- the household refrigerator has a guide device with which the food receiving tray can be moved.
- the guide device has a guide rail which is arranged in a stationary manner on an inside of the inner container.
- rollers it is common for rollers to be arranged on the shell, so that a roller guide is provided in this regard.
- rollers can also be arranged in the guide rail of the inner container.
- KR 2000-0013051 U discloses a shelf with a storage section that is guided with an upper guide and a lower guide.
- DE 10 2013 203 723 A1 discloses refrigeration device with a refrigeration compartment in which a storage container for refrigerated goods is mounted on a pull-out plate so that it can be moved between an inserted position and an extended position, the storage container being able to be arranged in a first position and in a second position on the pull-out plate, the first position and the second position in the refrigerator width direction are different.
- WO 2017/042228 A1 discloses a shell sliding system with a shell which has at least two relatively movable parts that attach the shell to the Store the inner container of a refrigerator.
- WO 2016/023189 A1 reveals a shell pull-out structure.
- the invention relates to a household refrigerator with an inner container.
- This inner container delimits with walls a receiving space of the household refrigerator, which is designed to hold food.
- the household refrigerator has a food receiving tray that is separate from the receiving space.
- the household refrigerator has a guide device with which the food receiving tray can be moved.
- the guide device has a guide rail.
- the guide rail is arranged in a stationary manner on an inside of the inner container.
- the guide device also has at least one guide element that is separate from the guide rail and is arranged in a stationary manner on the food receiving tray.
- the guide rail is arranged to mesh with this guide element, so that a rollerless fixed bearing is thereby formed. This means that the food receiving tray can be guided without rollers using the guide device.
- such a design creates a user-friendly guide device that is mechanically simple and yet advantageous for guidance.
- the guide device in particular has neither rollers on the shell side nor on the inner container side, the disadvantages mentioned at the beginning can be eliminated.
- such a guide device with a roller-free fixed bearing makes it possible for undesirable lateral movements or offset movements to occur in the width direction of the household refrigeration appliance when the food receiving tray is pulled out or pushed in. This enables the very linear movement of the shell in the depth direction.
- the guide element is made in one piece with the food receiving tray. This allows the number of components to be reduced. In particular, assembly tolerances and movement tolerances can also be avoided. Preferably, this also ensures that the position between the guide element and the food receiving tray remains permanently constant. This is advantageous for the mechanical coupling with the guide rail and the play-minimized storage of the shell on the guide device, so that sideways movements when pulling out and pushing in can at least be significantly reduced.
- This at least one guide element on the food receiving tray is arranged in a rigid position. This means that the relevant design does not allow any relative movement of the guide element to the shell. Such an immovable arrangement of the guide element on the shell promotes the advantages mentioned above. In particular, this is made possible by the aforementioned one-piece design and production.
- the guide element is formed on an outside of a side wall of the food receiving tray and on an outside of the bottom wall of the food receiving tray.
- This guide element is thus designed to be exposed in at least two spatial directions over the dimensions of those walls of the food receiving bowl that limit the receiving volume area of this food receiving bowl.
- Such a lateral and downwardly raised projection of the guide element enables, on the one hand, a simple and precise coupling with the guide groove, and, on the other hand, also allows the food receiving tray with the guide element to be placed further from above onto another support which is arranged on the inner container. This enables a particularly advantageous storage and guidance concept.
- Such a configuration is also particularly advantageous in comparison to concepts that only have the guide device protrude downwards and not laterally in the width direction. As already mentioned, this makes coupling and guiding easier and more precise according to the advantageous exemplary embodiment mentioned above.
- the at least one guide element is formed only on one side of the food receiving tray. This applies in particular to a view in the width direction.
- the at least one guide element is designed on the right-hand side when the household refrigeration appliance is viewed from the front. No such guide element is then provided on the left side in this regard.
- the food receiving tray is to be used in such a way that, when viewed from the front, it can be coupled to a guide device or the relevant guide rail arranged on the right-hand side of a vertical side wall of the inner container. A left-hand coupling is then not provided.
- At least one guide element is formed on a respective opposite side of the food receiving tray when viewed in the width direction.
