Definitions
- the invention relates to a belt adapter for attaching objects to a belt according to the preamble of claim 1 and to a holding system comprising a belt adapter and a carrier element which is arranged on an object to be attached to the belt or the belt adapter.
- belt adapters or belt clips that can be attached to a belt or connectable to a belt are known from the prior art.
- the belt adapters serve as coupling elements between the belt and the object to be attached.
- the object to be attached has a carrier element which is inserted into a receiving opening of the belt adapter and is preferably releasably fixed in this.
- the belt adapter that allows attachment of an item, specifically a carrying case, to a belt is disclosed in the US patent application US 2003/0141329 A1 known.
- the belt adapter has a clip element on the back side facing the belt.
- the belt adapter has a receiving opening which extends downward from an upper side of the belt adapter along the vertical axis of the belt adapter and into which a carrier element of the object to be attached to the belt can be inserted.
- the support element is designed as a post part with a thinner shaft and a wider flange-like end surrounding the shaft.
- the belt adapter has a locking or securing element which engages in the post part. Using a push button, the lock can be released and the post part can then be removed from the belt adapter.
- the holder has a guide into which an attachment part specially attached to a mobile phone can be inserted. Securing the trailer part in the holder or in The guide is carried out via a spring-loaded securing element that is movable perpendicular to the guide and engages in a central bore in the trailer part. Via an unlocking element guided in a recess behind the guide and resting on the securing element, the securing element engaging in the bore of the attachment part can be released and the attachment part can thus be removed from the guide of the holder.
- the object is therefore to provide a belt adapter which ensures reliable securing of a carrier element of an object to be attached to a belt or to the belt adapter. Furthermore, a holding system comprising a belt adapter and a carrier element which is arranged on the object to be attached to the belt or the belt adapter is to be provided.
- the belt adapter mentioned at the beginning for attaching objects to a belt includes one Holding device for attaching the belt adapter to the belt and an opening through which a carrier element of an object to be attached to the belt adapter can be inserted and removed into the belt adapter.
- the opening extends along a vertical axis of the belt adapter.
- the holding device is arranged on a back side of the belt adapter facing the belt and the opening is arranged on a front side of the belt adapter opposite the back side.
- the belt adapter further comprises a securing element which is movable between an unlocking position in which the carrier element can be inserted and removed from the belt adapter and a locking position provided for securing or fixing the carrier element introduced into the belt adapter in a locking position.
- the securing element is designed to accommodate at least a part of the carrier element and is guided displaceably along the vertical axis of the belt adapter between the unlocking position and the locking position, in which the carrier element inserted into the belt adapter is secured in the locking position.
- the carrier element secured in the locking position cannot be removed from the belt adapter.
- the securing element is preferably designed to be elongated, specifically as a securing slide that is guided so as to be displaceable along the vertical axis.
- the securing element is preferably designed in one piece or in one piece.
- the securing element can be moved from the unlocking position into the locking position by moving the carrier element inserted into the belt adapter from the unlocking position, i.e. the position of the carrier element in which it can be inserted and removed from the belt adapter, into the locking position.
- the carrier element serves as a driver for the securing element.
- the securing element is secured in the locking position in particular via a releasable locking mechanism, which prevents unwanted movement of the securing element into the unlocking position. Fixing the securing element in the securing position also prevents movement of the carrier element from the locking position into the unlocking position and thus prevents the carrier element from being unintentionally removed from the belt adapter.
- the carrier element is locked in the locking position indirectly by locking the securing element in the Locking position.
- the carrier element is securely fixed in the locking position via the securing element, especially in the event of impacts against the object attached to the belt adapter along the vertical axis.
- the at least partial reception of the carrier element by the securing element enables the carrier element to be arranged securely therein. In particular, this also ensures a defined positioning of the securing element in the belt adapter.
- the securing element has a receptacle running along the vertical axis of the belt adapter for at least partially receiving the carrier element introduced into the belt adapter.
- the receptacle is a slot-like receptacle that runs along the vertical axis and is limited at the top and bottom.
- the carrier element introduced into the receptacle preferably rests on the upper and lower boundaries of the receptacle or at least close to them.
