6 in the direction of moving back into the lock housing 2 in the closed position.
  • the locking mechanism 24 has two locking levers 25 and 26, which are force-coupled with one another, with the first locking mechanism 9 interacting with the locking lever 25 and the second locking mechanism 10 interacting with the locking lever 26. This means that the two locking mechanisms 9 and 10 have equal rights and can be used by the user to open the lock 1.
  • a cover plate 41 can be seen, which is arranged below the slide 14 in the height direction of the security lock 1.
  • This cover plate 41 serves as additional protection against manipulation, namely against the introduction of plasticine or the like into the area of the locking levers 25 and 26 when they are in their non-locking position, which would prevent the locking levers 25 and 26 from pivoting back due to the spring.
  • the cover plate 41 protects against such attempted manipulation, which further increases the security of the lock 1.
  • the cover plate 41 is designed as a narrow metal strip. It is such a simple but at the same time effective tamper protection.
  • the cover plate 41 can also be designed in the manner of an enclosure or encapsulation, which completely covers the locking levers 25 and 26 at the rear.
  • the cover plate 41 must be equipped with recesses for the drivers of the slide so that the safety lock can be used as intended. Elongated holes are particularly suitable here.