- a symmetrical design is formed in this regard. This means that such a food receiving bowl can be used both be coupled in a guiding manner to a guide rail of a guide device which is arranged on the right side of a vertical side wall of the inner container when viewed from the front.
- the same food receiving tray can be coupled to a guide rail arranged on the left-hand side of the inner container and guided in movement.
- a guide rail, in particular the asymmetrical component as an interchangeable component, of a guide device can preferably be arranged on a right-hand vertical side wall of the inner container or on a left-hand vertical side wall of the inner container.
- the guide rail preferably has a base part, which according to the invention is arranged on the side wall of the inner container.
- This base part can be formed in one piece with the side wall. In an alternative embodiment, however, the base part can also be designed as a separate component and attached to the inner container, in particular this vertical side wall.
- the guide rail has an asymmetrical component, in particular in addition to such a base part.
- This asymmetrical component an asymmetrical geometry is formed for the storage of the food-receiving tray when viewed in the width direction of the food-receiving tray.
- This asymmetrical component which is in particular formed like a rail, is therefore only arranged on one side in relation to the food receiving tray when viewed in the width direction.
- this asymmetrical component is arranged in a stationary manner on the inner container. This means that this asymmetrical component is not moved with the bowl when the food receiving bowl moves in the depth direction.
- this asymmetrical component is a separate component from the base part.
- the asymmetrical component can be fixed in place on the base part.
- the guide element has an upwardly projecting guide web.
- the guide rail has a guide groove that is open at the bottom.
- this guide web engages from below into the same guide groove.
- the guide groove is limited by a respective boundary wall.
- the guide groove is limited on both sides in cross section. In this way, an undesirable movement in the width direction of this food receiving tray can be avoided in a particularly advantageous manner when it is moved in the depth direction. As a result, a very simple and highly effective coupling and guiding principle is achieved through this design.
- the guide groove has a width measured in the width direction of the household refrigerator, which is between 0.1 mm and 0.6 mm larger than the width of the guide web measured in this width direction. This is a further advantageous embodiment with regard to reducing or avoiding sideways movements of the shell when moving in the depth direction.
- the guide web and the guide groove are arranged laterally next to a side wall of the food receiving tray when viewed in the width direction of the household refrigerator.
- the guide web and the guide groove are arranged to overlap with this side wall of the food receiving tray when viewed in the height direction of the household refrigerator.
- two separate guide elements are each formed with a guide web. These separate guide bars engage in the same guide groove. This further improves and stabilizes the storage and guidance concept. Especially the unwanted sideways movements when pulling out or pushing the food receiving tray out of the receiving space or into the receiving space can be avoided in an improved manner.
- these guide webs are arranged in a rear length half of the food receiving tray, which is dimensioned in the depth direction. This also allows a corresponding guidance concept to be achieved when the food receiving tray has already been pulled out relatively far from the receiving space.
- a guide element has a sliding element.
- this sliding element is designed with a curved sliding surface. This is intended to create a contact surface that is similar to that achieved on a rotating roller. The sliding behavior is thereby advantageously supported.
- the guide element with this sliding surface rests on a support of the guide rail and is thereby guided along by sliding when the food receiving tray is moved. This also makes it possible for there to be no element that performs a relative movement to the component on which it is arranged, as is the case with rollers. This means that there is no rolling but rather sliding.
- the guide element which has this sliding element, is designed as a ring on which the guide web projects radially upwards.
- a very weight-saving guide element can be created by such a design.
- a stable geometry of this guide element is achieved.
- a guide element is designed as an anti-tip element. With this anti-tip element, the food receiving tray can be prevented from tipping downwards when it is pulled out relatively far. There are therefore several guide elements which, in addition to guidance, also have other functions.
- two such separate guide elements are formed on one side of the food receiving tray.
- One has the anti-tip function in addition to its guiding function.
- the other guide element has the sliding function in addition to its guide function.
- This element is, on the one hand, coupled upwards into the guide groove and, on the other hand, rests downwards on the support surface in order to slide on it.
- the guide element which has the anti-tip element integrally, is formed further back on the food receiving tray than the other guide element.
- this guide element which also has the anti-tip element, is arranged at a rear end of a side wall of the food receiving tray.