- the described limitation of the receptacle enables, on the one hand, the securing element to be taken along by the carrier element from the unlocking position into the locking position. On the other hand, the securing element secured in the locking position prevents unwanted movement of the carrier element arranged in the limited receptacle from the locking position into the unlocking position.
- the receptacle essentially has the shape and size of the carrier element or is only slightly larger than this.
- the carrier element therefore lies at least partially on the sides of the receptacle, preferably on all sides of the receptacle, or at least close to them.
- this also prevents lateral or other movements of the carrier element.
- a design of the receptacle adapted to the intended carrier element can ensure that only carrier elements suitable for the belt adapter, which ensure reliable securing of an object on the belt adapter, can be introduced into the belt adapter.
- the securing element is guided laterally between two guide webs running along the vertical axis of the belt adapter and/or lies at least partially, i.e. at least with a part of the Securing element, to this.

- the securing element can have guide lugs which rest on the two guide elements of the first actuating element.
- the unlocking of the securing element from the locking position can be carried out particularly in the embodiment of the belt adapter described above, in which the securing element is guided between two guide webs running along the vertical axis of the belt adapter and at least one locking lug for releasably locking the securing element in the locking position on a stop element of one of the Has guide webs through which guide elements take place.
- the securing element can preferably have two locking lugs, each of which rests on a stop element of the guide webs.
- one of the guide elements rests on a guide web, preferably on an incline of the guide web arranged in the direction of the first actuating element.
- the guide webs are designed to be movable on the side pointing in the direction of the first actuating element, at least to the extent that they are movable perpendicular to the vertical axis of the belt adapter, so that they enable the locking lug resting on the stop element or the catch lugs of the securing element resting on the stop elements to be unlocked.
- the particularly elongated securing element is particularly preferably guided both between the guide webs and between the guide elements of the actuating element.
- the securing element can have upper guide lugs that rest on the guide elements and lower guide lugs that rest on the guide webs.
- the configuration described ensures, in addition to secure guidance of the securing element along the vertical axis and secure locking of the securing element in the locking position via the at least a locking lug resting on a stop element, a simple and reliable release of the securing element from the locking position via the first actuating element.
- the securing element has a first spring element which counteracts a movement of the securing element from the unlocking position into the locking position.
- the first spring element In the locking position, the first spring element is tensioned.
- the first spring element causes the securing element to be moved into the unlocking position after being released from the locking position or is at least supported when the carrier element is inserted.

- the carrier element 31 resting on the underside of the receptacle 15 of the securing element 14 serves as a driver of the securing element 14, with the securing element 14 moving along the vertical axis V from the in Fig. 14 unlocking position shown in Fig. 15 shown locking position is moved.
- the movement of the support element 31 downwards is limited by the contact edge 5 of the opening 3, as in FIG Fig. 15 shown locking position, in which the carrier element 31 rests on the contact edge 5, is shown.
- An unwanted movement of the carrier element 31 arranged in the locking position into the unlocking position is prevented by the securing element 14 which is locked in the locking position. This means that it is not possible to remove the carrier element 31 secured in the locking position from the belt adapter 1.
- the fastening adapter 30 rests with a contact surface 33 on the housing shell 2, specifically on the elevation 34 of the housing shell 2 surrounding the insertion area 4.
- the tensioned first spring element 20 at least supports a movement of the securing element 14 in the direction of the unlocking position.
- the application of an external force is required to move the carrier element 31 from the locking position to the unlocking position.
- the carrier element 31 introduced into the belt adapter 1 is reliably secured in the locking position.
- an unwanted release of the carrier element 31 from the locking position especially when an external force directed along the vertical axis V is applied, is reliably prevented.
- a movement of the carrier element 31 laterally to the vertical axis V or another movement, such as a rotation of the carrier element 31, is also carried out by which a certain Carrier element 31 adapted receptacle 14 of the securing element 14 prevented or at least severely limited.
- the belt adapter 1 described thus ensures that the carrier element 31 is held securely in the latter.

