Definitions

  • the invention relates to a plaster sealing strip for the structure connection of a component, in particular a window, a door or the like, with a profile body which has a contact section which is intended for contact with the component, the contact section having a receptacle for a sealing element and a fastener - Having and / or supporting device for positioning the profile body on the component.
  • a plaster sealing strip with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is made DE 20 2009 010 042 U1 famous.
  • Plaster sealing strips are used to seal joint areas that are formed between a component and a structure, for example between the frame of a window or door and the subsequent masonry or plaster layer. Plaster sealing strips of the type mentioned at the outset are also used at transitions between differently designed wall or facade sections, such as at the transition point between a plaster facade and wood paneling. Accordingly, facade elements, wall cladding elements, panels and the like also form structural elements within the meaning of the present disclosure.
  • plaster sealing strips ensure a visually appealing finish to the plaster layer.
  • the adhesion and/or support device which can be a double-sided adhesive tape, for example, enables the plaster sealing strip to be placed quickly and easily in a desired installation position.
  • the positioning of the profile element by means of the adhesion and/or support device is generally to be understood in the sense of a position definition or pre-fixing during assembly.
  • the final attachment of the profile element to the masonry or the frame can be done separately after determining the position or pre-fixing, for example by plastering and/or screwing.
  • the contact section is sealed off from the surface of the component by means of a sealing element arranged in the receptacle, such as a compressible joint sealing tape.
  • the adhesion and/or support device comprises at least two adhesion and/or support elements, which are attached to the contact section in such a way that the receptacle is located between the adhesion and/or support elements.
  • the contact section can be reliably fixed to the component without fear of the profile body changing its position or orientation before the final fixing, for example in the course of expansion of the joint sealing tape changes.
  • the spaced-apart adhesion and/or support elements enable the plaster sealing strip to be installed securely even if no insulation panels have yet been attached to the structure.
  • the sealing effect is increased in that the sealing element is bordered or flanked by the adhesive and/or supporting elements.
  • the sealing element can be designed in such a way that failure of the adhesive and/or supporting elements in the installed state of the plaster sealing strip is not critical.
  • the selected sealing element can be attached to the contact section of the profile body in a particularly simple manner. This opens up the possibility, for example, of laying a joint sealing tape continuously over several plaster sealing strips and thus avoiding problematic sealing gaps in the area of the abutting edges.
  • the at least two adhesive and/or support elements are separate adhesive and/or support elements.
  • the adhesive and/or support elements are designed as double-sided foam adhesive tapes, which have respective base bodies made of foam with adhesive layers applied on both sides, or as single-sided foam adhesive tapes without external adhesive layers. This is favorable in terms of manufacturing technology and gives the adhesion and/or support elements an advantageous flexibility.
  • the contact section defines a planar contact surface onto which the adhesive and/or supporting elements are applied, the reception being provided by a recess provided in the contact surface is formed.
  • the width and the depth of the recess can be adapted to the dimensions of common joint sealing tapes. In particular, the width can be selected to be somewhat larger than the width of a specified reference sealing tape.
  • a further embodiment of the invention provides that the profile body is elongate and the receptacle extends along a longitudinal axis of the profile body.
  • the recording is therefore designed for the introduction of a band-shaped sealing element.
  • the receptacle preferably has a rectilinear course.
  • the receptacle can extend, preferably without interruption, over the entire length of the profile body in order to enable the introduction of a sealing tape that seals the entire plaster sealing strip.
  • the receptacle is preferably open at the longitudinal ends of the profile body, in order to enable a sealing tape, which is provided for example as rolled goods, to be attached over the profile body.
  • the adhesive and/or support elements can extend over the entire length of the profile body in order to develop a high adhesive effect and possibly contribute to sealing.
  • a width of the receptacle, measured transversely to the longitudinal axis, is preferably at least 10 mm and at most 150 mm. This is consistent with the dimensions of commercially available joint sealing tapes.
  • the contact section is formed on a flat base leg of the profile body, which has two webs projecting in relation to a plane of extent of the base leg, on which the adhesive and/or support elements are each attached.
  • the leg surface between the webs can form the bottom of the receptacle.
  • the profile body can comprise a flat cleaning leg which extends transversely to the base leg and/or for the profile body to comprise a flat tear-off tab which runs at least essentially parallel to the base leg and is detachably connected to it.
  • the plaster leg can have a perforation, which promotes plaster clawing.
  • a fabric can be attached to the cleaning leg, for example by sewing, gluing or welding, in particular ultrasonic welding.
  • the invention also relates to a method for providing a sealed structure connection of a component, in particular a window, a door or the like.
  • the sealing plaster strip is therefore individually assembled.
  • the sealing element which can in particular be a pre-compressed joint sealing tape, is therefore only attached to the profile body after the specific installation situation is known and can be taken into account. This enables the properties of the sealing element to be adapted to the installation situation.
  • a plurality of sealing plaster strips as described above are provided, wherein the sealing plaster strips are arranged with adjoining sockets and the sealing tape is fixed continuously across the plurality of sealing plaster strips in the adjoining sockets. In this way, fault-prone abutting edges of separate sealing elements are avoided.
  • an insulating material element is arranged on the profile body. Because of the adhesive and/or support elements, it is not absolutely necessary to subsequently push the plaster sealing strip into the gap between the component and the insulating element and thereby position it. In principle, however, a plaster sealing strip according to the invention could also be subsequently inserted into the gap between the component and the insulating element.
  • plaster sealing strip 11 comprises an elongated profile body 13, which is preferably made of plastic, such as polyvinyl chloride, or metal, such as sheet metal.
  • the profile body 13 has, in a manner known in principle, a flat base leg 15, a flat tear-off tab 17 running parallel thereto and a likewise flat cleaning leg 19 running transversely thereto.