- the relevant arrangement is provided in particular in a rear corner area.
- At least one guide element viewed in the width direction of the household refrigerator, is arranged laterally next to a side wall of the food receiving tray or extends laterally to this side wall.
- this guide element when viewed in the height direction of the household refrigerator, this guide element extends to overlap with the side wall of the food receiving tray. Viewed in the height direction and in the width direction, this guide element also extends in particular under a bottom wall of the food receiving tray. In particular, the guide element extends laterally directly away from the outside of the side wall and extends directly downwards away from the outside of the bottom wall.
- the guide element is formed on one side of the food receiving tray and at least one further guide element of the guide device is on an opposite side of the food receiving tray arranged in a stationary manner.
- a further guide rail is arranged on an inside of the inner container, in particular on a second side wall opposite the first side wall on which the guide rail is arranged, and is coupled to the further guide element, so that a rollerless floating bearing is thereby formed.
- top, bottom, front, “rear”, “horizontal”, “vertical”, “depth direction”, “width direction”, “height direction” etc. are when the device is used and arranged as intended Positions and orientations given to an observer then standing in front of the device and looking in the direction of the device.
- a household refrigeration device 1 is shown.
- the household refrigerator 1 is designed to store and preserve food.
- the household refrigeration device 1 can be a refrigerator or a freezer or a fridge-freezer combination device.
- the household refrigerator 1 has a housing 2.
- An inner container 3 is arranged in the housing 2.
- the inner container 3 is preferably made of plastic.
- the inner container 3 delimits a receiving space 4 for food with walls.
- the receiving space 4 of the household refrigerator 1 can be closed by a door 5, which is movably arranged on the housing 2.
- the household refrigerator 1 has at least one food container or a food container 6. This can be pushed into the receiving space 4 and pulled out.
- the food receiving tray 6 has a receiving volume 7 into which food or stored goods can be placed.
- the inner container 3 has vertical side walls 8 and 9. Guide devices 10 and 11, each with partial components, are formed on these side walls 8 and 9. With these guide devices 10 and 11, the food receiving tray 6 can be moved in the depth direction (z direction) of the household refrigerator 1.
- Fig. 2 The food receiving tray 6 and the guide devices 10 and 11 are shown in a front view.
- the guide device 11 on the right here has a guide rail 12.
- This guide rail 12 is arranged on the side wall 9.
- the guide rail 12 has a base part 13.
- an asymmetrical component 14 can be provided in one exemplary embodiment.
- the asymmetrical component 14 is preferably a separate part from the base part 13.
- the asymmetrical component 14 is formed in one piece. It is connected in a stationary manner to the base part 13. In particular, a non-destructively detachable connection is provided here. This makes it possible for this asymmetrical component 14 to be designed as an interchangeable component.
- it can be connected there to a preferably existing embodiment of a base part 15 and fixed thereon.
- this one asymmetrical component 14 results in an asymmetrical geometry in the width direction (x-direction) of the household refrigerator 1.
- the guide device 11, in particular the guide rail 12, in particular the asymmetrical component 14 has an integrated guide groove 16.
- This guide groove 16 is open downwards in the height direction (y direction) of the household refrigerator 1.
- the guide device 11 in particular also has at least one guide element 17.
- the guide element 17 is formed on the receiving shell 6. In particular, this at least one guide element 17 is made in one piece with the food receiving tray 6.
- this guide element 17 is arranged on a side wall 18 of this food receiving tray 6, in particular formed on an outside 18a.
- this guide element 17 is also arranged on a bottom wall 19 of the food receiving tray 6. In particular, it is formed on an outside 19a of this bottom wall 19.
- this guide element 17 therefore extends in the width direction also laterally next to the side wall 18 and further downwards than the bottom wall 19. In a front view, as shown in Fig. 2 is shown, this guide element 17 thus has an L-like shape.
- this guide element 17 has an upwardly projecting guide web 20. This is designed to engage into the guide groove 16 from below. This is how this is done Fig. 3 is shown, an interlocking state is realized.
- Fig. 3 is an enlarged view of the section in this regard I in Fig. 2 shown.
