Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif porteur pouvant être levé (1) pour le chargement et déchargement d'un véhicule ferroviaire (2) avec un chargement (3) par un dispositif de levage, avec :
    un cadre porteur (4), lequel au moins présente :
    - au moins deux longerons (5) s'étendant respectivement avec une longueur (LT) le long d'une première direction (R1) et espacés l'un de l'autre dans une deuxième direction (R2) s'étendant perpendiculairement à la première direction (R1), qui sont reliés l'un à l'autre
    - un appui praticable (6) pour le chargement (3) s'étendant avec une longueur (LA) le long des au moins deux longerons (5) dans la première direction (R1) et s'étendant entre les au moins deux longerons (5)
    au moins une première paire (P1) et une deuxième paire (P2) de bords de préhension (7) pour le dispositif de levage, dans lequel
    - les bords de préhension (7) de la première paire (P1) et les bords de préhension (7) de la deuxième paire (P2) sont disposés de manière espacée l'un de l'autre observé dans la première direction (R1) et
    - les bords de préhension (7) de chaque paire (P1, P2) se situent à l'opposé l'un de l'autre observé dans la deuxième direction (R2)
    - la deuxième paire (P2) de bords de préhension (7) se trouve à l'intérieur de la longueur (LT) des au moins deux longerons (5) observé dans la première direction (R1)
    caractérisé en ce que
    la première paire (P1) de bords de préhension (7) est disposée ou peut être disposée à l'extérieur de la longueur (LT) des au moins deux longerons (5) observé dans la première direction (R1).
  2. Dispositif porteur pouvant être levé (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les bords de préhension (7) de la première paire (P1) de bords de préhension (7) sont réalisés sur respectivement un prolongement de support (8).
  3. Dispositif porteur pouvant être levé (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel chaque prolongement de support (8) peut être relié de manière libérable à l'un des au moins deux longerons (5) avec un dispositif de blocage et dans lequel chaque bord de préhension (7) de la paire (P1) de bords de préhension (7) est disposé sur son prolongement de support (8), de sorte que dans l'état du prolongement de support (8) relié à un longeron (5) il fait saillie du longeron (5) observé dans la première direction (R1).
  4. Dispositif porteur pouvant être levé (1) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel au moins un des prolongements de support (8) est relié, de préférence soudé, par liaison de matière au longeron respectif.
  5. Dispositif porteur pouvant être levé (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les bords de préhension (7) de la deuxième paire (P2) de bords de préhension (7) sont réalisés sur respectivement un élément supérieur de support (9), dans lequel chaque prolongement de support (8) peut être relié de manière libérable à l'un des au moins deux longerons (5) avec un dispositif de blocage.
  6. Dispositif porteur pouvant être levé (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une troisième paire (P3) et une quatrième paire (P4) de bords de préhension (7) sont prévues, lesquelles sont réalisées sur ou dans les au moins deux longerons (5).
  7. Dispositif porteur pouvant être levé (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel observé dans une troisième direction (R3) perpendiculaire à la première direction (R1) et perpendiculaire à la deuxième direction (R2)
    - les bords de préhension (7) de la première paire (P1) de bords de préhension (7) et les bords de préhension (7) de la deuxième paire (P2) de bords de préhension (7) sont disposés dans une première hauteur (H1)
    - les bords de préhension (7) de la troisième paire (P3) de bords de préhension (7) et les bords de préhension (7) de la quatrième paire (P4) de bords de préhension (7) sont disposés dans une deuxième hauteur (H2)
    dans lequel il est prévu de préférence que la première hauteur (H1) soit supérieure à la deuxième hauteur (H2).
  8. Dispositif porteur pouvant être levé (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel deux bords de préhension (7) sont réalisés sur une pièce commune (10), dans lequel la pièce commune (10) observée dans la première direction (R1) dans au moins deux positions différentes d'un des au moins deux longerons (5) peut être reliée de manière libérable au longeron (5) au moyen d'un dispositif de blocage, dans lequel
    - dans une première position des au moins deux positions différentes de la pièce commune (10) sur le longeron (5) observé dans la première direction (R1) un des bords de préhension (7) fait saillie du longeron (5) et l'autre bord de préhension (7) se trouve à l'intérieur de la longueur (LT) du longeron (5) et
    - dans une deuxième position des au moins deux positions différentes de la pièce commune (10) sur le longeron (5) observé dans la première direction (R1) les deux bords de préhension (7) se trouvent au moins en partie à l'intérieur de la longueur (LT) du longeron (5).
  9. Dispositif porteur pouvant être levé (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel la pièce commune (10) est disposée sur le longeron (5) de manière mobile ou déplaçable entre les au moins deux positions différentes.
  10. Dispositif porteur pouvant être levé (1) selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, dans lequel les au moins deux longerons (5) présentent respectivement une pièce commune (10) .
  11. Dispositif porteur pouvant être levé (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel des surfaces de contact au sol (11) pour la pose directe du dispositif porteur (1) sur un couloir de terminal (12) sont prévues.
  12. Véhicule ferroviaire (2) sous forme d'un wagon-poche, avec une poche (13) et avec au moins un dispositif porteur (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, lequel est disposé sur toute la longueur (LA) de l'appui praticable (10) à l'intérieur de la poche (13) et dans lequel la première paire (P1) de bords de préhension (7) est disposée ou peut être disposée à l'extérieur de la poche (13) observé dans la première direction (R1).
  13. Véhicule ferroviaire selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel les bords de préhension (7) de la première paire (P1) de bords de préhension (7) sont disposés respectivement sur une pièce, laquelle est réalisée d'un seul tenant avec le longeron (5) respectif.
