Claims (15)

  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un champ électrostatique est appliqué entre le feuille de gaufrage (58) et le matériau en bande tissé dans le poste de traitement (51).
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de gaufrage (58) est fournie sous la forme d'une feuille métallique ou d'une feuille imprimée monochrome ou polychrome.
  9. Procédé de fabrication d'une page de données (17) pour un document en forme de livre (11), en particulier un document de valeur et/ou de sécurité, qui comprend un support de données (20) et une languette (23),
    - dans lequel un matériau en bande tissé est positionné pour former la languette (23) le long d'un côté longitudinal (32) du support de données (20) en formant une zone de chevauchement (30) et une zone (31) de la languette (23) dépassant du support de données (20) est formée, et
    - dans lequel la languette (23) et le support de données (20) sont reliés entre eux dans la zone de chevauchement (30),
    caractérisé en ce que
    - en ce que la languette (23) fabriquée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 est reliée au support de données (20), où
    - en ce que l'on applique sur la languette (23) en un matériau en bande tissé, après la liaison avec le support de données (20), en formant une zone de chevauchement (30) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 avec au moins une section de surface de la feuille de gaufrage (58) comme impression (47).
  10. Procédé de fabrication d'un bloc de livre (15) pour un document en forme de livre (11), en particulier un document de valeur et/ou de sécurité, dans lequel le bloc de livre (15) comprend au moins une page intérieure (18) ou plusieurs pages intérieures empilées (18), caractérisé,
    - en ce qu'une page de données (17, fabriquée selon le procédé de la revendication 9, est réunie avec la ou les pages intérieures (18) en une pile et là au moins une page intérieure (18) et la languette (23) du support de données (20) sont reliées entre elles, ou
    - en ce qu'une face de données (17) avec un support de données (20) et une languette (23) en un matériau en bande tissé, qui comprend au moins des fils individuels (43, 44) en un matériau polymère, qui sont reliés entre eux dans la zone de chevauchement (30), et l'au moins une face intérieure (18) sont reliées entre elles et, après la liaison de la languette (23) avec l'au moins une face intérieure (18), on applique sur la languette (23) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 au moins une section de surface de la feuille de gaufrage (58) comme impression (47).
  11. Procédé de fabrication d'un document en forme de livre (11), en particulier d'un document de valeur et/ou de sécurité, avec au moins une page de données (17), au moins une page intérieure (18) et une reliure (12), caractérisé
    - en ce que l'au moins une page intérieure (18), la page de données (17) fabriquée selon la revendication 9 et la couverture de livre (12) sont réunies et reliées entre elles, où
    - en ce que l'au moins une pagee intérieure (18), la face de données (17), comprenant un support de données (20) et une languette (23) avec un matériau en bande tissé, qui comprend au moins des fils individuels (43, 44) en matière plastique, qui sont reliés entre eux dans la zone de chevauchement (31), et une reliure de livre (12) sont réunis et reliés entre eux et sont appliqués ensuite sur la languette (23) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 avec au moins une section de surface de la feuille de gaufrage (58).
  12. Languette pour une page de données (17) d'un document en forme de livre (11), en particulier d'un document de valeur et/ou de sécurité, qui est constituée d'un matériau en bande tissé, dans laquelle
    - le matériau en bande en forme de tissu formant la languette (23) présente au moins des fils individuels (43, 44) en un matériau polymère, caractérisé en ce que
    - sur un ou plusieurs ventres de fil (64) du matériau en bande tissé de la languette (23), il y a respectivement une section de surface d'une feuille de gaufrage(58) comme impression (47).
  13. Languette selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que des fils (43, 44) du matériau en bande tissé de la patte (23) sont réalisés sous forme de monofilaments et/ou en ce que le matériau en bande tissé présente des fils (43, 44) en une matière thermoplastique, en particulier en polyester ou en polyamide, de préférence en polyéthylène téréphtalate.
  14. Languette selon l'une des revendications 12 ou 13, caractérisée en ce que le matériau en bande tissé de la languette (23) est réalisé sous la forme d'un tissu à mailles ouvertes, qui présente de préférence une proportion de mailles de tissu (65) comprise entre 20 et 80 % de la surface du tissu.
  15. Languette de données pour un document de type livre (11), en particulier un document de valeur et/ou de sécurité, avec un support de données (20) et une languette (23), caractérisée en ce que la languette (23) est réalisée selon l'une des revendications 12 à 14.