- This meshing of the guide web 20 with the guide groove 16 results in a roller-free fixed bearing 21.
- a width b1 of the guide groove 16 is dimensioned such that it is between 0.1 mm and 0.6 mm larger than a width b2 of the guide web 20.
- the guide element 17 has an integrated sliding element 23.
- This sliding element 22 has a sliding surface 23.
- this sliding surface 23 is a curved sliding surface.
- the support 24 is part of the guide rail 12, in particular the base part 13.
- the one-piece design of the guide element 17 with the food receiving tray 6 also enables sliding on this support 24.
- the movement-fixed position of the guide element 17 on the food receiving tray 6 enables this Sliding movement.
- At least one guide element 28 is formed not only on this one side 25 of the food receiving tray 6 but also on the opposite side 26, and there on a further vertical side wall 27.
- This guide element 28 is designed corresponding to the guide element 17. Since only this base part 13 of the guide device 10 is present on this left side in the exemplary embodiment and no such asymmetrical component 14, the guide of the guide element 28 is only provided on the base part 15 there. This creates a floating bearing 29.
- Fig. 4 the food receiving tray 6 and the guide device 11 are shown in a partial perspective view.
- the relevant guide rail 12 is shown transparently, so that the guide element 17 can be seen.
- a further guide element 30 is integrally formed on this side wall 18.
- This further guide element 30, viewed in the depth direction, is arranged further back than the guide element 17, which is spaced therefrom and offset to the front. It is in particular formed on a rear corner region 31 of the food receiving tray 6.
- This further guide element 30 is also designed with a guide web 32 which is oriented upwards. In the coupled state, meshing with the guide groove 16 is also formed here.
- this guide element 30 is also designed with an integrated anti-tip element 33. This can prevent a food receiving tray 6 that has been extended relatively far from tipping downwards.
- the sliding element 23 is designed as a ring.
- the guide web 20 projects radially upwards from this.
- At least one guide element 17, which is formed on one side of the food receiving tray 6, is arranged laterally next to this side wall 18 in the width direction of the household refrigerator 1 and overlapping with the side wall 18 in the height direction of the household refrigerator and is located under a bottom wall 19 in the height direction and in the width direction the food receiving tray is arranged extending.
- Figure 5 shows a perspective view of the food receiving tray 6.

Description
One aspect of the invention relates to a household refrigerator with an inner container. The inner container delimits a storage space for holding food. The household refrigerator also has a food receiving tray that is separate from the receiving space. Furthermore, the household refrigerator has a guide device with which the food receiving tray can be moved. The guide device has a guide rail which is arranged in a stationary manner on an inside of the inner container.
In household refrigeration appliances, it is common for such food-receiving trays to be arranged in the interior. They can be pulled out and pushed in in the depth direction of the household refrigerator. A wide variety of bearings and guide devices are known for this purpose.
In this context, it is common for rollers to be arranged on the shell, so that a roller guide is provided in this regard. However, such rollers can also be arranged in the guide rail of the inner container.
It is the object of the present invention to create a household refrigeration appliance in which the movement control of such a food receiving tray is improved.
This task is solved by a household refrigeration device which has the features according to
The invention relates to a household refrigerator with an inner container. This inner container delimits with walls a receiving space of the household refrigerator, which is designed to hold food. The household refrigerator has a food receiving tray that is separate from the receiving space. In addition, the household refrigerator has a guide device with which the food receiving tray can be moved. The guide device has a guide rail. The guide rail is arranged in a stationary manner on an inside of the inner container. The guide device also has at least one guide element that is separate from the guide rail and is arranged in a stationary manner on the food receiving tray. The guide rail is arranged to mesh with this guide element, so that a rollerless fixed bearing is thereby formed. This means that the food receiving tray can be guided without rollers using the guide device. On the one hand, such a design creates a user-friendly guide device that is mechanically simple and yet advantageous for guidance. Through such a roller-free design, which means that the guide device in particular has neither rollers on the shell side nor on the inner container side, the disadvantages mentioned at the beginning can be eliminated. In particular, such a guide device with a roller-free fixed bearing makes it possible for undesirable lateral movements or offset movements to occur in the width direction of the household refrigeration appliance when the food receiving tray is pulled out or pushed in. This enables the very linear movement of the shell in the depth direction.
