Definitions
- the invention relates to an all-glass system with at least one sliding glass door, lateral fixed glass elements and a skylight element, and also with a multi-part retaining profile for the sliding mounting of the sliding glass door, which is attached to the fixed glass elements and the skylight element by means of glass holders in corresponding fastening holes.
- Such an all-glass system is, for example, from EP 1 657 395 A2 known, which essentially consists of side glasses, a skylight element and an all-glass leaf, the side glasses and the skylight element being attached to one another or to the walls, ceiling and floor via fittings.
- a multi-part retaining profile for the all-glass leaf, which also contains a door drive, is arranged above the all-glass leaf.
- a pivot bearing and a drive shaft protrude from the retaining profile and interact with a slide rail or an actuating arm for the door fastened below the retaining profile on the all-glass leaf.
- the door drive or the retaining profile accommodating the door drive, is dimensioned in such a way that it extends beyond the width of the all-glass door and is therefore not only attached to the skylight element, but also to the laterally adjoining, fixed side glasses. It is fastened by means of clamp fittings, so-called point holders, which are arranged in corresponding fastening holes in the side glasses and the skylight element.
- the passage in the all-glass system can also be designed as a sliding door, although technical details are not given.
- the object of the invention is to propose an all-glass system with a retaining profile for the slidable mounting of a sliding glass door, in which as many guide and retaining elements as possible are accommodated in the retaining profile, with the retaining profile being as slim and designed as possible in the front view of the all-glass system target.
- the overall visual impression should not be impaired by visible parts of the guide and holding elements.
- the assembly and the adjustment of the retaining profile on the glass elements should be simplified, even if the mounting holes in the lateral fixed glass elements and the skylight elements have a height offset.
- the retaining profile accommodates a running rail for guide rollers of a carriage of the sliding glass door on the door side, the individual glass holders for fixing the running rail each having a pressure washer and a retaining bolt passing through the fastening bore, which to compensate for the different heights - for example starting from a horizontal meter mark - in the fixed glass elements and the skylight element arranged mounting holes, can be used in one of at least two longitudinal grooves on the fixed glass elements and the skylight element facing back of the running rail.
- the retaining bolt of the glass holder preferably has a sliding block at the end, which engages in one of the longitudinal grooves on the back of the running rail.
- the slot nut can be slid into the desired position along the longitudinal groove so that it does not twist and can be fixed by attaching the pressure washer.
- a fine adjustment of the height can be made in the range of +/-3 mm by different rotational positions of the cylindrical adjustment element, for example starting from a horizontal meter mark.
- the all-glass system 10 shown is to be regarded as profileless except for the fastening profiles on the walls, ceiling and floor, which are not shown here, as well as the continuous, multi-part holding profile 15 .
- the all-glass system 10 has several sliding glass doors 11 and lateral fixed glass elements, which can be designed as room-high fixed glass elements 12 and as door-high fixed glass elements 13 that end with the upper edge of the sliding glass door 11 .
- skylight elements 14 are arranged above the sliding glass doors 11 in the area of the floor-to-ceiling fixed glass elements 12 .
- the multi-part retaining profile 15 for slidably retaining the glass sliding doors 11 is secured by means of a glass holder 20 (see Figures 4 to 10 ) in corresponding fastening bores 16 on the lateral fixed glass elements 12, 13 and on the skylight elements 14.
- a corner solution can also be realized with the all-glass system 10, or a partial room (see right-hand page in 1 ) are separated. It is particularly advantageous here if the holding profile 15 is designed as a stiffening element for the entire all-glass system 10 running at the height of the upper edge of the glass sliding doors 11 .
- the retaining profile 15 accommodates a running rail 17 on the door side for the guide roller 22 of a carriage 21 of the sliding glass door 11, with the individual glass holders 20 for fixing the running rail 17 each having a pressure washer 24 and a pressure washer 24 passing through the fastening bore 16 retaining bolt 25 have, which to compensate for the at different heights - for example, starting from a horizontal meter mark M (see 3 ) -
- mounting holes 16 in one of at least two longitudinal grooves 26, 27 on the back of the running rail 17 can be used.
