Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bauteils in einem gegossenen Zustand einer Stahllegierung, die in Masseprozent umfasst:
    - 0,17 bis 0,23 Kohlenstoff;
    - 1,40 bis 1,60 Silizium;
    - 0,50 bis 0,60 Mangan;
    - bis zu 0,020 Phosphor;
    - bis zu 0,020 Schwefel;
    - bis zu 0,30 Chrom;
    - bis zu 0,12 Molybdän;
    - bis zu 0,80 Nickel;
    - bis zu 0,30 Kupfer;
    - bis zu 0,03 Vanadium;
    wobei der Rest Eisen und zufällige Verunreinigungen ist, wobei das Bauteil (1) aus der Stahllegierung durch Gießen hergestellt wird, wobei nach dem Gießen das Bauteil (1) einer Wärmebehandlung unterzogen wird, die ein Normalglühen des Bauteils (1), umfasst, und wobei das Normalglühen in einem Temperaturbereich ausgeführt wird, der sich von 900 Grad Celsius bis 980 Grad Celsius erstreckt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    durch die Wärmebehandlung eine homogene perlitisch-ferritische Struktur erzeugt wird, wobei während der Wärmebehandlung eine Karbonisierung und eine Dekarbonisierung des Bauteils unterlassen werden.
  3. Gussbauteil (1), das durch das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 erhalten wird.
  4. Gussbauteil nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Bauteil (1) ein Karosseriebauteil für eine Rohkarosserie oder eine selbsttragende Karosserie eines Fahrzeugs ist.
  5. Gussbauteil (1) nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Karosseriebauteil (1) ein Dom ist.
