Definitions
- the invention is based on a fire door for closing door openings, preferably in tunnel tubes.
- the escape routes and emergency exits are separated from the traffic tunnel by fire doors.
- fire doors of this type inhibit the spread of fire and smoke into a second tunnel serving as an escape route and / or rescue route.
- the second tunnel can either be a safety tunnel exclusively used as an escape and rescue route, a second tube for traffic or a connecting tunnel between two tunnel tubes used for traffic.
- the fire protection door typically has a door frame which serves as a door frame and which delimits the door opening, and a door leaf which is arranged rotatably on the door frame and which forms a door leaf. In order to put a stop to fire and smoke, the door leaf and possibly also the door frame are made of a material that is resistant to fire and heat.
- a built-in fire door is normally closed. In the closed position, the fire door must be passed through the vehicles in the tunnel withstand built-up pressure. The vehicles driving in the tunnel generate a negative pressure or an overpressure. The automatic opening of the fire door due to the pressure in the tunnel is prevented by a locking device.
- the locking device locks the door leaf with the door frame in a door-closed position. In the event of an accident or danger, people can escape through the fire door. To do this, the people have to release the door lock by manually operating a door handle and open the door leaf, which is designed as a door leaf, by applying force in the direction of escape. It is crucial that the fire door can also be opened by children and frail people.
- the force that a person has to apply in order to open the fire protection door and to move the door leaf into the door-open position depends on the door and on the ambient pressure of the door. If there is different pressure on both sides of the closed fire protection door, this pressure difference must be overcome when the fire protection door is opened. In order to open the fire door in the direction of the area with higher pressure, a fleeing person must apply additional force.
- a device for pressure relief of fire doors which is equipped with an electric drive, a rod extending from a housing and a signal transmitter. If the signal transmitter determines that a person is approaching a fire protection door or a person is operating the fire protection door, the drive is switched on. This ensures that the rod extends out of the housing and that the door leaf is at least far enough away from the door frame that a gap is created that enables pressure equalization.
- the device is equipped with a drive that must be supplied with electrical power.
- the fire protection door is characterized in that the door leaf has slots which are designed as passage openings and are referred to as door leaf slots.
- the fire protection door is equipped with a slide that is movably arranged on the door leaf. In a slider closed position, the slider covers the door leaf slots. In a slider open position, the slider releases the door leaf slots.
- the special feature is that the slide is coupled to a door handle with which a lock latch of the fire door is moved from a lock latch closed position to a lock latch open position. This coupling leads to the fact that when the door handle is actuated, the lock latch simultaneously moves into the lock latch open position and the slide into the slide open position, thus releasing the door leaf slots through the slide.
- the door handle can be designed, for example, as a door handle, as a push rod or as a pressure plate.
- the door handle is typically connected to a lock socket of a lock equipped with the lock latch. This lock is integrated in the fire door. It ensures that the fire door does not open automatically.
- the lock can be equipped with a lock latch or with several lock latches.
- the lock latch can be arranged on the side of the door leaf facing away from the door hinge and protrude laterally over the door leaf in the lock latch closed position.
- the lock can also be used with several Be equipped lock latches which are arranged on the side of the door leaf facing away from the door hinge, for example in the middle, upper and lower area of the door leaf.
- the lock can be equipped with lock latches which are arranged on the top of the door leaf and / or on the underside of the door leaf. In the lock latch closed position, these lock latches protrude upwards or downwards over the door leaf. They intervene in a door lintel or in a threshold.
- the slide When the fire door is closed, the slide is in its slide closed position so that the door leaf slots are closed. If a person operates the lever handle of the fire door, the lock latch is moved into the lock latch opening position and the slide is moved into the slide opening position at the same time. Air can flow through the door leaf slots that are now open, so that the pressure on the fire protection door is equalized before the person has moved the door leaf of the fire protection door into an open door position. When the door leaf is then moved, the person no longer has to overcome a possible pressure difference, which is why the force required to open the fire protection door is reduced.
- the pressure is relieved due to the purely mechanical coupling of the slide to the door handle. An electrical power supply is not necessary for this.
- the slide can be integrated into the door leaf or placed on the door leaf.
- the slide automatically returns to its slide closed position when the fire door closes again.
- the door leaf is equipped with an intumescent building material in the area of the door leaf slots. This expands when exposed to heat and completely closes the door leaf slots.
- Such building materials are also used as intumescent layers designated.
- the intumescent building material increases its volume and completely fills the door leaf slots designed as passage openings. The fire door prevents the fire from spreading.
- the amount of intumescent building material must be adapted to the size of the door leaf slots in such a way that the door leaf slots can be completely closed in the event of a fire.
- the intumescent building material is arranged on the inside of the door leaf slots.
