Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Aufkletterschutzeinrichtung für ein Schienenfahrzeug.The invention relates to an anti-climb device for a rail vehicle.
Bei Frontalzusammenstößen von Schienenfahrzeugen sollen die auftretenden Kollisionskräfte in die Baugruppen eingeleitet werden, welche zur Aufnahme und Umwandlung der Kollisionsenergie in Verformungsenergie ausgebildet sind.In the event of a head-on collision of rail vehicles, the collision forces that occur should be introduced into the assemblies that are designed to absorb and convert the collision energy into deformation energy.
Diese sind typischerweise als sogenannte Energieverzehrelemente ausgeführt, welche über einen bestimmten Verformungsweg verformbar sind und dabei eine dafür speziell ausgelegte Kraft-Weg-Charakteristik aufweisen. Ist die Energieaufnahmekapazität solcher Elemente erschöpft, wird die weitere Kollisionsenergie in die Fahrzeugstruktur eingeleitet. Dabei ist zu beachten, dass das Untergestell eines Schienenfahrzeugs deutlich fester aufgebaut ist als alle anderen Baugruppen, insbesondere die Seitenwände, Stirnwände und das Dach. Im Verlauf eines Zusammenstoßes zweier Schienenfahrzeuge kann sich eines der Schienenfahrzeuge so bewegen, dass sein Untergestell über das Untergestell des Weiteren Fahrzeugs geschoben wird (d.h. es klettert auf) und so den deutlich weniger festen Bereich oberhalb des Untergestells mit Kollisionsenergie belastet. Dies kann bei einem vertikalen Versatz der kollidierenden Fahrzeuge leicht geschehen und führt potentiell zu katastrophalen Unfallfolgen, da der Passagierraum eines der Fahrzeuge dabei großflächig zerstört werden kann. Um diesem Effekt vorzubeugen, werden sogenannte Aufkletterschutzeinrichtungen (Anticlimber) eingesetzt, welche die Fahrzeuge bei einem Zusammenstoß in ihrer vertikalen Lage zueinander festhalten. Diese Aufkletterschutzeinrichtungen sind typischerweise an jenen Punkten der Fahrzeuge vorgesehen, welche als erstes mit einem weiteren Fahrzeug zusammentreffen und umfassen eine Platte mit einer waagrecht orientierten Rippenstruktur. Diese Rippenstrukturen der aufeinandertreffenden Aufkletterschutzeinrichtungen greifen bei einem Zusammenstoß ineinander ein und bilden eine formschlüssige Verbindung, welche ein vertikales Abgleiten der Aufkletterschutzeinrichtungen zueinander verhindert. Weisen die aufeinandertreffenden Aufkletterschutzeinrichtungen jedoch eine horizontale Verschiebung zueinander auf, d.h. überdecken sich die Aufkletterschutzeinrichtungen nur teilweise in lateraler Richtung, so können die entstehenden Momente die Befestigungen der Aufkletterschutzeinrichtungen so verdrehen, dass die Aufkletterschutzeinrichtungen seitlich aneinander abgleiten und diese ihre Wirkung somit in weiterer Folge verlieren. Dies kann insbesondere dann auftreten, wenn die mit einer Rippenstruktur ausgeführte Fläche der Aufkletterschutzeinrichtung relativ geringe Abmessungen aufweist und sich ein horizontaler Versatz dementsprechend stärker auswirkt. Zur Behebung dieses Mangels wurden Prallplatten geschaffen, welche eine ganzflächige Verzahnung erlauben jedoch ausschließlich mit gleichartigen Prallplatten agieren können und welche nur teuer herstellbar sind. Aus dem Stand der Technik sind Prallplatten bekannt, welche eine verbesserte Verzahnung zueinander bieten sollen. So ist in dem Chinesischen Gebrauchsmuster
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Aufkletterschutzeinrichtung zu schaffen, welche auch bei horizontal versetzen Auftreffen auf eine weitere Aufkletterschutzeinrichtung ein seitliches Abgleiten verhindert.The invention is therefore based on the object of creating an anti-climbing device which prevents lateral slipping even if it hits another anti-climbing device in a horizontal manner.

Gemäß gegenständlicher Erfindung sind diese Ausformungen als Polygonzug mit einer sich wiederholenden Abfolge ansteigender und abfallender Abschnitte auszuführen, wodurch bei einem Aufeinandertreffen mit einer gleichartigen Prallplatte ein gegenseitiges Verhaken an den ansteigenden und abfallenden Abschnitten der Ausformungen erfolgt.