Description
The invention relates to a belt adapter for attaching objects to a belt according to the preamble of
For attaching objects to a belt, for example for attaching tools, tool bags or tool holders, belt adapters or belt clips that can be attached to a belt or connectable to a belt are known from the prior art. The belt adapters serve as coupling elements between the belt and the object to be attached. For attachment to the belt adapter, the object to be attached has a carrier element which is inserted into a receiving opening of the belt adapter and is preferably releasably fixed in this.
In addition to simple and trouble-free attachment and detachment, secure fixation of the object to be attached or the carrier element on the belt adapter is of central importance. This particularly applies to the use of belt adapters in trades. Craftsmen in particular need to change tools quickly and often. Furthermore, an unintentional loosening of an object attached to a belt adapter, for example due to a shock or accidental snagging, must be reliably prevented. Especially in the event of an impact against the object attached to the belt adapter, in particular in the event of an impact against the direction in which the carrier element of the object is inserted into the belt adapter, there is often a risk that the securing element used to secure or fix the object will become loose solves.
The object is therefore to provide a belt adapter which ensures reliable securing of a carrier element of an object to be attached to a belt or to the belt adapter. Furthermore, a holding system comprising a belt adapter and a carrier element which is arranged on the object to be attached to the belt or the belt adapter is to be provided.
This task is solved with a belt adapter according to
The belt adapter mentioned at the beginning for attaching objects to a belt, for example for attaching tools or (tool) bags, includes one Holding device for attaching the belt adapter to the belt and an opening through which a carrier element of an object to be attached to the belt adapter can be inserted and removed into the belt adapter. The opening extends along a vertical axis of the belt adapter. Preferably and expediently, the holding device is arranged on a back side of the belt adapter facing the belt and the opening is arranged on a front side of the belt adapter opposite the back side. The belt adapter further comprises a securing element which is movable between an unlocking position in which the carrier element can be inserted and removed from the belt adapter and a locking position provided for securing or fixing the carrier element introduced into the belt adapter in a locking position.
According to the invention, the securing element is designed to accommodate at least a part of the carrier element and is guided displaceably along the vertical axis of the belt adapter between the unlocking position and the locking position, in which the carrier element inserted into the belt adapter is secured in the locking position. In particular, the carrier element secured in the locking position cannot be removed from the belt adapter.
The securing element is preferably designed to be elongated, specifically as a securing slide that is guided so as to be displaceable along the vertical axis. The securing element is preferably designed in one piece or in one piece. The securing element can be moved from the unlocking position into the locking position by moving the carrier element inserted into the belt adapter from the unlocking position, i.e. the position of the carrier element in which it can be inserted and removed from the belt adapter, into the locking position. The carrier element serves as a driver for the securing element.
The securing element is secured in the locking position in particular via a releasable locking mechanism, which prevents unwanted movement of the securing element into the unlocking position. Fixing the securing element in the securing position also prevents movement of the carrier element from the locking position into the unlocking position and thus prevents the carrier element from being unintentionally removed from the belt adapter. The carrier element is locked in the locking position indirectly by locking the securing element in the Locking position. The carrier element is securely fixed in the locking position via the securing element, especially in the event of impacts against the object attached to the belt adapter along the vertical axis.
The at least partial reception of the carrier element by the securing element enables the carrier element to be arranged securely therein. In particular, this also ensures a defined positioning of the securing element in the belt adapter.
The securing element has a receptacle running along the vertical axis of the belt adapter for at least partially receiving the carrier element introduced into the belt adapter. The receptacle is a slot-like receptacle that runs along the vertical axis and is limited at the top and bottom. The carrier element introduced into the receptacle preferably rests on the upper and lower boundaries of the receptacle or at least close to them. The described limitation of the receptacle enables, on the one hand, the securing element to be taken along by the carrier element from the unlocking position into the locking position. On the other hand, the securing element secured in the locking position prevents unwanted movement of the carrier element arranged in the limited receptacle from the locking position into the unlocking position.