In one embodiment it is provided that the guide element is made in one piece with the food receiving tray.
This at least one guide element on the food receiving tray is arranged in a rigid position. This means that the relevant design does not allow any relative movement of the guide element to the shell. Such an immovable arrangement of the guide element on the shell promotes the advantages mentioned above. In particular, this is made possible by the aforementioned one-piece design and production.
In one embodiment, the guide element is formed on an outside of a side wall of the food receiving tray and on an outside of the bottom wall of the food receiving tray. This guide element is thus designed to be exposed in at least two spatial directions over the dimensions of those walls of the food receiving bowl that limit the receiving volume area of this food receiving bowl. Such a lateral and downwardly raised projection of the guide element enables, on the one hand, a simple and precise coupling with the guide groove, and, on the other hand, also allows the food receiving tray with the guide element to be placed further from above onto another support which is arranged on the inner container. This enables a particularly advantageous storage and guidance concept. Such a configuration is also particularly advantageous in comparison to concepts that only have the guide device protrude downwards and not laterally in the width direction. As already mentioned, this makes coupling and guiding easier and more precise according to the advantageous exemplary embodiment mentioned above.
In one exemplary embodiment, the at least one guide element is formed only on one side of the food receiving tray. This applies in particular to a view in the width direction. For example, the at least one guide element is designed on the right-hand side when the household refrigeration appliance is viewed from the front. No such guide element is then provided on the left side in this regard. In such a configuration, the food receiving tray is to be used in such a way that, when viewed from the front, it can be coupled to a guide device or the relevant guide rail arranged on the right-hand side of a vertical side wall of the inner container. A left-hand coupling is then not provided.
In an advantageous exemplary embodiment, at least one guide element is formed on a respective opposite side of the food receiving tray when viewed in the width direction. In particular, a symmetrical design is formed in this regard. This means that such a food receiving bowl can be used both be coupled in a guiding manner to a guide rail of a guide device which is arranged on the right side of a vertical side wall of the inner container when viewed from the front. Likewise, in an alternative embodiment, the same food receiving tray can be coupled to a guide rail arranged on the left-hand side of the inner container and guided in movement.
As a result, even if the stop is changed in this regard, the same food receiving tray can only be used by swapping the guide rail, in particular a separate asymmetrical component of the guide rail, of the guide device and can be guided in a correspondingly improved manner. In this context, a guide rail, in particular the asymmetrical component as an interchangeable component, of a guide device can preferably be arranged on a right-hand vertical side wall of the inner container or on a left-hand vertical side wall of the inner container.
The guide rail preferably has a base part, which according to the invention is arranged on the side wall of the inner container. This base part can be formed in one piece with the side wall. In an alternative embodiment, however, the base part can also be designed as a separate component and attached to the inner container, in particular this vertical side wall. It can be provided that the guide rail has an asymmetrical component, in particular in addition to such a base part. With this asymmetrical component, an asymmetrical geometry is formed for the storage of the food-receiving tray when viewed in the width direction of the food-receiving tray. This asymmetrical component, which is in particular formed like a rail, is therefore only arranged on one side in relation to the food receiving tray when viewed in the width direction. In particular, this asymmetrical component is arranged in a stationary manner on the inner container. This means that this asymmetrical component is not moved with the bowl when the food receiving bowl moves in the depth direction.
It can be provided that this asymmetrical component is a separate component from the base part. The asymmetrical component can be fixed in place on the base part.
According to the invention it is provided that the guide element has an upwardly projecting guide web. According to the invention, the guide rail has a guide groove that is open at the bottom. According to the invention, in the coupled state, this guide web engages from below into the same guide groove. Viewed in the width direction, the guide groove is limited by a respective boundary wall. In this regard, the guide groove is limited on both sides in cross section. In this way, an undesirable movement in the width direction of this food receiving tray can be avoided in a particularly advantageous manner when it is moved in the depth direction. As a result, a very simple and highly effective coupling and guiding principle is achieved through this design.