- the door leaf slots are essentially elongated. Long and comparatively narrow door leaf slots enable the intumescent building material to be closed in a short time in the event of a fire.
- the door leaf slots are arranged in a lower half of the door leaf. This means that the door leaf slots are not at the level of a person's face. If air, which carries dust or dirt particles, flows through the open door leaf slots as a result of pressure equalization, these particles do not hit the person in the face, but at most on the legs.
- the door leaf is equipped with at least one profile rail in which the slide is slidably guided.
- the slide can also be guided in several profile rails, for example in a first profile rail on the underside of the slide and in a second profile rail on the upper side of the slide.
- the profile rail is inclined to the horizontal and forms an inclined plane.
- the inclination of the profile rail is specified in such a way that the in the Profile rail guided slide in the slide closed position has a lower level than in the slide open position. The slide thus returns automatically, following its own weight, into the slide closed position in which it slides down the inclined plane.
- the inclined plane on which the slide slides or rolls is formed by a section of the profile rail.
- the slide is equipped with rollers that roll in the profile rail.
- a sliding guide is also possible.
- the slide has slide slots.
- the number of slider slots corresponds to the number of door leaf slots.
- the shape and size of the slider slots corresponds essentially to the shape and size of the door leaf slots. If the slide slots are brought into congruence with the door leaf slots in the slide open position, the opening cross section of the door leaf slots is not restricted at all or at most slightly restricted by the slide slots.
- the slide is designed as a plate-shaped element.
- the slide slots are designed as through openings in the plate-shaped element.
- the fire door is equipped with a slide actuator which connects the slide to the door handle.
- the slide is therefore not directly but indirectly coupled to the door handle.
- the slide actuator transmits the movement of the door handle to the slide. It is used to transmit power.
- the slide actuating device can lock the slide in the slide open position and ensure that the slide returns to the slide closed position when the fire door is closed.
- the slide actuating device has a reversing lever connected to the door handle. If the door handle is a door handle or door buckle, the deflection lever can be connected to the door handle in a rotationally fixed manner.
- the reversing lever is connected to the slide via a pull rope.
- the pull rope can be guided over pulleys.
- the slide actuating device has a hook which is rotatably arranged on the door leaf and which hooks onto the slide when the slide open position is reached and holds the slide in the slide open position.
- the hook is used to lock the slide in the slide open position.
- the slide is equipped with a pin protruding beyond its surface, on which the hook hooks when the slide open position is reached.
- the slide actuator has a spring-mounted slide actuator on the door leaf, which protrudes over the door leaf when the fire door is open and which slides along the door frame when the fire door is closed and is pushed into the door leaf against the pressure of a spring.
- the slide release is connected to the hook in such a way that the movement of the slide release is transmitted to the hook when the slide release is pushed into the door leaf.
- the hook is rotated around its axis of rotation and releases the pin arranged on the slide. This leads to, that when the fire door is closed, the locking of the slide in the slide open position is released and the slide can return to its slide closed position.
- the hook is connected to the slide release via a push rod.
- the push rod transmits the movement of the slide trigger to the hook.
- the slide actuating device is designed in such a way that the slide returns to its slide closed position when a pressure equalization has taken place. This is at the latest when the fire door is closed.
- the return to the slide closed position can in particular be initiated in that the hook releases the slide and the locking of the slide in the slide open position is thereby released.
- the slide is no longer held in the slide open position.
- the movement of the slide from the slide open position into the slide closed position can be stimulated in different ways.
- a profile rail in which the slide is guided can have an inclined plane, which the slide is moved up during the transition from the slide closed position to the slide open position. After releasing the lock, the slide, following its weight, slides down the inclined plane by itself and returns to the slide closed position.
- a spring can be arranged between the slide and the door leaf, which spring is deflected when the slide passes from the slide closed position to the slide open position. The spring force of this deflected spring ensures that the slide then returns to the slide closed position.
- the return of the slide from the slide open position into the slide closed position is coupled to the movement of the door leaf when the fire door is closed.
- the Return of the slide from the slide open position into the slide closed position is coupled to the door handle or the lock latch.
- the door leaf slots are covered with a grid. This prevents people from reaching into the slots with their hand and injuring themselves. Furthermore, the undesired penetration of parts into the door leaf slots, which could possibly impair the movement of the slide relative to the door leaf, is prevented.
- the grid openings are dimensioned in such a way that precisely this penetration is prevented.
- a fire door 1 is shown in a plan view of a first side of a door leaf 2.
- the door leaf 2 is rotatably arranged with hinges 4 on a door frame 3.
- a door handle 5 with which the fire door can be opened by a person not shown in the drawing is arranged on the door leaf 2.
- a latch of a lock coupled to the door handle 5 is moved from a latch-closed position into a latch-open position.
- the lock, lock latch and a strike plate arranged on the door frame 3 are not shown in the drawing. In the lock latch closed position, the lock latch protrudes over the door leaf 2 and engages in the strike plate.
