Abstract
Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein schallabsorbierendes Bausystem, insbesondere mit Paneelen.
- In Gebäuden, insbesondere in Hallen, Büros, Freiflächen, Schulen und dergleichen, sind schallabsorbierende und/oder schalldämpfende Wände oder Bauelemente erforderlich, um eine Geräuschkulisse zu vermeiden, die den Unterricht, die Arbeit, Konferenzen und dergleichen stört.
- Es ist eine Vielzahl von schallabsorbierenden/schallreduzierenden Bauelementen bekannt.
- Ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen eines isolierenden Zellulosefasermaterials auf ein Substrat ist aus
EP 1 635 957 bekannt, wobei das Verfahren darin besteht, dass Zellulosefasern mit Klebstoff und einer wässrigen Lösung gemischt werden, um ein solches Gemisch zu erhalten, und dass das Gemisch auf eine Oberfläche aufgebracht wird, wobei das Gemisch ein zusätzliches Material in dem Gemisch umfasst, das ein Aufhellen verhindert. - Eine akustische Beschichtung, die ein Bindemittel und eine Naturfaser enthält, ist aus
EP 2 157 063 bekannt, wobei die Naturfaser eine Faserlänge von 0,1 bis 5 mm und eine Dicke von 1,2 dtex bis 4,5 dtex, eine Faserlänge von 0,1 bis 8 mm und eine Dicke von 4,5 dtex bis 15 dtex und eine Faserlänge von 0,1 bis 8 mm und eine Dicke von 15 dtex bis 50 dtex aufweist. - Auch die
EP 0 759 110 B1 beschreibt ein System für Innenwände, Fußböden und dergleichen in Gebäuden, das eine erste Schicht aus Steinwolle, die an einer Wand und dergleichen befestigt wird, und eine zweite Schicht aus Baumwollfasern umfasst, die auf die erste Schicht aus Steinwolle aufgesprüht wird. -
WO 2012/095562 beschreibt eine Beschichtungszusammensetzung, die eine Mischung aus natürlichen, trockenstoffhaltigen Fasern und zellulären Kunststoffgranulaten enthält, die in Wasser gemischt sind. Durch Auftragen dieser Zusammensetzung auf einen beliebigen Untergrund, insbesondere durch Aufsprühen und Aushärten, insbesondere durch Trocknen, wird aus der Beschichtungszusammensetzung die erfindungsgemäße Beschichtung gebildet, die sehr gute akustische Eigenschaften aufweist. Wird als Beschichtungsgrundlage eine spezielle Fasern-Grundpaneele aus chemischer Paste verwendet, erhält man das erfindungsgemäße Akustikpaneel. - In
EP 1 300 511 werden sowohl ein Verfahren als auch eine Zusammensetzung zur Herstellung einer thermoformbaren Akustikpaneele veröffentlicht. Die Paneele kann aus Multi Komponenten Polymerfasern oder monofilen Polymerfasern bestehen, die in einer Mineralfaserpaneele dispergiert sind. Die Polymerfasern werden durch Wärmeeinwirkung mit den Mineralfasern verbunden und bilden so die Akustikpaneele. - Alle in diesen Veröffentlichungen beschriebenen Elemente absorbieren ein bestimmtes, sehr begrenztes Spektrum akustischer Wellen, und insbesondere tiefe Frequenzen werden nicht absorbiert.
- Das
italienische Patent 102017000023953 - Bei dieser Veröffentlichung stellt sich das Problem, dass zwei verschiedene Paneeltypen nebeneinander angeordnet werden müssen, insbesondere mit unterschiedlicher Dicke, was bei der Planung auf der Baustelle auch eine komplizierte Demontage nach der Montage erfordert.
- Darüber hinaus haben die bisher beschriebenen Paneele und Systeme eine relativ hohe Dichte und entsprechende Abmessungen, was zu einer Belastung der Konstruktion und auch zu einem Verlust an Innenraum führt, was zu einer Verschlechterung des Raumklimas o.ä. führen kann.
- Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein schallabsorbierendes System zu realisieren, das die verschiedenen Frequenzen absorbiert, eine einheitliche Oberfläche aufweist und vor Ort leicht installiert werden kann, ohne dass das System an die baulichen Gegebenheiten angepasst werden muss, und das ein geringeres Gewicht und eine geringere Größe, insbesondere eine geringere Dicke, aufweist.