In one exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the guide groove has a width measured in the width direction of the household refrigerator, which is between 0.1 mm and 0.6 mm larger than the width of the guide web measured in this width direction. This is a further advantageous embodiment with regard to reducing or avoiding sideways movements of the shell when moving in the depth direction.
In particular, it is provided that the guide web and the guide groove are arranged laterally next to a side wall of the food receiving tray when viewed in the width direction of the household refrigerator. In particular, it is provided that the guide web and the guide groove are arranged to overlap with this side wall of the food receiving tray when viewed in the height direction of the household refrigerator. This specific positioning of the guide web and the guide groove also enables the shell as such not to have to be reduced in terms of accommodating volume. In addition, this exposed position of the guide bar and the guide groove makes coupling very easy. On the other hand, this also enables particularly precise guidance. The advantage mentioned at the beginning in terms of at least reducing the offset movement in the width direction is thereby particularly favored.
In one exemplary embodiment it is provided that two separate guide elements are each formed with a guide web. These separate guide bars engage in the same guide groove. This further improves and stabilizes the storage and guidance concept. Especially the unwanted sideways movements when pulling out or pushing the food receiving tray out of the receiving space or into the receiving space can be avoided in an improved manner.
In one exemplary embodiment it is provided that these guide webs are arranged in a rear length half of the food receiving tray, which is dimensioned in the depth direction. This also allows a corresponding guidance concept to be achieved when the food receiving tray has already been pulled out relatively far from the receiving space.
According to the invention it is provided that a guide element has a sliding element. According to the invention, this sliding element is designed with a curved sliding surface. This is intended to create a contact surface that is similar to that achieved on a rotating roller. The sliding behavior is thereby advantageously supported. However, it is not necessary to provide a moving or rotating roller arranged in this regard. According to the invention, the guide element with this sliding surface rests on a support of the guide rail and is thereby guided along by sliding when the food receiving tray is moved. This also makes it possible for there to be no element that performs a relative movement to the component on which it is arranged, as is the case with rollers. This means that there is no rolling but rather sliding.
This promotes the reduction of lateral movements, since it is not necessary to mount such a guide element in a relatively movable manner and thus also to provide a certain storage concept with play. However, this is required for roles in comparison.
In one exemplary embodiment it is provided that the guide element, which has this sliding element, is designed as a ring on which the guide web projects radially upwards. On the one hand, a very weight-saving guide element can be created by such a design. On the other hand, a stable geometry of this guide element is achieved.
In one exemplary embodiment, a guide element is designed as an anti-tip element. With this anti-tip element, the food receiving tray can be prevented from tipping downwards when it is pulled out relatively far. There are therefore several guide elements which, in addition to guidance, also have other functions.
In particular, two such separate guide elements are formed on one side of the food receiving tray. One has the anti-tip function in addition to its guiding function. The other guide element has the sliding function in addition to its guide function. This element is, on the one hand, coupled upwards into the guide groove and, on the other hand, rests downwards on the support surface in order to slide on it. Viewed in the depth direction, the guide element, which has the anti-tip element integrally, is formed further back on the food receiving tray than the other guide element.
In particular, this guide element, which also has the anti-tip element, is arranged at a rear end of a side wall of the food receiving tray. The relevant arrangement is provided in particular in a rear corner area.
In one exemplary embodiment, at least one guide element, viewed in the width direction of the household refrigerator, is arranged laterally next to a side wall of the food receiving tray or extends laterally to this side wall. In addition, when viewed in the height direction of the household refrigerator, this guide element extends to overlap with the side wall of the food receiving tray. Viewed in the height direction and in the width direction, this guide element also extends in particular under a bottom wall of the food receiving tray. In particular, the guide element extends laterally directly away from the outside of the side wall and extends directly downwards away from the outside of the bottom wall.
In one embodiment, the guide element is formed on one side of the food receiving tray and at least one further guide element of the guide device is on an opposite side of the food receiving tray arranged in a stationary manner. A further guide rail is arranged on an inside of the inner container, in particular on a second side wall opposite the first side wall on which the guide rail is arranged, and is coupled to the further guide element, so that a rollerless floating bearing is thereby formed.