Particularly preferably, the receptacle essentially has the shape and size of the carrier element or is only slightly larger than this. The carrier element therefore lies at least partially on the sides of the receptacle, preferably on all sides of the receptacle, or at least close to them. In addition to the above-mentioned unwanted movement of the carrier element along the vertical axis from the locking position to the unlocking position, this also prevents lateral or other movements of the carrier element. Furthermore, a design of the receptacle adapted to the intended carrier element can ensure that only carrier elements suitable for the belt adapter, which ensure reliable securing of an object on the belt adapter, can be introduced into the belt adapter.
Preferably, the securing element, or at least part of the securing element, is guided laterally between two guide webs running along the vertical axis of the belt adapter and/or lies at least partially, i.e. at least with a part of the Securing element, to this. In particular, the securing element is also guided between the guide webs when moving from the unlocking position to the locking position and vice versa, as well as in the two positions themselves. The guide element can have guide lugs, i.e. elevations, on each side facing the guide bars, which rest on the guide bars. In particular, the guide element can also have several guide lugs on one side. By guiding or resting the securing element or the guide lugs on the guide webs, safe displacement of the securing element along the vertical axis of the belt adapter is ensured, in particular without any lateral movement or tilting of the securing element.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the securing element has at least one locking lug on at least one side facing the guide webs and at least one of the guide webs has a stop element for releasably locking the securing element in the locking position. The securing element preferably has a locking lug on both sides facing the guide webs and both guide webs have a stop element for releasably locking the securing element in the locking position. In the locking position, the locking lugs of the securing element rest against the stop elements in such a way that the securing element is prevented from moving into the unlocking position. In the embodiment described, there is a secure locking of the securing element in the locking position and thus also a secure fixation of the carrier element in the locking position, in particular even in the event of external force, such as a shock against the object attached to the belt adapter.
To release or unlock the securing element from the locking position, the belt adapter preferably has a first actuating element, specifically a push or control button. Particularly preferably, the first actuating element can be actuated or movable in the direction of the vertical axis of the belt adapter. The first actuating element can be arranged in particular on an upper side of the belt adapter. The first actuating element is preferably spring-loaded, with a spring counteracting actuation of the first actuating element. After actuation, the first actuation element is automatically moved back into a starting position by the spring. In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the first actuating element comprises two along Guide elements running along the vertical axis of the belt adapter. The securing element or at least a part of the securing element can be slidably guided between the guide elements and/or at least partially, i.e. at least with a part of the securing element, rest against them. In particular, the securing element can have guide lugs which rest on the two guide elements of the first actuating element. By guiding or resting the securing element or the guide lugs on the guide elements of the first actuating element, safe displacement of the securing element along the vertical axis of the belt adapter is ensured, in particular without lateral movement or tilting of the securing element.
The unlocking of the securing element from the locking position can be carried out particularly in the embodiment of the belt adapter described above, in which the securing element is guided between two guide webs running along the vertical axis of the belt adapter and at least one locking lug for releasably locking the securing element in the locking position on a stop element of one of the Has guide webs through which guide elements take place. The securing element can preferably have two locking lugs, each of which rests on a stop element of the guide webs. When the first actuating element is actuated, the guide elements engage between the two guide webs or lie against the guide webs and push them apart. In particular, one of the guide elements rests on a guide web, preferably on an incline of the guide web arranged in the direction of the first actuating element. The guide webs are designed to be movable on the side pointing in the direction of the first actuating element, at least to the extent that they are movable perpendicular to the vertical axis of the belt adapter, so that they enable the locking lug resting on the stop element or the catch lugs of the securing element resting on the stop elements to be unlocked. In the embodiment described, the particularly elongated securing element is particularly preferably guided both between the guide webs and between the guide elements of the actuating element. In particular, the securing element can have upper guide lugs that rest on the guide elements and lower guide lugs that rest on the guide webs. The configuration described ensures, in addition to secure guidance of the securing element along the vertical axis and secure locking of the securing element in the locking position via the at least a locking lug resting on a stop element, a simple and reliable release of the securing element from the locking position via the first actuating element.
In an advantageous embodiment, the securing element has a first spring element which counteracts a movement of the securing element from the unlocking position into the locking position. In the locking position, the first spring element is tensioned. The first spring element causes the securing element to be moved into the unlocking position after being released from the locking position or is at least supported when the carrier element is inserted. In particular, if the securing element should be arranged in the locking position without an inserted carrier element, the first spring element causes the securing element to move into the unlocking position required for inserting and removing the carrier element.