- Dieses Ziel wird durch ein System gemäß dem kennzeichnenden Teil von Anspruch 1 erreicht.
- Das erfindungsgemäße System besteht aus einem Tragrahmen aus einem Metallprofil, welcher vorzugsweise auf einer Fläche, einer Innenfläche eines Gebäudes, angeordnet ist. Der Tragrahmen besteht aus mindestens zwei Querträgern, die im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander in einem Abstand von 40 bis 75 cm zueinander angeordnet sind, und der Tragrahmen ist an einer Innenfläche eines Gebäudes befestigt, an dem Tragrahmen sind Paneele befestigt, die auf der dem Rahmen gegenüberliegenden Seite auf der zum Inneren des Raumes gerichteten Oberseite eine Beschichtung aufweisen. Diese Beschichtung wird aus einer Mischung von 300-700 g Baumwollmischung und 4-6 Litern Wasser pro m2 hergestellt, wobei die Baumwollmischung aus 80-95% Baumwollfasern oder einer Mischung aus Baumwolle und Holzfasern 80-95% und 5-18% Zellulose mit einer Faserlänge von 0,2-4 mm besteht.
- Die Paneele bestehen vorzugsweise aus Polyester und haben eine Dicke zwischen 9 und 24.
- Die Paneele werden an einem Tragrahmen, z. B. einem profilierten Metall- oder Holzrahmen, befestigt. Der Abstand zwischen den Querträgern beträgt 40 bis 75 cm. Dadurch kann sich das beschichtete Paneel biegen und vibrieren, um den Schall besser zu absorbieren.
- Mit Hilfe der Querträger werden die Paneele von der Oberfläche des Gebäudes beabstandet. Auf diese Weise entsteht zwischen den Querträgern jeweils eine Kammer, die teilweise mit Polyesterfaserpaneelen, Glasfaserpaneelen oder Holzfaserpaneelen ausgefüllt werden kann.
- Der Tragrahmen welcher das System bildet kann Teil der Zwischendecke sein.
- Im Folgenden wird ein erfindungsgemäßes System unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen in nicht einschränkender Weise beschrieben:

Figur 1 ist ein konstruktives schallabsorbierendes System, das an einer Innenfläche eines Gebäudes 200, insbesondere einer Decke, befestigt ist, mit der Referenznummer 100 bezeichnet. Das erfindungsgemäße System besteht aus einem Querträger 102, der mit einer aus Dämmmaterial 202 bestehenden Zwischendecke verbunden werden kann, aus einem Tragrahmen 101 und einem Zwischenraum 105, wie in denFiguren 1 und 2 dargestellt. In der Grafik inFigur 6 ist das Verhalten für den Fall dargestellt, dass die Paneele einen Abstand von etwa 20 cm zur Decke haben bzw. in einem Abstand von etwa 20 cm aufgehängt sind. - Das erfindungsgemäße System 100 umfasst mindestens zwei im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufende Querträger 102, zwischen denen ein Zwischenraum 105 gebildet wird, der durch eine an den Rändern der Querträger 102 befestigte Paneele 103 abgedeckt ist. Die Paneele 103 haben vorteilhafterweise eine Dicke zwischen 5 und 30 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 9 mm und 24 mm. Die Querträger 102 haben einen Abstand zwischen einander von 40 cm bis 75 cm. Auf diese Weise kann sich das Paneel 103 in beide Richtungen biegen.
- Der Zwischenraum 105 kann leer sein, wie in der ersten Ausführungsform dargestellt, oder mit Füllmaterial 116 gefüllt sein, wie in der zweiten Ausführungsform in
Figur 4 dargestellt. - Das Paneel 103 wird mit einer Beschichtung beschichtet, die aus einer Mischung aus 300-700 g Baumwollmischung und 4-6 1 Wasser pro m2 besteht, wobei die Baumwollmischung zwischen 80-95 % Baumwollfasern oder eine Mischung aus 80-95 % Baumwollfasern und Holzfasern und zwischen 5-18 % Zellulose mit einer Faserlänge von 0,2-4 mm umfasst.
- In der ersten Ausführungsform sind die Querträger 102 kreuzförmig angeordnet und bilden rechteckige Zwischenräume. Die seitlichen Querträger 102 sind jedoch nicht erforderlich.
