A primary suspension device (10) for a rail vehicle bogie (8), comprising a first part (10A) intended to be secured to a frame (12) of the bogie, a second part (10B) intended to be secured to an axle structure (16) of the bogie (8), and elastic suspension means (29) connecting the first part (10A) to the second part (10B), the primary suspension device (10) comprising means (36) for limiting the displacements of the first (10A) and second (10B) parts relative to each other, the limiting means (36) comprising at least one first hook (38) carried by the first part (10A) and at least one second hook (40) carried by the second part (10B), co-operating to form an upper end-of-travel stop, characterised in that the limiting means (36) comprise a low end-of-travel stop, the first (38) and second (40) hooks being engaged in one another with clearance so as to form the high and low end-of-travel stops.
  2. A primary suspension device (10) according to claim 1, wherein:
    - the first hook (38) comprises a first hook body (38A) including a first abutment surface (39A), and a first hook head (38B) including a first outer surface (39B) and a first inner surface (39C),
    - the second hook (40) comprises a second hook body (40A) including a second abutment surface (41A), and a second hook head (40B) including a second outer surface (41B) and a second inner surface (41C),
    the first (38) and second (40) hooks being engaged in each other so that:
    - the second outer surface (41B) of the second hook (40) is arranged opposite the first abutment surface (39A) of the first hook (38), and the first outer surface (39B) of the first hook (38) is arranged opposite the second abutment surface (41A) of the second hook (40), and
    - the first inner surface (39C) of the first hook (38) is arranged opposite the second inner surface (41C) of the second hook (40).
  3. A primary suspension device (10) according to claim 2, wherein the second outer surface (41B) of the second hook (40) has an angle forming an apex (42) closer to the first abutment surface (39A) than the distance between the first outer surface (39B) and the second abutment surface (41A).
  4. A primary suspension device (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the suspension means (29) comprise at least one elastic block (30), arranged between the first (10A) and second (10B) parts.
  5. A primary suspension device (10) according to claim 4, in which the elastic block (30) is housed in a housing space partly delimited by the first (38) and second (40) hooks.
  6. A primary suspension device (10) according to claim 4 or 5, in which the elastic block (30) extends between the first (32) and second (34) plates, at least one of the first (32) and second (34) plates being intended to be fixed to the corresponding first (10A) or second (10B) part.
  7. A primary suspension device (10) according to claim 6, in which one of the first (32) or second (34) plates comprises at least one tongue (50) intended to cooperate with a complementary notch (52) formed in the corresponding first (38) or second (40) hook.
  8. A primary suspension device (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which at least one of the first (38) or second (40) hooks is removably mounted on the corresponding first (10A) or second (10B) part.
  9. A bogie (8) for a rail vehicle, comprising a chassis (12) and at least one axle structure (16), characterised in that it comprises at least one primary suspension device (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, the first part (10A) being carried by the chassis (12) and the second part (10B) being carried by the axle structure (16).
  10. A railway vehicle, characterised in that it comprises at least one bogie (8) according to claim 9.
