Definitions
- the present invention relates to a compact container for cosmetics including a second inner container configured to be placed on the top of a first inner container lid of a first inner container and to be sealed with the first inner container lid.
- a second inner container configured to be placed on the top of a first inner container lid of a first inner container and to be sealed with the first inner container lid.
- color cosmetics contain pigments and improve aesthetics through adjustment of skin tone, unlike basic cosmetics that nourish the skin.
- Base makeup usually includes makeup base, foundation, powder, etc.
- point makeup usually includes lipstick, eyeliner, mascara, and the like.
- foundation which is a kind of base makeup
- Solid foundation has excellent covering function, but tends to clump at the time of correcting makeup.
- Liquid foundation has excellent adhesion, but has poor persistence. For this reason, recently, gel foundation having excellent durability and good adhesion when applied to the skin is preferred.
- a user presses a glass or tube container filled with gel foundation to discharge the gel foundation onto the user's hand or a cosmetic tool such as a palette. Then, the user applies the gel foundation to the skin using a puff or by hand.
- a method in which gel foundation is impregnated into a foamed urethane foam and embedded in a compact container is widely used.
- Korean Patent No. 10-1734181 (Title: COMPACT CONTAINER CAPABLE OF ACCOMMODATING TWO COSMETICS) discloses a configuration consisting of an outer container having an open top, an outer container lid coupled to one side of the outer container, an inner container mounted inside the outer container and having a first accommodating space therein, and an inner container lid coupled to one side of the inner container and having a lower portion in which a second accommodating space is formed, wherein the second accommodating space is formed to face the first accommodating space, and the second accommodating space and the first accommodating space are sealed together when the inner container is closed with the inner container lid.

Description
- The present invention relates to a compact container for cosmetics including a second inner container configured to be placed on the top of a first inner container lid of a first inner container and to be sealed with the first inner container lid. With this configuration, different cosmetics may be contained in the first and second inner containers, respectively, and only the second inner container may be opened and used. In addition, when not in use, the cosmetics contained in the first and second inner containers may be completely separated from each other. In addition, when the first inner container lid is opened, the first inner container lid may be used as a palette. Thus, the cosmetics of the first and second inner containers may be easily mixed and used without carrying a separate palette or adding a separate palette configuration to the compact container.
- In general, color cosmetics contain pigments and improve aesthetics through adjustment of skin tone, unlike basic cosmetics that nourish the skin.
- These color cosmetics are largely classified into base makeup that makes skin color even and covers skin imperfections and point makeup that partially enhances the three-dimensional look of lips, eyes, and nails. Base makeup usually includes makeup base, foundation, powder, etc., and point makeup usually includes lipstick, eyeliner, mascara, and the like.
- In addition, foundation, which is a kind of base makeup, is classified into solid foundation, liquid foundation, and gel foundation depending on the form of cosmetic. Solid foundation has excellent covering function, but tends to clump at the time of correcting makeup. Liquid foundation has excellent adhesion, but has poor persistence. For this reason, recently, gel foundation having excellent durability and good adhesion when applied to the skin is preferred.
- Briefly, explaining packaging of gel foundation and use thereof, a user presses a glass or tube container filled with gel foundation to discharge the gel foundation onto the user's hand or a cosmetic tool such as a palette. Then, the user applies the gel foundation to the skin using a puff or by hand. Recently, a method in which gel foundation is impregnated into a foamed urethane foam and embedded in a compact container is widely used.

Korean Patent No. 10-1734181 - That is, according to the configuration, when the inner container is closed with the inner container lid, the inner container lid is provided with the second accommodating space that faces the first accommodating space of the inner container. Accordingly, when the inner container is closed with the inner container lid, the first accommodating space of the inner container and the second accommodating space of the inner container lid are sealed together with the inner container lid.
- However, in the case of the above-described compact container, the first accommodating space of the inner container and the second accommodating space of the inner container lid are opened together when the inner container lid is opened. Thus, even when only a cosmetic contained in the second accommodating space of the inner container lid is used, a cosmetic contained in the first accommodating space of the inner container is also exposed to the outside.
- In addition, since the screen net is installed in the second accommodating space to separate the first and second accommodating spaces facing each other, the second accommodating space cannot accommodate solid cosmetics. In addition, despite the presence of the screen net, it is impossible to completely separate the first and second accommodating spaces from each other, so there is a possibility of a cosmetic in the first accommodating space and a cosmetic in the second accommodating space being mixed.
- In addition, according to the related art, when the first accommodating space is filled with gel foundation, the second accommodating space is filled with solid powder, the inner container lid is closed, and the foundations are stored, the moisture of the gel foundation contained in the first accommodating space rapidly evaporates and the gel foundation is adsorbed to the solid powder contained in the second accommodating space. Consequently, the gel foundation contained in the first accommodating space is hardened and thus cannot be used. Accordingly, in the related art, there is a problem in that the first and second accommodating spaces cannot be filled with gel foundation and solid powder, respectively.
- In addition, in the related art, it is possible to store two or more cosmetics in the first accommodating space of the inner container and the second accommodating space of the inner container lid, but a function to mix and use the cosmetics is not provided.

- In addition, the first inner container may include a bottom surface, a first outer wall formed to extend upward from the bottom surface, and a second outer wall formed to be spaced a predetermined distance from the first outer wall.
- Specifically, the ring-shaped sealing protrusion is formed on the bottom surface of the inner container lid, and the first ring-shaped sealing protrusion may be inserted into the inner periphery of the second outer wall of the first inner container in a forced fitting manner to seal the first inner container.
- According to the invention, a ring-shaped sealing protrusion is formed on the top of the inner container lid so that, when the second inner container is closed while being placed on the top of the inner container lid, the second inner container may be fitted into the further ring-shaped sealing protrusion of the inner container lid in a forced fitting manner and the cosmetic storage space of the second inner container is sealed.
- In addition, the second cosmetic contained in the cosmetic storage space of the second inner container may include one or more solid powders.
- In addition, a puff storage may be formed on the top surface of the second inner container by a configuration of a ring-shaped protrusion.
- Further, a refill hook may be formed in the second inner container, and a refill hook insertion groove may be formed in the outer container so that the second inner container may be coupled to the outer container.

With this configuration, different cosmetics can be contained in the first and second inner containers, respectively, and only the second inner container can be opened and used.
- In addition, a compact container of the present invention includes a first inner container and a second inner container configured to be placed on the top of a first inner container lid and to be sealed. With this configuration, in the single compact container, different cosmetics can be stored in different containers and can be used individually. In addition, the different containers can be completely separated from each other, thereby preventing mixing between cosmetics contained in the containers and evaporation of moisture.
- In addition, since the first inner container lid can be used as a palette, cosmetics contained in the first and second inner containers can be mixed using the first inner container lid. Accordingly, a user can easily mix and use different kinds of cosmetics contained in the compact container without carrying a separate palette or adding a separate palette configuration to the compact container.

With this configuration, in the single compact container, different cosmetics may be stored in different containers and may be used individually. In addition, the different containers may be completely separated from each other, thereby preventing mixing between cosmetics contained in the containers.
- In addition, since the first inner container lid may be used as a palette, cosmetics contained in the first and second inner containers may be mixed using the first inner container lid. Accordingly, a user may easily mix and use different kinds of cosmetics contained in the compact container without carrying a separate palette or adding a separate palette configuration to the compact container.