- Die Paneele 103 können mit den Querträgern 102 durch Schrauben, wie in
Figur 1 dargestellt, oder in einer weiteren Ausführungsform z. B. durch auf den Paneelen 103 angebrachte Magnete verbunden werden. Auf diese Weise lassen sich die schallabsorbierenden Paneele 103 auch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt einfach und schnell von der Struktur lösen. Dies kann erforderlich sein, wenn z. B. elektrische Elemente oder andere Elemente nachträglich am schallabsorbierenden System ausgetauscht werden sollen. - Die
Figuren 3 und 4 zeigen eine zweite Ausführungsform, bei der die Querträger 112 direkt an der Oberfläche des Gebäudes 200 befestigt sind. Auch in diesem Fall sind die Querträger 112 in einem Abstand von 40 cm bis 75 cm zueinander im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordnet. Um eine bessere Schalldämmung zu gewährleisten, sind die Paneele 116 aus Polyesterfasern, Glasfaser und/oder Holzfaser vorgesehen. Zwischen dem mit dem Masse 114 beschichteten Paneel 113 und dem Füllmaterial und/oder dem Paneel 116 befindet sich jedoch immer ein Zwischenraum 115, der es den Paneele n113 ermöglicht, sich zu biegen und zu schwingen. - In
Figur 5 ist ein Diagramm dargestellt, in dem die Entwicklung der Schallabsorption in Abhängigkeit von den Frequenzen mit X gekennzeichnet ist, wobei ein erfindungsgemäßes System eine Mindestdicke aufweist. - Vorteilhafterweise hat der Abstand zwischen der Verbindung der Querträger 112 mit dem Gebäude und dem mit der Masse 114 beschichteten Paneel 113 eine Dicke von weniger als 5 cm, vorzugsweise weniger als 4,5 cm.
- Schließlich ist es klar, dass Ergänzungen, Änderungen oder Varianten des hier beschriebenen konstruktiven Schallabsorptionssystems angewandt werden können, die für einen Techniker auf dem Gebiet der Technik naheliegend sind, ohne dass dadurch der Schutzbereich der beigefügten Schutzansprüche verlassen wird.

Claims (4)
- Schallabsorbierendes Bausystem (100) für den Innenraum eines Gebäude (200), mit einem auf einer Gebäudeoberfläche des Gebäudes (200) angeordneten Tragrahmen (101), wobei der Tragrahmen (101) aus mindestens zwei Querträgern (102, 112) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querträger (102, 112) im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander in einem Abstand von 40 bis 75 cm zueinander angeordnet sind und dass der Tragrahmen (101) an der Innenfläche des Gebäudes befestigt ist, wobei an den Querträger (102, 112) Paneele (103, 113) befestigt sind , die auf der den Querträgern (102,112) gegenüberliegenden Seite eine zum Inneren des Raumes gerichtete Seite eine Beschichtung (104, 114) ausweisen und dass diese Beschichtung mittels einer pro m2 aus 300-700 g Baumwollmischung und 4 bis 6 1 Wasser gebildeten Mischung hergestellt ist, wobei die Baumwollmischung zwischen 80-95% Baumwollfasern oder eine Mischung zwischen 80-95% Baumwollfasern und Holzfasern und zwischen 5-18% Zellulose mit einer Faserlänge von 0,2-4 mm auf weist und dass die Paneele vorzugsweise aus Polyester bestehen und eine Dicke zwischen 9-24 mm aufweisen und dass sich auf der der Beschichtung (104, 114) gegenüberliegenden Seite zwischen den Querträgern (102, 112) mindestens ein leerer und/oder teilweise leerer Zwischenraum (105, 115) gebildet ist.
- Schallabsorbierendes Bausystem (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenraum teilweise mit einem Füllmaterial/Paneele (116) gefüllt ist, das Polyesterfasern, Glasfaserpaneele und/oder Holzfaserpaneele umfasst.
- Schalldämmendes Bausystem (100) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadur ch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen der Verbindung der Querträger (112) mit dem Gebäude und dem mit der Masse (114) beschichteten Paneel (113) eine Dicke von weniger als 5 cm, vorzugsweise weniger als 4,5 cm, aufweist.
- Schalldämmendes Bausystem (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Paneele (103, 113) mit den Querträger (102, 112) mittels einer lösbaren Magnetverbindung verbunden sind.