- the door leaf 2 is held on the door frame 3 with the side facing away from the hinges 4.
- the fire door 1 is in its door closed position.
- the lock latch In the lock latch open position, the lock latch is drawn into the lock and no longer engages in the strike plate.
- the fire door 1 can now be opened by a person in that the person swings open the fire door in the direction of escape.
- a door locking device 6 ensures that that the door returns to its door-closed position.
- the door leaf 2 is equipped with several door leaf slots 7. An in Figure 2 , 3 and 4th
- the slide 8 shown closes these door leaf slots 7 when the fire door is in its door-closed position.

- Figure 2 shows the fire door 1 without the cover 9.
- Figure 3 shows an excerpt from Figure 2 .
- Figure 4 shows the slide 8.
- a first profile rail 10 and a second profile rail 11 are arranged on the door leaf 2.
- the slide 8 is guided in these two profile rails 10, 11.
- the first profile rail 10 supports the slide 8 from below. It is inclined to the horizontal and forms an inclined plane.
- the slide 8 is equipped on its underside with rollers 12 which roll in the first profile rail 10.
- the second profile rail 11 runs horizontally. It is designed as a pure slide rail and holds the slide 8 at its upper end.
- FIG. 3 shows that a lever 13 is arranged on the door handle 5.

Description
The invention is based on a fire door for closing door openings, preferably in tunnel tubes.
In road tunnels and tunnels for train traffic, the escape routes and emergency exits are separated from the traffic tunnel by fire doors. In the event of a fire in the tunnel, fire doors of this type inhibit the spread of fire and smoke into a second tunnel serving as an escape route and / or rescue route. The second tunnel can either be a safety tunnel exclusively used as an escape and rescue route, a second tube for traffic or a connecting tunnel between two tunnel tubes used for traffic. The fire protection door typically has a door frame which serves as a door frame and which delimits the door opening, and a door leaf which is arranged rotatably on the door frame and which forms a door leaf. In order to put a stop to fire and smoke, the door leaf and possibly also the door frame are made of a material that is resistant to fire and heat.
A built-in fire door is normally closed. In the closed position, the fire door must be passed through the vehicles in the tunnel withstand built-up pressure. The vehicles driving in the tunnel generate a negative pressure or an overpressure. The automatic opening of the fire door due to the pressure in the tunnel is prevented by a locking device. The locking device locks the door leaf with the door frame in a door-closed position. In the event of an accident or danger, people can escape through the fire door. To do this, the people have to release the door lock by manually operating a door handle and open the door leaf, which is designed as a door leaf, by applying force in the direction of escape. It is crucial that the fire door can also be opened by children and frail people. This applies both to the release of the lock when the door handle is operated and to the movement of the door leaf from the door-closed position into an open position. As soon as the force which forces the door leaf into an open position ceases, the fire door usually closes automatically due to a door closing device.
The force that a person has to apply in order to open the fire protection door and to move the door leaf into the door-open position depends on the door and on the ambient pressure of the door. If there is different pressure on both sides of the closed fire protection door, this pressure difference must be overcome when the fire protection door is opened. In order to open the fire door in the direction of the area with higher pressure, a fleeing person must apply additional force.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a fire protection door in which the force necessary to open the fire protection door is reduced, in particular in the case of pressure differences, without an electrical power supply being necessary for this purpose.
This object is achieved by a fire door with the features of
The door handle can be designed, for example, as a door handle, as a push rod or as a pressure plate. The door handle is typically connected to a lock socket of a lock equipped with the lock latch. This lock is integrated in the fire door. It ensures that the fire door does not open automatically.
The lock can be equipped with a lock latch or with several lock latches. The lock latch can be arranged on the side of the door leaf facing away from the door hinge and protrude laterally over the door leaf in the lock latch closed position. The lock can also be used with several Be equipped lock latches which are arranged on the side of the door leaf facing away from the door hinge, for example in the middle, upper and lower area of the door leaf. In addition, the lock can be equipped with lock latches which are arranged on the top of the door leaf and / or on the underside of the door leaf. In the lock latch closed position, these lock latches protrude upwards or downwards over the door leaf. They intervene in a door lintel or in a threshold.
When the fire door is closed, the slide is in its slide closed position so that the door leaf slots are closed.
The pressure is relieved due to the purely mechanical coupling of the slide to the door handle. An electrical power supply is not necessary for this.
The slide can be integrated into the door leaf or placed on the door leaf.
