Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vakuumpumpe, insbesondere eine Drehschieber-Vakuumpumpe, mit zumindest einer Pumpstufe (56) und einem ersten Elektromotor (50), der antriebswirksam mit der Pumpstufe (56) verbunden ist. Die Vakuumpumpe verfügt ferner über zumindest einen von einem zweiten Elektromotor (68) angetriebenen Lüfter (66), mittels dessen sich die Vakuumpumpe kühlen lässt.The present invention relates to a vacuum pump, in particular a rotary vane vacuum pump, with at least one pump stage (56) and a first electric motor (50) which is drivingly connected to the pump stage (56). The vacuum pump also has at least one fan (66) driven by a second electric motor (68), by means of which the vacuum pump can be cooled.