- FIG. 4 shows a profile cross-section in the region of a skylight element 14, with the retaining bolt 25, or its sliding block 28 at the end, being inserted in the upper longitudinal groove 27 on the back of the running rail 17.
- the profile cross section according to figure 5 is in the area of a floor-to-ceiling fixed glass element 12, with the arrangement of the mounting hole 16 both in accordance with a height 4 , and - as shown - in accordance with a height 6 it is possible.
- the pressure disk 24 of the glass holder 20 has a recess 29 which is arranged asymmetrically to its central axis and through which the retaining bolt 25 passes.
- the pressure disk 24 can thus be fastened in different rotational positions, but at the same height, by means of a nut 38 - in adaptation to the height of the fastening bores 16 (see Fig Figures 4 to 6 ).
- All pressure washers 24 on the back of the all-glass system 10 can be covered with a cover profile 18 of low overall height.
- a holding means for example an O-ring, can be arranged in a peripheral groove 32 of each pressure disc 24 for the clamping of the cover profile 18 for the pressure discs 24 arranged in a row.
- the recess 29 in the pressure disk 24 can have fitting surfaces 30, for example opposite flat areas, which interact with corresponding fitting surfaces 31 on the retaining bolt 25 to accommodate it in the pressure disk 24 in a twist-proof manner.
- a cylindrical adjusting element 34 with a hole 35 eccentric to the cylinder axis, through which the retaining bolt 25 of the lens holder 20 passes (see e.g 7 and 9 ). This can - in different rotational positions of the adjusting element 34 - height differences of + / - 3 mm can be compensated.
- the adjusting element 34 can be manufactured, for example, as a plastic injection molded part.
- a glass protection element 39 is also shown, which is fixed as a self-adhesive stamped part on the glass side of the pressure disk 24 .

Description
The invention relates to an all-glass system with at least one sliding glass door, lateral fixed glass elements and a skylight element, and also with a multi-part retaining profile for the sliding mounting of the sliding glass door, which is attached to the fixed glass elements and the skylight element by means of glass holders in corresponding fastening holes.
The door drive, or the retaining profile accommodating the door drive, is dimensioned in such a way that it extends beyond the width of the all-glass door and is therefore not only attached to the skylight element, but also to the laterally adjoining, fixed side glasses. It is fastened by means of clamp fittings, so-called point holders, which are arranged in corresponding fastening holes in the side glasses and the skylight element.
The object of the invention, based on the prior art presented, is to propose an all-glass system with a retaining profile for the slidable mounting of a sliding glass door, in which as many guide and retaining elements as possible are accommodated in the retaining profile, with the retaining profile being as slim and designed as possible in the front view of the all-glass system target. The overall visual impression should not be impaired by visible parts of the guide and holding elements. Furthermore, the assembly and the adjustment of the retaining profile on the glass elements should be simplified, even if the mounting holes in the lateral fixed glass elements and the skylight elements have a height offset.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the retaining profile accommodates a running rail for guide rollers of a carriage of the sliding glass door on the door side, the individual glass holders for fixing the running rail each having a pressure washer and a retaining bolt passing through the fastening bore, which to compensate for the different heights - for example starting from a horizontal meter mark - in the fixed glass elements and the skylight element arranged mounting holes, can be used in one of at least two longitudinal grooves on the fixed glass elements and the skylight element facing back of the running rail.
The retaining bolt of the glass holder preferably has a sliding block at the end, which engages in one of the longitudinal grooves on the back of the running rail. During assembly, the slot nut can be slid into the desired position along the longitudinal groove so that it does not twist and can be fixed by attaching the pressure washer.
Due to unavoidable, slight unevenness in the floor on which the all-glass system is erected, height differences can also occur in the fastening holes of individual fixed glass elements. According to the invention, these can be compensated for in that a cylindrical adjusting element with a bore that is arranged eccentrically to the cylinder axis and through which the retaining bolt of the glass holder passes is inserted in the fastening bores of the lateral fixed glass elements and the skylight element.
With this measure, a fine adjustment of the height can be made in the range of +/-3 mm by different rotational positions of the cylindrical adjustment element, for example starting from a horizontal meter mark.