The slide automatically returns to its slide closed position when the fire door closes again.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the door leaf is equipped with an intumescent building material in the area of the door leaf slots. This expands when exposed to heat and completely closes the door leaf slots. Such building materials are also used as intumescent layers designated. In the event of a fire and the resulting heat, the intumescent building material increases its volume and completely fills the door leaf slots designed as passage openings. The fire door prevents the fire from spreading. The amount of intumescent building material must be adapted to the size of the door leaf slots in such a way that the door leaf slots can be completely closed in the event of a fire.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the intumescent building material is arranged on the inside of the door leaf slots.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the door leaf slots are essentially elongated. Long and comparatively narrow door leaf slots enable the intumescent building material to be closed in a short time in the event of a fire.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the door leaf slots are arranged in a lower half of the door leaf. This means that the door leaf slots are not at the level of a person's face. If air, which carries dust or dirt particles, flows through the open door leaf slots as a result of pressure equalization, these particles do not hit the person in the face, but at most on the legs.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the door leaf is equipped with at least one profile rail in which the slide is slidably guided. The slide can also be guided in several profile rails, for example in a first profile rail on the underside of the slide and in a second profile rail on the upper side of the slide.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the profile rail is inclined to the horizontal and forms an inclined plane. The inclination of the profile rail is specified in such a way that the in the Profile rail guided slide in the slide closed position has a lower level than in the slide open position. The slide thus returns automatically, following its own weight, into the slide closed position in which it slides down the inclined plane. The inclined plane on which the slide slides or rolls is formed by a section of the profile rail.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the slide is equipped with rollers that roll in the profile rail. A sliding guide is also possible.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the slide has slide slots. The number of slider slots corresponds to the number of door leaf slots. The shape and size of the slider slots corresponds essentially to the shape and size of the door leaf slots. If the slide slots are brought into congruence with the door leaf slots in the slide open position, the opening cross section of the door leaf slots is not restricted at all or at most slightly restricted by the slide slots.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the slide is designed as a plate-shaped element. The slide slots are designed as through openings in the plate-shaped element.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the fire door is equipped with a slide actuator which connects the slide to the door handle. The slide is therefore not directly but indirectly coupled to the door handle. The slide actuator transmits the movement of the door handle to the slide. It is used to transmit power. In addition, the slide actuating device can lock the slide in the slide open position and ensure that the slide returns to the slide closed position when the fire door is closed.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the slide actuating device has a reversing lever connected to the door handle. If the door handle is a door handle or door buckle, the deflection lever can be connected to the door handle in a rotationally fixed manner.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the reversing lever is connected to the slide via a pull rope. The pull rope can be guided over pulleys.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the slide actuating device has a hook which is rotatably arranged on the door leaf and which hooks onto the slide when the slide open position is reached and holds the slide in the slide open position. The hook is used to lock the slide in the slide open position.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the slide is equipped with a pin protruding beyond its surface, on which the hook hooks when the slide open position is reached.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the slide actuator has a spring-mounted slide actuator on the door leaf, which protrudes over the door leaf when the fire door is open and which slides along the door frame when the fire door is closed and is pushed into the door leaf against the pressure of a spring. The slide release is connected to the hook in such a way that the movement of the slide release is transmitted to the hook when the slide release is pushed into the door leaf. The hook is rotated around its axis of rotation and releases the pin arranged on the slide. This leads to, that when the fire door is closed, the locking of the slide in the slide open position is released and the slide can return to its slide closed position.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the hook is connected to the slide release via a push rod. The push rod transmits the movement of the slide trigger to the hook.
According to a further advantageous embodiment, the slide actuating device is designed in such a way that the slide returns to its slide closed position when a pressure equalization has taken place. This is at the latest when the fire door is closed. The return to the slide closed position can in particular be initiated in that the hook releases the slide and the locking of the slide in the slide open position is thereby released. The slide is no longer held in the slide open position. The movement of the slide from the slide open position into the slide closed position can be stimulated in different ways. For example, a profile rail in which the slide is guided can have an inclined plane, which the slide is moved up during the transition from the slide closed position to the slide open position. After releasing the lock, the slide, following its weight, slides down the inclined plane by itself and returns to the slide closed position. Alternatively, a spring can be arranged between the slide and the door leaf, which spring is deflected when the slide passes from the slide closed position to the slide open position. The spring force of this deflected spring ensures that the slide then returns to the slide closed position. Another alternative is that the return of the slide from the slide open position into the slide closed position is coupled to the movement of the door leaf when the fire door is closed. Another alternative is that the Return of the slide from the slide open position into the slide closed position is coupled to the door handle or the lock latch.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the door leaf slots are covered with a grid. This prevents people from reaching into the slots with their hand and injuring themselves. Furthermore, the undesired penetration of parts into the door leaf slots, which could possibly impair the movement of the slide relative to the door leaf, is prevented. The grid openings are dimensioned in such a way that precisely this penetration is prevented.
Further advantages and advantageous embodiments of the invention can be found in the following description, the drawing and the claims.

The slide actuating device further comprises a