  • the plaster leg 19 has a hole 21 for plaster clawing.
  • a fabric 23 is attached to the plaster leg 19, for example sewn, glued or welded.
  • the base leg 15 defines a main extension plane 25 in relation to which two webs 27 project in a direction pointing away from the cleaning leg 19 .
  • the webs 27 are connected to the base limb 15 via connecting sections 26.
  • the connecting sections 26 preferably extend at right angles to the main extension plane 25 of the base limb 15.
  • the connecting sections 26 merge into the webs 27 through angled portions 28, which extend parallel to the main extension plane 25 of the base limb 15 extend.
  • the two webs 27 are at the same distance from the main extension plane 25 of the base leg 15 . That is, the webs 27 extend in a common plane.
  • the webs 27 are arranged on opposite edge regions of the base leg 15 and extend parallel to one another along the entire length of the profile body 13.
  • On the front sides of the webs 27 pointing away from the cleaning leg 19 are respective adhesive and/or support elements 29 in the form of double-sided foam adhesive tapes appropriate.
  • the adhesion and/or support elements 29 preferably have the same thickness when viewed transversely to the main plane of extension 25 .
  • a pull-off edge 31 is formed on the web 27 on the left. Furthermore, the in 1 The web 27 on the left is coupled to the tear-off tab 17 via a soft connection 33 .
  • the adhesive and/or support elements 29 are each arranged directly next to the sealing strip 37.
  • the front sides of the base leg 15 and the webs 27 form a contact section 40 of the profile body 13, which is provided for contact with a component 45 such as a window frame.
  • the contact is to be understood indirectly, because the direct contact with the component 45 takes place via the adhesive and/or support elements 29 and via the sealing strip 37 .
  • the adhesion and/or support elements 29 form an adhesion and/or support device 59 for positioning and/or fixing the profile body 13 on the component 45.
  • the front sides of the webs 27 pointing away from the cleaning leg 19 jointly define a flat contact surface 47 to which the adhesive and/or support elements 29 are applied.
  • a recess 49 is formed in the contact surface 47 due to the projection of the webs 27 in relation to the main extension plane 25 of the base limb 15 .
  • the sealing band 37 is arranged in the depression 49 .
  • the depression 49 forms an enclosure or receptacle 50 for the sealing tape 37.
  • the receptacle 50 extends along a longitudinal axis 55 ( 2 ) of the profile body 13 over the entire length of the profile body 13. At the longitudinal ends 57 of the profile body 13, the receptacle 50 is open.
  • the adhesion and/or support elements 29 also extend over the entire length of the profile body 13 . in the in 2 illustrated delivery state of the plaster sealing strip 11 no sealing tape 37 is arranged in the receptacle 50.
  • the 1 and 2 plaster sealing strip 11 shown without sealing tape 37 provided.
  • a sealing tape 37 is then selected from a group of different sealing tapes 37 and fastened in the receptacle 50, for example on the construction site.
  • a pre-compressed sealing tape 37 is preferably used.
  • the profile body 13 is then glued to the component 45 in a desired installation position by means of the adhesive and/or support elements 29 after a protective film has been removed from the adhesive and/or support elements 29 and/or from the sealing strip 37 beforehand, if necessary.
  • the sealing tape 37 then expands, resulting in 1 is indicated by the double arrow 60.
  • the adhesive and/or support elements 29 hold the profile body 13 against the expansion forces on the component 45. Since the profile body 13 is fixed via the adhesive and/or support elements 29 on both sides of the sealing strip 37, there is no risk of tilting or the like.
  • an insulating element 63 ( 1 ) arranged on the profile body 13.
  • the plaster sealing strip 11 and the insulation element 63 are then plastered in by applying plaster mortar, with the stripping edge 31 being used in a known manner for stripping. If necessary, a splash protection film (not shown) can be glued to the tear-off tab 17 during plastering. After completion of the plaster layer, the tear-off tab 17 removed.
  • the plaster sealing strip 11 is attached to the structure via the plaster layer and the seal is ensured via the sealing strip 37, so that the adhesive and/or support elements 29 may fail later.
  • the insulating element 63 could also be mounted on the associated building facade before the plaster sealing strip 11 is positioned. In this case, the plaster sealing strip 11 is subsequently pushed into the gap 65 which is formed between the component 45 and the insulation element 63 .
  • a protective film is preferably left on the adhesive and/or support elements 29, at least on the in 1 right-hand adhesive and/or support element 29 to be inserted first, so that the insertion process is not hindered.
  • the adhesive and/or support elements 29 are designed without external adhesive layers, ie, for example, as single-sided foam adhesive tapes, and thus only have a supporting effect.
  • the insulating material element 63 is preassembled, it is nevertheless possible to fix the position of the corresponding plaster sealing strip 11 by means of the adhesive and/or support elements 29 , because these can cause the profile body 13 to jam in the gap 65 .
  • This type of position determination is also effective when the sealing element 37 alone is not sufficient to clamp the profile body 13 in the gap 65 in the desired manner.
  • a common pre-compressed sealing strip 37 would not be suitable in itself for a reliable positioning of the profile body 13 during the assembly process, in particular because it expands relatively slowly.
  • the procedure can be such that several plaster sealing strips 11 according to 2 provided without sealing tapes and arranged with receptacles 50 adjoining one another.
  • the sealing tape 37 is then provided as a roll of material and runs continuously over the multiple plaster sealing strips 11 fixed away in the adjoining receptacles 50. Because of the receptacles 50 that are open at the end, the sealing strip 37 can be laid in one piece without abutting edges occurring. Thus, the overall sealing effect can be improved considerably. Correct alignment of the sealing tape 37, which is to be laid manually, is possible without any problems due to the receptacles 50.
