Claims (11)
- Uhrmachereiteil, umfassend ein Antriebsmodul (10), ein Zifferblatt (12), das eine Mittelöffnung (13) umfasst, eine Stundenkanone (14), welche die Mittelöffnung (13) des Zifferblatts (12) durchsetzt und von dem Antriebsmodul (10) in Drehung versetzt wird, und eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung des Zifferblatts, wobei die Vorrichtung zur Befestigung umfasst:- ein Halterohr (15), das um die Stundenkanone (14) angeordnet ist und mit dem Antriebsmodul (10) mechanisch verbunden ist, und- ein Halteorgan (20a, 20b, 20c), das zwischen dem Halterohr (15) und dem Zifferblatt (12) und/oder einem Zifferblattträger (17), auf dem das Zifferblatt befestigt ist, angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteorgan (20a, 20b, 20c) ein Einsetzteil ist.
- Uhrmachereiteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteorgan (20a, 20b, 20c) zwischen dem Halterohr (15) und dem Zifferblatt (12) und/oder einem Zifferblattträger (17) angeordnet ist, indem es gegen einen Teil des Zifferblatts, der an die Mittelöffnung (13) des Zifferblatts (12) angrenzt, und/oder gegen den Zifferblattträger (17) drückt.
- Uhrmachereiteil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teil des Zifferblatts, der an die Mittelöffnung (13) des Zifferblatts (12) angrenzt, eine ringförmige Auflagezone definiert, die in Bezug auf die Oberfläche des Zifferblatts (12) zurückversetzt ist, sodass eine Oberfläche des oberen Teils des Halterohrs (15) auf gleicher Höhe wie die Oberfläche des Zifferblatts (12) liegt.
- Uhrmachereiteil nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halterohr (15) einen ersten zylindrischen Teil (15a), der einen ersten Durchmesser (D1) aufweist, und einen zweiten zylindrischen Teil (15b) umfasst, der einen zweiten Durchmesser (D2) aufweist, der kleiner ist als der erste Durchmesser (D1), und dadurch, dass das Halteorgan eine Unterlagscheibe (20a) ist, die auf dem Umfang des zweiten zylindrischen Teils (15b) angeordnet ist und gegen die ringförmige Zone des Zifferblatts (12) oder gegen den Zifferblattträger (16) drückt, sodass eine axiale Kraft auf das Zifferblatt (12) oder den Zifferblattträger (17) ausgeübt wird.
- Uhrmachereiteil nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteorgan ein elastischer Ring (20b) ist, vorzugsweise vom Typ Sprengring, der innerhalb einer Nut (22) angeordnet ist, die auf wenigstens einem Teil des Außenumfangs des Halterohrs (15) ausgeführt ist, sodass der elastische Ring (20b) gegen die ringförmige Zone des Zifferblatts (12) oder gegen den Zifferblattträger (17) drückt.
- Uhrmachereiteil nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halterohr (15) einerseits ein erstes Rohr (16a) umfasst, das mit dem Antriebsmodul (10) mechanisch verbunden ist und einen Gewindeteil auf seinem Innenumfang umfasst, und andererseits ein zweites Rohr (16b) in Form einer Schraube, die in den Gewindeteil des ersten Rohrs (16a) geschraubt ist, wobei die Schraube (16b) eine radiale Ausdehnung (24) umfasst, um eine runde Auflagefläche (24b) zu bilden, und dadurch, dass das Halteorgan in Form einer Dichtung (20c) ausgeführt ist, vorzugsweise vom Typ O-Ring, die gegen die runde Auflagefläche (24b) der Schraube (16b) und die ringförmige Zone des Zifferblatts (12) oder den Zifferblattträger (17) angeordnet ist, sodass eine axiale Kraft auf das Zifferblatt (12) oder den Zifferblattträger (17) ausgeübt wird.
- Uhrmachereiteil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraube (16b) in der Mittelöffnung (13) des Zifferblatts (12) versenkt ist.
- Uhrmachereiteil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraube (16b) einen hochliegenden Teil (32) in Bezug auf das Zifferblatt umfasst, der sich radial erstreckt, um die Mittelöffnung (13) des Zifferblatts (12) zu bedecken.
- Uhrmachereiteil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, weiter umfassend einen Uhrwerkträger (26) und einen Schaltungsträger (28), die zwischen dem Zifferblattträger (17) und dem Antriebsmodul (10) angeordnet sind, wobei die Stapelung jedes Trägers (17, 26, 28) eine starre Auflage bildet, welche die Verformung des Zifferblatts (12) im Fall eines axialen Stoßes verhindert.
- Uhrmachereiteil nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Träger (17, 26, 28) eine Mittelöffnung umfasst, um eine Aufnahme zu bilden, innerhalb welcher, wenigstens zum Teil, das Halterohr (15) eingepasst ist.
- Uhrmachereiteil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zifferblatt wenigstens eine Solarzelle umfasst oder von wenigstens einer Solarzelle gebildet wird.
