Definitions

  • the invention relates to a door locking system for a door according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention also relates to an assembled door locking system and a method for assembling and a method for disassembling the door locking system.
  • a door locking system usually has a first door handle half and a second door handle half, which are fixed to one another through a door.
  • mounting plates of the respective door handle halves are first arranged on both sides of the door and screwed together through the door. Clamping screws are also possible, which engage in the opposite mounting plate when rotated. Then the remaining elements of the door locking system - such as carrier plates with door handles, a carrier pin and cover caps - are installed. When dismantling, the steps described are carried out in reverse order.
  • DE 10 2007 021 210 B3 discloses a door lock system according to the preamble of claim 1, in which two mounting plates can be fixed to one another via two engagement pins and two engagement sleeves. At this time, the engaging pins and the engaging sleeves are respectively disposed in the mounting plates and axially engaged with each other. The engagement sleeves and the engagement pins are formed separately from the mounting plates and are only arranged in the mounting plates during assembly.
  • WO 2011/079972 A1 discloses a door latch system in which two mounting plates are securable to each other via two engagement pins and two engagement sleeves. At this time, the engaging pins and the engaging sleeves are respectively disposed in the mounting plates and axially engaged with each other. For this purpose, locking elements are arranged within the engagement sleeves, which engage axially with the engagement pins. The engagement pins can then be displaced axially by means of a turntable and the mounting plates can be fixed axially to one another. During assembly, the engagement pins are arranged in the engagement sleeves and then the turntable is tightened.
  • assembly and disassembly is very time-consuming and energy-consuming for a user.
  • several elements of the door locking system such as mounting plates, carrier plates with door handles, a driving pin and caps—must be assembled together on site by a user.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to specify an improved or at least alternative embodiment for a door locking system of the generic type, in which the disadvantages described are overcome. Furthermore, the object of the invention is to provide a method for assembling and a method for disassembling the door locking system.
  • a generic door locking system for a door has a first door locking arrangement, a second door locking arrangement and a mounting device with a first mounting plate and with a second mounting plate.
  • the first door locking arrangement can be releasably fixed to the first mounting plate and the second door locking arrangement to the second mounting plate.
  • at least one engagement pin on the first mounting plate and at least one engagement sleeve on the second mounting plate are arranged facing each other and aligned in an assembly direction, the at least one engagement pin and the at least one engagement sleeve being engageable and thereby spacing the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate from one another are fixed, appropriately at the respective door.
  • the at least one engagement pin has a thread in an end region facing the second mounting plate, and a counter-thread is formed within the engagement sleeve.
  • the engagement pin and the engagement sleeve expediently extend through the respective door.
  • the screw connection can be produced by pushing the mounting plates onto one another in the mounting direction and acts in the mounting direction when the mounting plates are pulled apart.
  • the two mounting plates can consequently be brought into engagement when pushed onto one another in the mounting direction and engage behind one another when pulled apart in the mounting direction.
  • the screw connection between the at least one engagement pin and the at least one engagement sleeve can be produced and acts in the assembly direction, so that during assembly there is no need for additional screwing or additional clamping of the mounting plates with one another.
  • the at least one engagement pin is arranged in a pin opening of the first mounting plate and is aligned through this to the second mounting plate.
  • the at least one engagement sleeve is integrally formed on the second mounting plate.
  • the at least one engagement pin can be arranged in a pin opening of the first mounting plate so as to be radially non-displaceable.
  • the at least one engagement sleeve can then be arranged on the second mounting plate in a sleeve opening of the second mounting plate so as to be radially non-displaceable.
  • the screw connection between the respective engagement sleeve and the respective engagement pin can advantageously be used to fasten the two mounting plates to one another in an axial and non-rotatable manner.
  • the first door locking arrangement and the second door locking arrangement can be fixed on the respective mounting plates and can already be pre-assembled, so that assembly for a user can be limited to sliding the two mounting plates with the pre-assembled door locking arrangements on top of one another through the door. This advantageously simplifies the assembly for a user and can be carried out quickly.
  • the respective door locking arrangements can be designed for a door handle system or for a door lock system being.
  • the door handle system can be designed to open the door using door handles and the door lock system can be designed to lock the door.
  • the mounting device can include two engagement pins and two engagement sleeves in order to fix the respective mounting plates to one another in a twist-proof and tilt-proof manner.
  • the engagement sleeve can have a plurality of axial incisions facing the at least one engagement pin.
  • the respective axial incisions then delimit a plurality of mutually adjacent widened sections of the engagement sleeve from one another axially.
  • the respective incisions do not extend over the entire length of the engagement sleeve, so that the respective widening sections are connected facing away from the at least one engagement pin and facing the at least one engagement pin are separated from one another.
  • the incisions can extend over half the length of the engagement sleeve.
  • the at least one engagement sleeve is preferably formed from metal, so that the widening sections are elastically deformable.