In a preferred embodiment, the belt adapter comprises a housing shell having the opening and a housing cover connected to the housing shell. The housing cover is preferably connected to the housing shell via snap-in connectors on the side of the housing shell facing the belt. The latching connectors can be latched in particular into corresponding latching connector receptacles in the housing shell. The housing cover preferably has the two guide webs described above which run along the vertical axis of the belt adapter, between which the securing element is slidably guided and/or at least partially rests against it. The described multi-part design of the belt adapter enables, in addition to simple production of the individual components of the belt adapter, a suitable, particularly stable design of the individual components. In particular, the different components can also be made from different materials.
Preferably, the holding device for attaching the belt adapter to the belt comprises a holding flap pivotably articulated on the belt adapter, wherein the holding flap can be fixed, in particular releasably fixed, in a fastening position provided for fastening the belt adapter to the belt. The retaining flap can in particular be pivotally articulated on the housing cover and/or the housing shell of the belt adapter. In particular, the retaining flap can be connected to the housing cover and/or the housing shell via a (hinge) pin. The belt adapter, especially the housing cover, particularly preferably has at least one latching element for fixation the holding flap in the fastening position and a second actuating element for releasing the holding flap fixed or locked in the fastening position. The second actuating element is connected to or has the at least one latching element. The second actuating element can be arranged in particular on an underside of the belt adapter. The holding flap, which is pivotably articulated on the belt adapter and can be fixed in a fastening position, enables the belt adapter to be securely held on the belt in addition to a simple and quick attachment of the belt adapter to the belt or detachment therefrom.
The belt adapter or the individual components of the belt adapter can in particular be made of plastic, such as polyamide 6 (PA6), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) or polyoxymethylene (POM), as well as (glass) fiber-reinforced plastics or other suitable ones materials exist. In particular, the individual components of the belt adapter can also consist of different materials. For example, the housing shell and the actuating elements can be made of ABS, the securing element can be made of POM and the housing cover and the retaining flap can be made of PA6 GF 15 (15% glass fiber reinforced PA6).
Particularly preferably, the opening and/or the receptacle of the securing element are designed to insert or receive a carrier element designed as a hook or a hook-shaped element. In particular, the hook-shaped support element can have an angled shape, specifically a substantially rectangular configuration in a side view. The width of the hook-shaped carrier element is preferably significantly smaller than its length and depth. The opening and the receptacle are designed in particular to be elongated or slot-like, with the length of the opening and the receptacle in the direction of the vertical axis and the width of the opening and the receptacle perpendicular to the vertical axis essentially corresponding to the length and width of the hook-shaped support element or only slightly are larger than these. For example, the hook-shaped support element and thus also the opening and the receptacle can have a length of approximately 20 to 35 mm and a width of 2.5 to 5 mm. The described design of the opening and the receptacle enables the hook-shaped carrier element to be inserted and removed quickly and easily. In particular, the design of the opening and the receptacle adapted to the hook-shaped carrier element also ensures a secure hold of the carrier element in the belt adapter.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the belt adapter has an insertion area surrounding the opening and inclined in the direction of the opening. The inclined insertion area simplifies the insertion of the carrier element through the opening into the belt adapter. The object to be attached to the belt adapter can rest in particular with a contact surface on the raised edge of the inclined insertion area or the elevation surrounding the insertion area. The fact that the contact surface rests on the belt adapter provides additional stabilization of the object on the belt adapter.

The invention further relates to a holding system which, in addition to the belt adapter according to the invention, comprises a carrier element arranged on an object to be attached to the belt or the belt adapter, the securing element being moved from the unlocking position to the locking position by the carrier element inserted into the belt adapter. The object to be attached to the belt or the belt adapter can in particular be a tool, a tool bag or a tool holder. Furthermore, the carrier element arranged on the object can be designed in particular as hook-shaped. The advantages mentioned for the belt adapter described above apply accordingly to the holding system according to the invention.
